Great place for shopping for family . There are number of shops inside the mall like exchange , watch shops, jewlery , RTA approved eye test , pharmacy , restaurnt, perfume shop, key repairing , Driving school counters , cargos etc . plenty of parking inside and outside

One of the biggest supermarket in the Barsha area, you can found almost anything here, good to shop here with your family. A huge parking area is available. On weekends there are a lot of people coming here to do monthly shopping for household. I found it little bit more expensive in some sections. The reason is that less priced items were already out of stock.

Wide range on products. The mixed nuts are my favourite. Not very crowded. Ample parking. There is Calicut Notebook restaurant at the Hypermarket which serves traditional Kerala sea foods.

It was busy ,but l liked that being my 1st time there, the workers were so helpful helping me figure out where to find things .And you can definitely get anything there .Next visit will check out the clothing department didnt get a chance yet

The pricing is reasonable and I love the many promotions that they offer every now and then. In Dubai I like to visit their Karama and Barsha branch.

A good shopping hangout for south Indians. Items are mostly tailored for South Indian customers in mind. Cost effective for dresses, grocery items and electronic items.There is a very good restaurant as well, The Calicut Notebook. You could find almost everything under one roof in this hypermarket which makes shopping easy. Some items may be a bit overpriced compared to some other hypermarkets/supermarkets in Dubai South.Its usually less crowded during office hours and i would suggest you visit during those hours.

This is a place where I usually go to to purchase my monthly stock of groceries. Located in Al Barsha this place has ample parking space. The food court is small bit functional. Also there are many other shops such as all major exchanges, Calicut Notebook, Malabar gold, Aquarium Lives. Quite a functional place for shopping convenience.

Lulu again is one of the good Hypermarket option. Variety of options and diversified. Good and much better than others in the area. Also it’s close and convenient

Market is good. You ll get all regular stuff for groceries to apparel to stationary, etc. Now Ventilation, AC, Toilets are not properly maintained and these are must for managing customers in a hypermarket. I recommend to avoid going to this place on weekends or public holidays. I hope they improve their hygiene, cleaner toilets and hopefully good ventilation and cooling.

One of Indian Security guard is worst, he didnt know how to talk to ladiesAnd he is not fully aware of what is customer service and how to talk to the people.He need training or move to other place this person not good in mall, he pulling mall reputation down.I really didnt t like to go and I wll suggest to my friend and relative not go lulu hypermarket in albarsha that is not a safe place.

Nevertheless, it’s a good hyper store to shop. The fruit and vegetables section is good for Indian crowd. Ah! Now that I’ve mentioned crowd... expect it! The place is a bit too crowded, yet often managed well.

Not goodThe grocery packer misleading info for where to deposit the items purchased. Want to use washroom and as new in the shop I dnt know the location of washroom etc and he told me deposit the luggage far and when I went to the washroom there also counter for luggage very bad... and one counter also exclusive for reusable bags but no body there using the counter why not take other customers so we dnt need to wait? So disgusting experience.

Our Family was excited to have a delicious Tenderloin steak dinner for Fathers Day celebration. We purchased 2.5 KG tenderloin from Lulu Hypermarket Al Barsha, eager to feast once at home.Once the steaks were ready, I took a bite and a shocking taste of bitterness and rancidity engulfed my taste buds. I had no choice but to spit it out. The tenderloin was rotten! I warned other famliy members, and sure enough, 95% of the 2.5KG was rotten. It was a terrible way to celebrate Fathers day.Dear Lulu Hypermarket. I suggest you heighten your standards when it comes to checking the quality of the products you sell. If it can happen with steak, who knows what other expired / rotten products you may sell / have already sold! This is completely and absolutely UNACCEPTABLE.We are now waiting to check if any of us come down with any stomach aches or other symptoms of food poisoning.A fair warning to other consumers: Be careful what you buy from Lulu Hypermarket.

A fairly newer and less crowded lulu Hypermarket. All the favourites available as expected from lulu stores over 2 floors. Also the regular gold stores and calicut notebook restaurant indoors. Ample covered parking outdoors and basement. Lot of deals on FMCG items.

Nice and not too much crowded. Easy to navigate and find what you need. Nice staff who assisted me for exchange for a damage keyboard i previously bought.

Worst experience ever with lulu during onam shopping. I am not revealing the name of the staff who behaved rude to avoid targeting him. Entire time he was making small talks with another guy and laughing. In saree section he just piled up the traditional onam wear collection. Talking very arrogant , ordering and showing attitude. He even threw a saree very harshly after a customer left. The customer service guy with no clues of what he doing made us walk with our baby multiple times between the sections. Both these people are eager to chat and make loose talks other than working. I expect lulu management to work on these kind of staff.

Recently visited here, felt so bad with the behaviour of staff at department store. Very rude behaviour and it’s first of a kind from all outlets at lulu. We have been to many lulu outlets here in dubai as well as AUH and Al ain. Aren’t they trained properly to make a good and healthy relationship with the customers. The staff at ladies textile section was making attitude, speaking arrogantly and was giving orders whilst we were selecting the onam dresses. The staff at customer service at entrance of department store (seems like a newbie) made us walk multiple times here and there as he didn’t bother to give us the refund exchange coupon. Totally spoiled the happy shopping hours with my family.Supermarket sectionGuy at spices section was making mocking/weird comments.

This is the best shopping centre in Al Barsha. However, the options that you have in terms of FMCG products is a bit less in comparison with MOE. The prices are also very competitive. I would like to see the prices drop more.
