Extremely disappointed with the service. No one attend call in Al Mizhar branch, even mobile number is not answered. Need to place order but before placing the order need to check the availability of items because the market is accepting items and then after half hour notifying that the specific items are not available, the whole order is ruined and you are left with funds deduction.

The worst company ever! Deals with clients in a very arrogant and insulting behavior! Retail managers are communicating as if people owe them. Nobody ever replies on email! They keep you weeks and months without reply and ignoring phone calls. Better never to deal with Aswaaq!
