Good place to buy your grocery if you live nearby. The supermarket is not really big and during the peak hours it is crowded. The good news that they have good prices on comparison to other supermarkets and they do good discounts on certain products . They are open 24 hours and the staff is very friendly

I love WestZone. However, the Tecom branch is not your usual West Zone. It is small and nothing special in it. I come here simply because it is close to where I live.Since this is small, there are times when they become too crowded and staff don’t care. Considering there is pandemic, they are not strict with the social distancing implementation.I hope they can improve on their product arrangements and give enough space to buyers.

Poor delivery service. It took forever for you to receive the delivery. And most of the times they are giving over ripe fruits/vegetable and incomplete items. They’re not even calling you for any substitute items and you will get surprise because the original price that you choose online is higher because they replace some items (brand) that you order. Meat and fish section is not 24/7 unlike other westzone Branch.

Worst online delivery ever. My order accepted 1:37pm today, until now 3:11 is not yet deliver i called them and they said to me 2 items not available seriously they wait for the customer to follow up and tell me 2 items is not available. This branch is the worst 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Wonderful place, great food and freshly baked snacks @ the down part of the supermarket, it took me months to know that the place do exist in the supermarket and when I found it, I was so happy and I told everyone I know about it😂.Meanwhile they have all the vegetables you can get from Deria market.

We bought 2 boxes of mask in this shop. 1 box was finished for a month. So we opened the 2nd box only to find out the other box has no metal for nose fit not just 1 piece but the entire mask. I went to them today to replace it and the in charge sitting on the left corner told me that it is common that some of their mask has no metal and he told me that we must have checked it before buying (who would have thought that they have that kind of mask?!?) for a year having covid, we never knew such kind of disposable mask not unless the rope one and not the garter thing. now they almost gave me a new one yet all of a sudden they asked for a receipt. of course it was thrown already after a month together with our food items who would keep a receipt, isnt it? despite of their price tag sticker still on the box of the returned mask.so after all the argument, the incharge still insisted not to give me a new one. so i told him you should have atleast separate the one with metal thing and that doesnt have. your trying to trick your customers because for sure nobody checks the content before paying since it is sealed also. so charge to experience this store is trying to fool their customers. put the blame on your suppliers and not to your customers. Be honest and dont trick your customers always with the stack of boxes of mask your selling with same prices.

Basically it is good chain of malls which I really like but in this shop something wrong compare with others. Choice of goods is less. Sometimes expired items on shelves...
