A normal supermarket which has a mix of grocery store items and departmental store items. It is a big supermarket which has a hypermarket tag to it.The grocery items are normally priced.However, the clothing and footwear is cheap and low quality. The rates are very affordable for low end customers and hence the quality is not very certain.The location is very ideal for people who use the metro since it is right at the entrance of the metro.They have limited electronic items too which can be checked out. The electric walking bike is also available here.During the non peak metro time (thats when I visited) it was not that crowded and they have very staff to support too. If you want to buy and check out it is easier during this period.

They keep similar items at same place.. With offer n without offer items., its natural thing people pick up one of them after billing when we see that item has high price they refuse to return it., I have a very bad experience

Near to exit 2, burjuman metro station in Bur Dubai, its value deals and offers around. Well stocked with vegetables, grocery items, household items, clothes, fancy items, gift items, they have plants too. Easy way to do shopping if you are travelling by Dubai Metro and to your way home. The staff is helpful too.

Best deals on town. You can save stretch your money to buy more of what you want and need. Great place for budget conscious shoppers to enjoy food and other essentials at lowest prices. A must regular visit

My experience in a supermarket is to make sure that you things are been put in alder, for the customer to quickly find or see there needs, and the of the day you will be able to give an accurate of things that has been sell, and things that can be replaced,

Very worst and poor customer service. Burjuman Bonanza manager taking money for the tester piece from the client. Manager told client to pay for the tester piece of Cosmetic item. The Bonanza should learned how to treat customer from Nesto, Lulu, Ansar, Centro, Day to Day.

Above average super market in the locality. Serves the purpose not ok for veggies, since they have very minimal quantity of them. The name hyper market is not the actual to expect.

A very nice place for shopping

I had a Great Shopping Experience at there. Every time, I found Great Offers as compare even with opposite Carefour, I would recommend to go at there.

They have a WhatsApp number and they send you the offers on a weekly basis. Pretty responsive as well over WhatsApp. Clothes are a no-no from this place but youll get reasonably priced foodstuff, washing powder, plastic homeware, etc. Which is of good quality too.

Had the worst experience. First of all they put items on promotion and then dont allow their customers to take as they desire, if you want to set a limit per customer mention it clearly. Also the employees statements contradict with the statements of manager, one of them mentions we have free delivery and takes all relevant details for the order and the address and when we checked again the other employee says no order was taken for that delivery and we wont deliver to your location. Finally when we make a visit to the store, they have the audacity to let us not take the desired quantity even though no where was a set limit mentioned and they agreed for the same order over a phone call to deliver. Would suggest you to first look on how to improve customer experience and then start a supermarket.

Kinda good clothes. One of those cheap shops where after buying a suit of AED 380, the manager doesnt let the salesman give you the hanger or cover for the suit. Asks the cashier to fold it and put in a polythene.

Somehow they failed to cash the advantage of having the store in one of the prime areas.Unlike other low end stores like “day to day” or “Bollywood” There no good coordination within the staff in this store. Also for the prices they are charging, it’s really bad quality, you can actually go to a better store.So far the only good thing about Bonanza is it’s access from burjuman metro
