The hotel is gorgeous! The staffs were very welcoming. All the staffs in the hotel are so kind, polite, professionals and very helpful. The staffs in the hotel will go infinity and beyond to your expectations. Especially I have to mention the housekeeping are excellent!!! My housekeeper Alex deserve all the points! Also food was very good. Big breakfast buffet with lots of options. Keep on doing an excellent work!!!! Excellent service on everything!!Adrian

I couldnt ask for a better hotel and a better staff to be with me.Not to mention the food, the chef. It was all amazing!!! Amazing and friendly staff. Was welcomed by Emmanuel and Gabriel who were very friendly. Absolutely beautiful hotel I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking at getting away and relaxing.They made my stay a memorable one. I had a romantic set up and a romantic dinner added to my stay and I was blown away at the amount of effort that was put into setting everything up and making it special.Not to forget our waiter Mahendra who made our romantic dinner special and always made sure that we were taken care of. Ajay our room service guy who always made sure our room looking stunning after a good nights rest.Thanks to this amazing team. Keep up the excellent work.

Very bad experience, me and my wife choose this hotel for week end relaxation but unfortunately compared to price which we paid , room was very dirty furniture-was very low class and old , service very bad and late, at night also we couldn’t sleep due to fan noise which was almost below our room, at Friday also we was on the beach sleeping on the bed then one of guests arguing with security and police came to location and made us very very bad feeling, i not suggesting this hotel to anyone, even cheapest hotel in bardubai is much better than this.Very poor managment, even for small thing they charge you a lot .

Very good location in the unique man made the palm islands of Dubai, with infinity pool and private beach, international buffet breakfast and the very best part why i rated the hotel a 5/5 because all staff are friendly, hardworkers, very professional and treated the guests as king & queen, thank u all it was a very relaxing weekend.

The restaurant La Maison was very helpful when I told them we want a special set up for a party! They tried very hard to impress us and served brunch because of our request! The manager, Vladimir was very helpful and kind. They even surprised us with a yummy chocolate cake and two beautiful fruit platters! Thanks so much! The food was good too and beautiful pool & ocean view! Definitely a place to remember!

This hotel is sooo baaad as all, plus the manager was so rude in treating us. The housekeeper stole from the room goods worth of 4000AED and the camera caught the housekeeper getting out with bags however they did nothing about it and he was telling me that I’m laying and the bags were empty!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. You don’t deserve to go to a hotel will treat you like that!!!!

It was just an OK place… for what I️ thought it would be, it was the opposite.Cons.- room was OK- balconies are way too close- outdated furniture- chairs on the balcony were so rustic- they don’t change the sheets - we had to request it multiple times- food was OK- beach area and pool area was very small. Almost impossible to get a chair.-restaurants are OK- drinks were way too expensive for that kind of a hotel- the people were nice, but it didn’t seem genuine.- hotel forced us to take a private cab that they are affiliated with, and it turned out that it was much more expensive than a regular taxi ( they didn’t inform us)- keep in mind that it’s at the end of the crescent on the palm island so it does take a bit long to get to it ( Uber’s and taxis will be higher)- breakfast was very expensive- better to order room service for breakfast than go down for the biggest- the finishes in the hotel are very cheap and it is a small hotel. (Looked bigger in pictures)-don’t buy any activities from the hotel - they over charge. Get everything online.Pros- good view- hookah/sheesha at night was great and convenient- PCR testing available at the hotel, they come to your room and take it and it did come back between 8-10 hours. (About $90 dollars

The hotel is decent and good rates. Rooms are clean and reception is nice and upgraded us. But the service in the pool and beach is extremely slow and you have to go physically and search for staff to order, then wait 15++ minutes to get even water. Olga at reception provided excellent customer service.

Its quite nice here, Im enjoying my stay, however only one negative thing about this hotel, rooms lack privacy becase balconies are way too close from each other that you could see inside the room next to you. Although its almost no visibility day time due to glass reflection, but at night its crystal clear and You must close the curtains to have privacy in your room.

Lovely Hotel and great setting. Thats about it really, the service is just about the worse I have ever experienced.It takes hours to get a drink by the pool or beach and you cant even go to the bar to get a drink as its shut for covid reasons.Restaurants are just as bad, waiting ages for just a menu.Theres clearly not enough staff as they all seem rushed off their feet running from point to point to keep up with demand.

