Nice food.professional staff. The only disadvantage that AC was very week even not functioning which made us feel warm.

The reality is way different from the pictures. The staff at the reception are rude ( two Egyptians), whenever we give a comment they would say: do you want me to cancel your reservation?!!!!What 5 star hotel would say that to their guests instead of welcoming them and trying to make them feel comfortable!!The furniture have stains and it’s very old, the ground is dirty and not shining like the picture at all. I was disgusted to use the shower. The fridge doesn’t work, they said that it only saves the temperature!! And when we tried to at least ask for cold water they would charge us.The walls are very thin that you would be afraid that the roof might fall over you from the noise!The only good thing there are the garden and the cleaning staff as they are very helpful and nice.Also,When we tried to tell the manager about our problems, they told us that the management are doing nothing about it and we are not the first ones to complain.I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

Dined at TAVERNA Restaurant. The ambience was good and spacious. Staff abided by the government laid down COVID 19 Safety protocols and they also politely informed guests to wear masks when we arose to get a refill from the buffet spread.The buffet was satisfactory over all. Grilling station was located outside in the fresh air, opposite entrance to Restaurant which was a good thing.Suggest the Manager shouldnt discuss the pricing structure in the presence of my guests. He could have had a word with me in private.

Food & programme at night are really nice was really disappointed with parking !! We had to park outside the hotel as there is no vallet or any parking available nearby !! We had to walk long distance in the heat in the heals at night... that was terrible really!! Cant imagine 5 stars hotel doesnt ensure parking is available for guests!

Horrible Exerience - DONT GO TO THIS HOTELIve been to quite a few hotels in Dubai for the beach experience and this one is simply the worst.At the restaurant my husband received his appetizer and his main and both my main and appetizers came 30 minutes after his food was brought!!!! Then we asked to have our dessert at the pool if possible (we had a set menu) and they said NO. And Im talking about ice cream. Their rules are absurd!!Then we went at the pool and this was another big disappointment. It was underwhelming and not well maintained. The beach also had old chairs and umbrellas. We went to the bar to ask for the FREE drinks that were supposed to be included in the package only to find out that they are only available until 3pm... but nobody has even told us that. And we had lunch until 3pm anyway.All in all this place was a big waste of money, the staff was rude and unwelcoming, it seems that they dont want to keep the guests happy.I would avoid this place at all cost!!!!

The hotel is of quality and its environment allows to disconnect with the very urban Dubai. The agents are very careful with the customers and it is very pleasant. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, well maintained. Our needs are always met regarding our requests, thanks to Nithin for his kind attentions during our stay.

It was not our first time there and as always we were welcom by the front desk his name is Ahmed and his indian lady whom worked there too lifeguards and all who are working there meeting with smiles and greeting fast service and the room was clean smells good pool many variety and the beach is beautiful

This is Ahmed Al-Taie, I am one of the good customer for your hotel unfortunately I had to check out today from the hotel Room 1704 and I am now living in another hotel near,I have many reasons I will list them- The Internet service was very bad in the hotel which did not allow me to finish my work and I had to go every day out for coffee shop to get good Internet so I can do my work- The room service always Cleaning the room but they do not provide any assets inside the room for example slippers shampoo soap body lotion so I had to go to buy from outside- In the reception you have employee named MARY, Day before my check out I was coming on the night time with my friend MARY make me a problem while I’m trying to get into the hotel and she talk to me and very aggressive and not acceptable way, This is the main reason make me a check out from the hotel because she disrespect me and disrespect my friend, I am staying in this hotel and I am paying for my room, I do not think it is good that she do me a favorNote: All the other employee in the reception are respectful and i do live them especially Ahmed (He is the best), By the way I did the registering for my friend and the reception, And I know the rulesIn all cases for the good of your hotel reputation I will post this on booking and Google as well and you need to take the needed action internally to fix it that will make me able to reconsider staying in this hotel in the future

One of the oldest go-to places in Dubai. Loca, Balcon and other cool places to visit. Loca has some nice Mexican food, while balcon is more Lebanese Arabic style.

Today was my first day i can really feel the warm greeting from all the stuff since we parked our car until we reached the room me & my husband,However i can honestly tell that there’s a serious cleanliness problem in the room,even the toiletBed sheets wasn’t clean,toilet was not clean,bathtub wasn’t clean even the shower head wasn’t clean.I believe this place has a good potential if the management worked well on the cleanliness& hygiene.

I visited with my sister and we received an amazingly great Hospitality, very cooperative, friendly yet professionals.. great ambience and we had a superb experience during our stay..Rooms are quite big with all possible facilities, we booked a balcony room and the garden view is great. Very peaceful and calm ambience, if one wants a serene place to visit then its one of the best option. The breakfast buffet had quite a wide range of food, good quality and quite neat and clean. Personally we didnt have any issue with any of the services provided.

