Worst staff in the entire world. The majority are having grumpy faces all the time like they hate their lives. Dont smile, but at least be normal for GODs sake.The Supermarket itself has a wide range of merchandise with various offers & reasonable prices. Ive also met 2 cooperative personnel.But for the very first reason, that exact branch doesnt even deserve a zero rating.

We do regular shopping from Westzone. . Almost perfect place to have stuff used regularly at home with offers on top product very often .. The new 24 hours store near fahidi have best of the offer which u cant avoid..

A comment from my friend yahiyaI had planned to buy small washing powder packet from WestZone Super Market From Burdubai Near Al Faheedi Souq.Unfortunately I brought small packet OMO Washing powder and there was price mentioned 3.49 AED As I know and I can to make payments and they charged me 5.20 AED So i questioned why its extra money billed for me and it’s mentioned defferent price and billed defferent price.I talked with store manager and he was chat with me rude and he asked about my education and it was not that way he is talking.After that I just told him I want replacement this one other items so he Replyed with rude you will not get money back and you have to buy something else.It’s not way you are treating customers.Finally I said them I don’t want any product from your side and asked money back and he said he cannot *reply money* 😡😡I left very sadly from the store and brought from washing powder from defferent store.I understand consumers are entitled to expect (things they buy be of merchantable quality and will last for a reasonable price and service be carried out with due care and skill and be fit for the purpose for which it is acquired). As you can see from the problem I have described,To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it if you could (say what you want, refund, repair, replacement, exchange, etc).I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until (set a time limit) before seeking help from the Department of Commerce.Yours sincerely

Walking on a hot summer day in Dubai i asked someone where i could get water. A bengali man told me there was a Best John supermarket right ahead. For 15 mins i went around asking people only to realise that Best john was indeed West Zone supermarket.So yah man, Best John supermarket is grear!!
