Living community at the end of Hessa street bordering Emirates road.No villas here, only low rise apartment buildings.Development itself is about 40 percent finished. New phase 2 flats are ready but currently uninhabited (Feb 21).Last phase the ground work and foundations are complete but no further work is being done.Prices for rent are on the low end.The buildings itself stand out very nicely from afar. From a community perspective it is a great place, swimming pools, sports grounds (tennis, basketball, volleyball and more) and great well maintained playgrounds for the kids.On top of it there are two supermarkets (Geant and Carrefour Market), takeaway fast food restaurants, pharmacy, hairdresser and more!And it has a school on the community grounds.

Great Area for families, However needs some work as below:1- Inner Circut buildings/flats finishings are better than Outer Circuit2- Landscape and playing areas need some care it seems they are without any maintenance these days.3-The Area feels a bit hotter than different areas in Dubai.4- Outer Circut building external required some attention. (bad conditions ).5- Required additional parking slots for visitors.6-Ground floor balcony needs some limitation a lot of people make their own Zoo/garden and it seems disaster in some buildings.

We were living in Remraam for over 5 years. Initially it was a very quiet area with lots of empty apartments because there was no direct connection from Motor City to Remraam. However it filled up immediately one the Hessa Street got built and all of a sudden the roads to and from Remraam were not enough anymore.It is annoying that the community management blocks the existing exit to E611 with an excuse that RTA does not allow it, however trucks and busus use that exit.The community has nice swimming pools which unfortunately were closed most of the time during the past 3 years due to people who have not the necessary knowledge for using such facilities with their little kids. There are also tennis courts and basketball pitches and some shopping facilities.Overall experience was good in Remraam.

Very calm and relaxing community with low rise building and resort like facilities, two community shopping centers are available with school and nursery. Well maintained as all other places in Dubai and family oriented. Public transportation is available now and area is well connected to nearby neighborhoods and Main Highways!

Green location and best idama maintenance service

One of the best communities to live in Dubai. the rents arent that crazy and amenities are there with good walking areas and family friendly parks this place is really great.

Its a very nicely built community. very clean, but its too damn far from EVERYTHING! the apartments are too small and too expensive! they should not just provide parking but also heli pads so the people who live there can fly to go get groceries because it would take too long to go by car!! unless if you are willing to DESTROY your car and take it off road in order to cut the travel distance. the closest petrol station is about 15km away so you burn some petrol by the time you get back from the station! and God knows what would happen if you needed the hospital (knock on wood!!)

Remraam became very annoying to live in, dog owners are ruling the community and nobody can talk to them anymore and once I complained to DP, they told me am not civilized and tolerant, cars parking on sidewalks and building entrances, parking for visitors is scarceNeighboors throwing garbages from balconies on lower level residents...parties and noisy people after 11:00am, construction starting from 5:30am and they only finish when they make sure you won’t go to sleep anymore.Pedestrian zebras don’t have reflectors, cars speeding, Harleys roaring day and nightMy advise...don’t live in Remraam if you are not a dog owner, a light sleeper, have kids and want peace of mind after 13 hours of work
