Nice and calm mall.its a small shopping mall with convenient shops. It provides a supermarket named Ashwaaq supermarket. Also there is kids saloon, books shop , gazebo Restaurant. Ground floor consist of lots of cafe. Also flower shop and a furniture shop. Nice ambiance. Rest area is available here.

Visited Al Mumayez (RTA) Center twice. Very rapid service. Apart from that Aswaaq Mall has a vehicle testing center, Coffee Shop, Emirates Auction Counter, Car Insurance Service, ATM and several other activities

Has a good car passing center not crowded, very good for registration and other car services in al mumayaz

There is a car testing service by RTA in the basement car parking.not that busy.went there and in just 15 minutes my car testing was done.

One of the best malls in Aswaaq is mizher mall here staff is friendly and their customer service is 5 star and you can find all types of furits , vegetables and their butchery section is well maintained and haygien is very good Also.

Its a small and decent mall. Its main highlight is Gazebo restaurant. RTA vehicle passing facility on ground floor keeps the covered parking busy. Try parking in open air parking on weekdays if you do not want to get caught up in traffic.

Great shopping experience. The place is nice but a bit quiet. Needs more of marketing especially for expatriates as many dont know that it even exists. Awareness is most important for marketing. other than that, the food court is shy, and must be enriched with more types and some good restaurants for families and kids with healthy food