Staffs are very friendly. Covid precautions are really good ❤️ Beach is tidy and secluded.Would need a separate review for the food. Food is just excellent. Really enjoyed everything on the plate. Very healthy 🥰🥰

Worat experience that one could have as stayaction. The room allocated to us - bathroom door was not getting closed from outside. The staff was more eager to know when we will leave the hotel rather than offering the service. We ordered dinner - vegetarian biryani, pasta it was terrible in taste. I was suprised to have such terrible food in such a hotel. Breakfast buffet had little option in vegetarian and deserts were dried and tasteless. Juice was bitter in taste. Hush restaurant service was good.

How you have the nerve to attach royal you your name is beyond a joke.Let me give you a rundown of 24hrs in the supposedly “Royal” hotel.We arrived full of glee and merriment about to spend a a night away on our well deserved EID Break. Check in was empty however it still took 45 mins. We had taken the all inclusive package......why not it’s a special occasion let’s treat ourselves. Always one to cover my tracks I had email confirmation (which I will attach) stating that we were allowed to arrive at 10am and start using the facilities and our all in package. Simple enough right.......WRONG. After paying we were told that we could not use the all in package until 3pm . Imagine my surprise..but wait James you have email confirmation I hear you say. You are correct, I did, I showed, it was read out loud, it was met with a look as though it was written by me off the cuff, rather than an employee of the establishment. After 30 mins off back and forth I was met with “sir this is not our usual practice but as a special gesture we will allow it this once” ohhh well thank you for agreeing to what you have already committed to....as a special gesture.30 Mins in one hurdle down, now to the room. Actually the room is lovely and I have no complaints here (surprisingly) great job “Royal”you’ve just about earnt the R in your name. Take a pat on the back, you’ve done well.Unfortunately this is where my praise ends.Now there are far to many instances regarding my grievances for me to go In to great depth. I am by no means a novelist and this would need a trilogy.Service: I wish I had a thesauruson hand so i could empathise the word “useless”. We did not have one drink served to us that was cold. I’m not exaggerating I was served a warm can of beer I looked at the waiter “please may i get a cold one” no word of a lie these where his words “that’s how we serve it here sir” I’m sorry.......you are looking me in the eye and telling me that this is how you serve beer. Warm. Come on now.I can go in. I don’t want to I’m winding myself up. I have a few more hours here. So I’m going to sit back and enjoy my warm can off beer. It’s a delicacy at the royal dont you know.Last straw camels back has been broken.So...so called “Royal” central. You owe us an apology...if you do not have the means and capable staff to run a hotel then simply DONT. Leave it walk away no one will blame you. However if you are happy to push terrible service at high rates go to room 318 and take a good hard look at your self in the full length mirror.Disgusting.

There is no way this is a 5 star hotel more like 3 or 4. The service is very poor, beds aren’t very comfortable, if you take a normal room without a balcony there is no windows you can open to let in fresh air! The food is below average and reminds of canteen food. The only positive is the view as its right by the sea but you can get that in any hotel on the palm. Would not be returning there.

Car rental company inside this hotel doesn’t pay back deposit

Not a family hotel at all. Swimming pool and area around is very dangerous and slippy. Lifeguards doesnt let children play and splash. We wasnt allowed to bring our sleeping child in a room with pool towel! It was a problem for them! Seems that problem is everything for them... breakfast is horrible. Chef which is cooking pancakes for kids has no manners at all. We was waiting for them about half an hour while he was serving others... do not recommend this hotel at all.. we are still here and our holidays in this hotel is ruined...

Pool atmosphere makes you feel uncomfortable and beach area is so small. Check in took around one hour although our rooms were booked ahead of time.

The service was excellent, nice clean hotel. Shankar was amazing and helped us throughout our stay. He really made sure we felt welcomed and happy. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We booked the hotel with Royal Central And it was the best choice we had made. It was the best part of the whole trip. The service was unbelievable. They way they treated us was something we never had. The food was amazing. So many choices and every day it was something new. It felt really nice to try something new everything. Breakfast, Lunch and dinner were just amazing. The employees all around were so nice and respectful. The cleaningness was amazing. Everything was so spot on. Housekeepers where really great. Room was cleaned every day. Just all around an amazing experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking to book a hotel at the Palm! The hotel is amazing its very clear.the rooms are clean and spacious and cleaned every day.The staff are also friendly and welcoming all except one who came across quite abrupt when approached but did not let that spoil my holiday.The food was also amazing and and had a selection of choice.They was one waitress called jenny who went above and beyond to make sure our food was always on point shes is credit to them very bubble warm welcoming lady.Our overall stay was perfect consideringthe current pandemic i will definitely be saying there again in the future.Thank you guys

