EVERYTIME YOU PLACE A CALL TO ORDER ATLEAST 10 TIMES NO ONE HAVE COURTESY TO ANSWER THEIR DELIVERY NUMBERS.. I MEAN NUMBER ALL NUMBER FOR DELIVERY NO ONE ANSWER.. EVEN I WANT TO ORDER HERE AND I NEED SOME CAKES AND FOOD NOBODY CARE TO SELL SOMETHING. AND WHEN U COME TO THEIR SHOP NOBODY INSIDE AND NO CUSTOMERS THEY JUST DONT WANT TO ANSWER AND DO ANY DELIVERY AT ALL.. VERY BAD COMMUNICATION AND SERVICES THEY DO IN THIS BRANCH. AND 7AM THEY NEVER OPEN.. THEY ALSO LATE. VERY DISAPPOINTING THT U HAVE TO GO SOUQ EXTRA TO BUY INSTEAD ORDERING HERE IN THIS BRANCH.

A small makert or grocery store from where you get day to day stuff. No need to go far in big malls if you have a very specific need during the week. Like fruits egg bread, tea, milk coffee etc

I placed an order on 06th August 2021 for an iPhone. The expected delivery was 10 -11 August 2021. That itself was little long. But unfortunately I didn’t get that item even in 12th August 2021 too. When I called the customer service, they are telling that it is with Aramex since 8th August 2021 and Carrefour doesn’t have any control on Aramex. I got frustrated and this is going to be my last order on carrefour. I really don’t know when Aramex is going to deliver this.

I do daily shopping here, close to home, reasonable selection of items.

So close to my den with acceptable variety of groceries for its size.When you dont wanna drive to a mall - really helps

Best place for groceries

It has a good collection of everything with good and competitive pricing.

This place is really good if you need to shop for the missing items on your cup board. The alleys are clean and well organized. Quality is good and I always find what I need there. The delivery is quite fast and shop assistants are very helpful. I find prices a bit high for big grossery shopping and for food out of the ordinary, it is better to go to a bigger place.

Carrefour is a very big and wonderful store where you can buy everything you need from home, home appliances, mobile phones and everything. Its a neat and clean place, but its very crowded on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdayscool place to buy fresh bread and pastries .

We need proper Carrefour in DSO. Arabic male staff look at women as theyve never seen a female in their life and think when you ask them a question related to the shop, they think its time to flirt. Ridiculously unprofessional.. 3 stars for being grateful to have Carrefour in the neighborhood at all, finally.

Im using Carrefour since it came to Dubai under the old name the Continent. I like it and I will continue go shopping there. I have my concern about the lack of training of their staff in their branch at the silicon oasis, those filling the bags and those using the scale to tag vegetables and fruits . Please send them for training. Some if them are like unskilled labour they dont know how to handle food. Please.

My experience with Carrefour is very, very bad … I do not recommend dealing online with Carrefour … I asked for an online product as an experiment for them and it was supposed to be delivered the next day … I called them the next day asking why it was not reached, I was surprised that the order was canceled without any reasons and when I asked the employee he replied with everything Rude, I have no reason and your money is with you in your account, and when I asked to speak to an official, he told me that this is not allowed and he ignored me completely... I asked him to give me his name, he said, It is not really allowed, one of the worst experiences I have done... A large company, but the customer service department is a failed administration unfortunately.