We checked in, the room was at best 3/5 with marks all over the walls, dirt so deep the skirting was black, hair on the floor. We went back to reception and said we were not happy and wanted to check out - he didn’t even apologise, as if it happens on the daily basis! Definitely needs some sort of inspection and to be off hotels.com!

The perfect location! Right next to La Mer. Close enough to Dubai mall and those sights. The hotel grounds make it feel like youre staying somewhere tropical as well. Tons of restaurants at the hotel and nearby. Rooms are a little dated but for the location, I didnt mind.

Going there to try the surf efoil with the surfhouse. Nice place and quiet sea to ride.

Poor stay & room service. I stayed here for one day. Very old room with no maintenance.In fact i should say no hygiene. I noticed some food left overs and empty beer bottles near my room at the time of check in . Even after i complained to the reception regarding the same , till my check out time the same was not cleared. The foul smell and flies at the corridor made my stay very unpleasant. I cant believe that at these days of pandemic, they are least concerned about the hygiene and cleanliness and the way they treat their guests.Highly disappointed and wont recommend to anyone also.

Liked · Location is good, next to LaMer beach. Rooms itself is nice, furniture is good, even whirpool bathtub was there. But we wasnt able to use when child was sleeping due to hideous sound insulation (and its only one available time)Disliked · Noise insulation was awfull. Someone decided that door to the bedroom made from bars is fine. However main entrance to the room itself doesnt block noise at all, and it like doesnt exist for sound. We asked for a baby cot, and staff seems forgot to bring it Poor choise at breakfast, and not really tasty

Nice location but very tired hotel. Renovation would not be enough, needs to be demolished and rebuilt. Rooms are small, I have a view of a wall a few meters away. Towels are really aged, shower etc are probably from 1980s. Air condition makes sound but does not cool. I would definitely advise to stay away, there are much better places in this price range.

The Hotel is a Very good place, Good Breakfast, etc. But one day in 2018.. I lost my childhood bear. House keeping did not find my Bear on the bed, When It was on top of the covers. Since they said that it was not found in the Laundry, my Theory is that it fell on the floor outside of the hotels. They should really Include a Lost & Found. I literally feel like crying everytime I think about my childhood bear. I am seriously sad to this day.

The selection of outlets there is still good not busy anore like before and still my favourite Al Khaimah great food, nice place with the seas view and good choice for a catch up with friends and colleagues. Also Flooka is a good choice for seafood

We went for buffet at Al Qasr restaurant in the hotel and it was the worst experience ever, 2, 3 options only no covid restrictions, food is not fresh, no non smoking area... worst experience ever.

This is such a Lovely hotel. I have stayed with them twice. The rooms are fantastic especially the executive suite. Very spacious and beautiful. The charming ladies in the reception are the powerful weapons for the hotel. They were really helpful and gentle. I would recommend this for all the people who love Classics.

Could have given it a minus if I had the option to. Utterly horrible service, asked for a lovely view and got a room with a view that overlooked a barren patch of land and an adjacent building. No apologies from the staff or anything and when requested to talk to the manager he never turned up. Eventually we had to leave and were so frustrated. Thanks for ruining my boyfriends birthday! Never coming ever and would probably recommend it to people I hate as an evil joke

Such an amazing stay!!!!From the time you entered the hotel it wow’s your expectation and for me it ticked all the boxes of the amazing guest experience, I was celebrating my birthday and visited along with my family and got freebies from the front office team to make the experience more memorable. I would certainly refer Dubai Marine beach resort to the people who would like to experience a magnificent service provided by staff, food, swimming pool, private beach and there is much more to explore.I personally would like to thank the Front office manager and his entire team :-)

We had a 3 days staycation there, the resort is in a perfect location, the pool and beach are nice, bery very friendly staff and their food is super good (highly recommend their in room dining chicken burger). The rooms are abit old thu it needs some renovation.

A great hotel and ambiance. Unique with their villa like approach, the facilities were very nice with a private beach, restaurants and clubs, and on a good are in la mer. We had a lot of unexpected changes to our trip and the staff were very friendly and accommodating, providing us room upgrades, wedding catering etc.The only downsides were that breakfast was not that great and wifi would wasnt the most stable but generally worked well. But despite that, I would most definitely come back here as it offers incredible value for money

Good choice for relaxing and enjoying the nature somehow, but the beach is very small.In winter youll enjoy walking under the stars between its corridors.

It was hell of fun and nice experience

This resort is not old, its historical in Jumeirah and the main reason is that it truly represents growing Dubai culture when it comes to outdoor activities and nightlife. The vast choices of restaurants, bars and club make Dubai Marine a very unique spot. The image is from the beach bar that is very relaxing and has shisha. There is an Arabic club called Balcon as well that is a currently trending hangout for Middle Eastern people.

Bad customer service. The guy who sits in the corner, in a table, next to the reception has no sense of professionalism. My sister and I went to book a room and he showed no interest as he was busy chatting with his friend. Neither him or his friend showed respect and kept chatting and ignoring us. In return he was not intrested to give info and we were put off .
