Pathetic and disgusting delivery service!!!!. They dont care about the customer satisfaction.. very arrogant behaviour towards customers. They behave as if they are the only grocery store people are dependent on...!! I ordered water and they didnt even bother to deliver, even after calling them several times. Atleast show some humanity towards people!!

An average supermarket for your emergency needs... dont expect you get everything for daily household requirements... service is average... staff behaviour also average, need to improvise. Only good thing its located in a wonderful location of Bur Dubai... lot of people are living here, especially a big expat community

Its little pricy and nothing great about it but its runs good due to not much competition nearby and cafe attached to it.

Worst delivery service. These are arrogant people sitting there who doesnt even care about the customer happiness / satisfactions. So i started ordering from Coppins Mini Mart, these guys are the best in terms of service.

Home deliveries are pathetic. They take 1 hr delivery time even to buildings next to their shop.so if you want some item urgently then theeres o point calling them. Sometimes you order and forget that you ordered something and it will reach after 1. 30 hrs and then the expectation is that the customer shud majntain their cool and patience. In such time i would go and pick up thngs frm nearby suoermarkets and why pay extra amounts to a grocery. They cannot manage gome deliveries well.
