One of the worst services I have ever dealt with. I ordered a few grocery items using the valucart app and paid the entire amount. On the day of the delivery they called and told me that some of the items that I have selected are out of stock and for some of the items the price has increased. I agreed to proceed with the purchase of the rest of the items. That was on March 29th. Its been almost 2 weeks and I have not got the final invoice/payment slip with the price changes, final amount etc and nor have i got refund for the cancelled items.I have asked them over a hundred times for the invoice and the refund. But they have not yet sent it to me. Extremely poor service.I will not be using their services again and will not be recommending their service to anyone else. There are many alternatives!

I came across Valucart on social media and thought I would give it a try, and I wasnt disappointed at all by them Great response time with fresh fruits and vegetables.Meat was excellent and Fresh with no staleness and smell. Got my delivery within one hour of me placing the order.

My shopping for the past year has been through Valucart for my home essentials but there was my meats and fresh food where I had to go to hypermarkets for,but ever since Valucart has started with Fresh food such as fruits, Veggies all kinds of cuts of Poultry and Meat I have been ordering from them and it amazing.... Extremely poor delivery company, my order was delivered 3 days late and many items were missing. They said they forgot to send the order on the day of delivery. Than they disappeared when it came to do the refund.Every day i call them, they have some new excuse. Will never try again.
