Cleaned, spacious, plenty of options to choose from.Well-labelled and everything was easy to find.I personally love grandiose and this new store is amazing too!I love their bakery and logical produce section and the fact that they discourage people to use plastic is just commendable.Keep it up!

Its always nice to have a new supermarket in town and this one did not disappoint! Got everything you need and the staff are friendly. Id recommend it 👍

I have been a regular as I have office in the building. Its very disappointing that they have the station for coffee, but theres always no one in that area and I have to call out to give me my usual coffee. Two times, the lady attended another customer who walked in whereas I have been waiting in queue. If you charge like Starbucks and tim hortins, please provide such quality of service.

Really disappointed, delivery can be really bad can go up to 2 hours, when you have kids waiting it is not convenient.Bread is not ready at 9am.. which is unacceptable as the bread should be ready early morning.Price are not always labelled with the right code

Good small supermarket if you need some essential groceries quickly. Decent bakery section

The underground parking was mismanaged people were taking two parking spaces, also there were random shopping carts and boxes placed on empty parking spaces. Very unorganized could not even leave because it would not take m ticket nor did could I enter the store due to the lack of parking spaces.

I have a very bad experience with this supermarket, the staff who attended my order forgot and not even delivered on the same day but they were answering plus they forgot that Ive ordered , I received my order on the next day as promised but still late if I didnt followed up still nothing happened, the products were quite good but apparently the service is quite bad, you need to have a meeting and be attentive, I know I am not the only customer but please check the messages properly. Dont just read and read after you forgot the conversation, I even called that day but still my order didnt went through as they forgot! no proper monitoring and no proper turn over in the next shift.

Nice ,clean atmosphere..but too costly as compare the market.Respected sir ,I say that costly as compared,,E.g.Lays in in market we can buy in .about 6 dhs.But I grandios i see the tag of 8 dhs .thats y ......

Location is good . Maintained well. The promotional price they offer in some of the items are good . The only issue is the stuff are not good apart from the gentleman who stand Úrsula on the bakery items . The others are really have no experience in supermarket.

It does not even deserve a star.Lousy service.We ordered and said it will be delivered in 15 minutes and more than an hour passed there is no delivery until we followed up. Suprisingly they forgot that we ordered given the fact that we are only 5-10mins away from the store. We opt for the delivery as we cant go out due to the busy schedule. So its not highly recommended to anyone. Youll just waste your time here
