Beautiful place to live in but horrible horrible service if god forbid you have a maintenance job you need to get done in your villa. Most useless admin team who are totally useless and inefficient. Take a minimum of 3-4 days to respond to a maintenace request. Extremely unfriendly web portal for requesting outside companies to come and work inside.

Save your money and find property elsewhere. Once you pay for it and move in the nightmares begin. Worst handover department and terrible service department . They have a bunch of dishonest employees in their handover and DLP department and their main job is to deceive landlords and owners by delaying any repairs until warranty expires.
