Respect to the staff ! They are hospitable! Very helpful and so kind! I doubt any one can beat their delivery time... Very prompt and fast! Advantage to residents in Dubailand Residential Complex!!

Best supermarket near Sky Courts vicinity. They have almost all the necessary daily needs goods, and the delivery time is impressive. The entire staff (specially the order taking person Afsal, who deals with on-call orders) is friendly, helpful and cooperative.

Good Supermarket with their own app to order online so that we can track our orders and they have quick delivery

It takes very long time to deliver the orders. The Philippino lady who answers the phone said it’s gonna take 30min and 2hours passed no delivery. Myself went down to supermarket and started to ask the Filipino lady why it’s taking so long supposed to be delivered in 30min for which she was not able to talk as she is busy eating And her mouth is full of bread and just standing in front of the customer and smiling with no response! I asked her to respond for which her response was, I am eating ma’am :) I had no words to say!Before coming down Called 3-4 times to follow up my order and she pick ups the call recognizes my voice and giving the phone to other guy and I can hear their conversations “talk please to this lady I don’t want to talk to her”!The worst supermarket ever with high price. The greens (parcley, dill etc) very small quantity, when they receive the greens from outside , they divide 1 batch into 5-6 batches.! and selling it with more money!All the staff there are rude, untrained and talking to the customers as if they are in the street talking to somebody.The supermarket smells so bad always, bad expired fish smell is always there!Hopefully this supermarket will be closed and wish another market to be open like Zoom

Nice as expected to be, new shop, small and compact. All the necessary items are present including some seafood and some electronics. I like nuts section. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Most expensive supermarket around Skycourt tower, take so long time delivery Very rude attitude service,The guy who answer the call take order every time , named Abdul, not ready to help what customer needs, so many time deliver wrong items , when you nice to explain to him, which not make any sense,hope this message will read by the owner, Train good employees whom taking order, keep losing customer. So bad experience in OPS Al Madina super market.
