If there are minus rating i would go for it definitely because there delivery service is so poor, they will take order and after 5 hour they will ask you again and again what is your address and what is your order and they will give this to 10 different people..Totally unacceptable and poor management

Ordered at 9:00pm August 15,2021 DONT ORDER HERE THEY WILL PROMISE WITHIN 1HR THEY WILL DELIVER THE ORDER BUT THEY WILL JUST WASTE YOUR TIME. END UP NOT GETTING MY ORDER. MANY UNPRICED ITEMS. Very deceiving. Even if at the shelf or brochure said an item is on sale, when u go to the counter, they dont even know the price and they askd the manager, then the manager put a price even higher than before sale. Very deceiving and you end up spending more. Maybe thats their goal. To deceive the customers. They should be fined because there was so many unpriced items, items are put randomly not tally with the prices on shelves and when u hv paid, u realized some items cost more that it shows on the shelves. Its customers right to know the right prices even on the shelves, and if a price is put, it should tally when you pay. I bought an item which should be ard aed16 because it was on sale (it was stated in the sale flyers, which i realized later at home) but they said it was aed30, which costs even more than its original price aed20. This shop is not recommended.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life! There is no word to explain how poor their service is. They are disrespectful, ignoring you, canceling your orders without letting you know. So happened to me, after 4 hours of promising that the delivery is on the way ( when it actually wasn’t )

Place is good offer Indian food and sweets option. They have dinning facility also available inside the Westzone.

It is a medium size supermarket but everything that I intend to buy were there.You can find lots of fresh vegetables in the vegetables section. Halal meats are also sold in this supermarket.Prise wise is reasonably cheap compared to others known hypermarkets in town.

Pork is available here. Love it. Order the Babu back pork ribs. Yummieeee..

It is a nice supermarket where you can find all you need if you live near his area and you don’t have to travel long distance to get your groceries.

They have a good sale going on till 2-sep , big free parking in front of the supermarket , staff very helpful 👍, they only need to improve putting items back in correct places and prices tags should be correct and more visible to customers .

Has all the basic groceries and household items you need. Plus it opens at 7am which works for early birds (Carrefour nearby opens at 8am).

I have no idea why all staff staff behave roundly with delivery guy, I am delivery boy, when I go there to take my delivery every time they are showing same bad behaviour, they are not responsible for their job, bad management

Dont order from this shop via Instashop app!Ive scheduled my order 2 days in advance for today, 8th April, 1-2 pm.Guess what, its 5:10 pm right now & nothing has been delivered to me yet!They did charge me though for my order at 12:30 pm.I called the shop 20 times, no answer. Actually they did pick up once but after a few seconds hanged up. Amazing customer service indeed.Instashop customer service is unreachable as well. Very frustrating.Afwul experience.Update: I finally got my order today, 9th April, at 9:45 am. Yogurts & fruits are quite warm, looks like it was stored in a drivers car for a whole night.To conclude, it took me 3 days (incl. 2 days in advance scheduled delivery) to get food items delivered from the shop in the same area with me.Please think twice if you wanna go through the same experience.

My vehicle was damaged by a Westzone delivery vehicle on 20th March in Villa Lantana. The rider fled from the scene but was traced back to the nearby Westzone Supermarket. I met Mr Tala who was the Supervisor at the shop who also witnessed the damage to the car. He made me speak to Mr Sanjit who was the Transport Incharge for the group. Mr Sanjit committed to get my vehicle fixed once i share a quote with him. I have shared a quote with him yesterday but he has not taken my calls or replied to my whatsapps. This is highly unprofessional and unethical behavior and i request the company to take notice and pay for the damages.
