I am really impressed.I know that you are facing a lot of challenges with SC Defaulters. For those tenants who doesn’t seem to care, please be informed that delayed/non-payment of potentially deprive your community of the funds required to continue the supply of essential services such as common area maintenance, air-conditioning, security, street lighting, and irrigation. I know that this is not our obligation as tenants but a kind reminder to your respective agents/agencies about this matter will surely make a difference.At the end of the day, we as tenants are the one’s using all the facilities in the building and will surely regret if no one will be there when we need them the most.Thanks again Ambika. Very bad management. It took them one full week to respond for my request to investigate for leakage and to notify the owner of my neighbors flat to fix it. More than 10 days and still the prob is not solved.

Very bad service as they give same apartments different renting prices specially during a very tough situation COVID-19 and reduction in salaries, me and my friend have the same apartment with difference of 5k and renewal gap period was two weeks or even less. Agents are not helpful at all they just keep my requests on hold for long time with no solutions or help and agents don’t answer their phones once they receive the cheques. They informed me one week before my due date of my contract that there is no revised price! They kept me waiting for nothing and i couldn’t get the option to search for a new place so I was forced to sign with Three60 because they didn’t informed me before 3 months.Maintenance since two months no one came to solve my issue till now I’m calling them like I’m bagging for the service.I already contacted call center and they refer to the same staff who already not helping me.I already sent an E-mail to Three60communities but they sent it to the same staff who didn’t help me from the beginning.This is the last year for me with anything related to Three60 company I expected more quality and efficient work but I’ve seen better service from ADCB real estate etc.

Delt with a lady called Lellibeth. Was extremely unprofessional, not helpful, and rude. Took her one full week to provide a move out permit whereas took 1 hour to get a move in with a different management.

Very bad customer service. Company only cares about sending invoices. Reaching someone to talk to is not not possible. Requests are simply ignored knowing tenants have no other choice than to stick with them. I seriously suggest you to think twice before moving into a building that is managed by Three60. Worst experience in the UAE so far.

Extremely poor service from this company, I would definitely avoid at all cost moving to any building that they are managing, I moved out of Scala tower for 3 weeks already first they refuse to pay me back my security deposite and second they didnt stop the service even though I have requested for that many times, very very poor communication as so many follow ups was promised and ignored.

Extremely disappointed with their customer experience. I moved out of Scala Tower on 4th May and I still havent received my AC chiller refund. I once received a late payment reminder for the AC a day after the deadline as they accidentally sent the bill to my landlord instead of me. Yet, I have to wait for three months to get my refund. Utterly ridiculous!

I am absolutely shocked at how utterly poor the service is from this company. It is beyond the point of incompetence and borderline intentional self-sabotage.I moved into Marina Mansions at the beginning of the year and since then have called upwards of 20 times and emailed upwards of 50 times. Spoken to 7-8 different people all regarding AC billing and making payment.There is an problem with the meter and they can not for the life of them solve this simple issue.After 7 months, they proposed a flat monthly rate which is double the historical billing. NOT ACCEPTABLEComplete lack of customer care. No calls back. No email responses. Seems to be no accountability at the company.Horrible, money-grubbing, useless, incompetent company.

A complete shame .I left my flat in Matrix tower 2 months ago ( 16th of April, 2020 ) , and I still didnt receive any communication about how to get back the deposit , which is also avoiding me to get back the flat rent deposit . ( despite more than 10 calls and 40 mails for asking details )As a plus, I know that a new tenant is renting the flat, and I still dont know if he has got his own account or if its getting invoiced on my account .Dont want to think if something would happen now to the AC system in my old flat : who will be charged / responsible of this as the tenant and the person with a AC contract are different ?The worst service ever .Luca

For Scala Tower. Avoid at all costs. I wish I knew about this company before I moved in. Slowest and most disorganised company in Dubai. Waited weeks for chiller connection. Chiller payments not updated for months then received a big bill in the end.Had to chase them on moving out day with various calls to different people and re sending everything, even though I sent all required documents ahead of time but the lady in charge of the building never replies to e-mails or calls, from both me or landlord office.Security in this building are so strict, almost invasive, I even had issues getting a painter in, even with my permission and presence.They never reply to e-mails or calls. Embarrassing to say the least. Really dont bother renting from them.

It is not difficult to locate the building, but to reach Three60 office, I had to walk for 5-10minutes...most of the buildings in dubai is vertical and but this building is horizontal. I could see many staff sitting idle and chatting while the customers are waiting to get simple processes such as registration of tenancy contract, paying fees etc. Most of these processes can be done online to save valuable time of their customers. Customer service is pathetic...

The worst experience I ever had being within the real estate market in Dubai for 4 years and representing owners of different high-end properties in Dubai.Absolute lack of knowledge and communication. Extremely poor customer service and business ethic and proficiency. Had to deal with the representative called Reylyn who never ever picked up the phone and could never provide any efficient advice.Have a strong feeling that the company is nothing but money-oriented without anything to do with customer service.Would recommend to think 10 times before buying any property which is in this company’s management pool.

Have you ever forgotten about the building? The walls had already been forgotten when the last time they were painted, I don’t remember when the building didn’t stink of rubbish from the parking lot. Here homeless people come to sleep, how can you leave the car if there are always strangers here. I personally am afraid that I would stay in the morning without wheels or break the car.

If there was an option for zero I would have chosen , I own a property in Marina Mansion managed by this company , we pay dh 45,000 service charge a year , I don’t know where our money goes , the building is deteriorating , sewage water flooding reaching apartment , passage ceiling falling , see picture , tenants are leaving , they don’t answer calls and talking to managers not allowed , it is a disaster , RERA takes long time for any case and they are taking advantage of this , I want to take this company to the court .... need more support and evidence ...please help .

No one answers the phone, no call backs, extremely slow email reply, if any. Yet management fees HAVE to be paid on the due date otherwise penalties are enforced. Penalties should go both ways - if they arent managing your building correctly (at all), then why should owners pay the requested building fees in full?

There are problems not only in the parking lot, construction waste has not been taken out to date, it feels like they forgot about the building for a long time, or rather didn’t even deal with it. What do we pay money for? How much can you tolerate it. I will sell the apartment and leave it, and initially everything was fine.

Urgently need to change the management company, the house and parking in a terrible state. Id rather leave the car on the street than in this garbage. The impression was that the management of the company, which owns the building, forgot about its obligations to take care of the working condition of the building and brought it to a deplorable state. At the same time, they do not forget to demand timely payment of rent. It is very difficult to work when there are dirty and unpainted walls around, on some floors there is no lighting for years, elevators work with frequent interruptions, and cockroaches run around the desks. Plus dirty parking, where there is not enough space for employees who rent premises here. And when will the construction debris, which spoils the already negative appearance of the building, be finally removed?