First of all the location is not bad. At the end of the Palm. However, from the size of the rooms and we were upgraded, to the quality of the food it was simply less then satisfactory. In fact the food for breakfast was just terrible.The positive parts of our stay, Gabriel and Immanual, the greeting team were amazing. I am very sorry to say they were the only highlights of what to be a relaxing getaway for my family. It will be our last time to stay there.

Lovely looking hotel, with great views, very comfortable beds and lovely beach but covid has not been kind to this hotel. There is not enough staff to ensure service is good. to be honest most were lovely, but doing jobs definitely meant for multiple people.The breakfast set up means you have to wait for the few over worked staff to serve you in a queue and everything is cold. Additionally the selection is really not good. The walls are paper thin you can hear every baby and couple through the walls. But the real kicker is the towels. They are horrendous, extremely rough and tired. One day we had one towel with a hole in it between two of us. We raised this and that towel was replaced with two towels with scruffy tattered edges instead. It may not seem much but if I was staying in a 2/3 star hotel in Tenerife i wouldnt mind but you expect a certain quality on The Palm.

Its a great hotel almost on the beach with infinity pool, spa and health club. There is valet parking the hotel theme is inspired by Egypt. The check was a breeze and service was excellent. Being a weekend there were many families who had come for the daycation. The food was nice spread of vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes. The breakfast was great too. Due to Covid situation there were dedicated staff to serve you. One need to wear mask when going into the restaurant. there is plenty of seating area inside and outside .

The inside of the hotel is ok, it’s definitely not 5 star but the access to the beach and the infinity pool is great. Not the most luxurious but great. The room is ok tho it’s not built in highest standards and I thought it should be a bit cheaper than what i have paid for. I do like that there weren’t too many guest in this hotel as social distancing is not hard to do.I am not wowed with the food and steep price. I think you pay more on location here as it is “The Palm Jumeira” than the value of goods. We opted to ordering deliveroo instead.I do like that the sunset here is unobstructed by the skyscrapers, it’s really a one big bonus. The fridge in our room didn’t really function properly, we had to remove it from the cupboard and it started working properly after 12 hours, i could suggest to get a bag of ice to put in it to help it function for start, we left one room key on the dock so the electricity wouldn’t cut off affecting the fridge and temperature of the room as it gets too hot in the afternoon. The staff did their best when we have trouble with anything.We stayed in premium sea view room which had a million dollar view of the Palm and amazing sunset! I like the balcony as well and how cozy it is during the night with its mood lighting. You can see the Atlantis and Royal Atlantis from the balcony. All in all it was a great stay.

Beautiful setup at the very end of the east end of Palm Jumeirah. A small hotel, but still cozy, with a private beach, infinity pool and all the facilities youd expect of a 5-star hotel. The decoration reminded me of the Raffles hotel with the egyptian style. The only downside is the access: its nearly 30 minutes away from the marine because of the fact that its at the very bottom of the palm and you have to drive back and forth from one end to the other to get in/out. But if you are not planning on daily trips to the city, its a perfect place to stay!

Friendly and chilled. Staff were very good and rooms nice enough without being extravagant. Some great views from the room balconies at sunset. Zero privacy on the balcony though so keep ye clothes on..Bar seemed limited. Good enough hotel if you can get it at a reasonable price. We would go back.

Stay at Hotel was very comfortable with friendly staff, private beach & nice swimming pool, with nice food. Because most of us were vegetarian & the menu was mostly nonveg, the chef & the staff at LA Maison made sure, they served us hot, vegetarian, yummy food to our specifications. Will surely recommend this place for a memorable stay.

Beautiful hotel, wasnt a fan of original room but reception moved us straight away no problems. Every single member of staff was wonderful couldnt have asked for better hotel honestly.

The lovely friendly staff, the food in the restaurant was just first class, so much variety. The rooms were beautiful and so clean. The outdoor pool area was just amazing. The staff were always ready to arrange a cab for us. We were very impressed and will certainly be staying here again on our next visit to Dubai.
