Nice and clean place , good location and the last but not the least water in swimming pool is cold which is good during summer time when temperature can raise up to 45 degree , would recommend this place

The pool is nice, good temperature, clean. The beach is also nice with a great view. Their biggest problem is the lack of the sun loungers by the pool. The area is shared both by Rixos hotel and Sonder serviced apartments, 38floors each! At 7am most of the sunloungers are already blocked, however, most of the people dont turn up until 11am. I go with my son at 8am and struggle to get a spot which is a real shame since we leave by 11am. On the weekends the situation is even worse as the hotel sells day passes to the outsiders. No problem with the sun loungers on the beach.

Came here for a last minute birthday celebration for my fiance and had an amazing time!! The staff was great, friendly and super helpful! They really made us feel special and accommodated our requests. The food was good as well, our favorite was the Sushi Pizza, we ordered about 7 plates of this hahaha. Will definitely be coming back sometime very soon.

Ultimate Comfort Zone! We had a great time and the beach view is amazing with the astonishing Dubai Eye. The food and shisha from the lounge is so great and Jaytee is so committed to always check and definitely took good care of us.. Kodus to his great service and for being friendly and his smiley gesture. We will definitely come back soon and we’ll recommend to our friends...

Nice ambiance, got to experience their shisha very worth it specially the staff they will take care of everything you will need and I recommend Jaytee as your shisha guy he is nice very accommodating!

Really nice place. Good mix of people and I liked the choices between the pool with good music or the comfortable sunbeds. Had a really nice salad. I also think the deal of paying 200AED of which 100 can be used for f&b is pretty fair for Dubai. The only thing that drove me completely insane are the jetskis. This is not at all the fault of the place but a general problem all along the Marina. I really feel like I spent a day at the runway of an airport. I talked to a few guys who rent jetskis and some staff of the hotels because I was curious if its always like this. They all said these are rich untouchable locals who tune their jetskis like mad. Weekends seem to be always like this. Im probably too old but Ive never heard such a constant noise at a beach. Anyway Ill stick with the pool next time.

Wonderful place to chill out. Very clean, extremely friendly and professional staff, theyre ready to help you any minute and always around if needed, coffee and food was served very elegantly. beach is very clean and natural coast of water better than any palm beach hotel. beach beds very comfortable and umbrellas available everywhere. Beach towels were changed couple of times and made me feeling of safety even during the pandemic. Price is very affordable, Azure Beach definitely exceeded my expectation. Definitely trying 1000 more times.Thank you Azure Beach Team

Not recommend to anyone, they treated the customers very bad. After i go there almost every for more than a month, today after beach close at 6:30 PM i just want to go to the greek restaurant what was near to the beach and swimming club but the security said that is not allowed, i ask polite why is not allowed because we all time go and eat there after beach but he said he can’t let us go because this are the rules and if we want go we need walk out of the beach and around building witch is like 1,5 km walk instead of 50 m, and he said that he will call the manager if i not go, i said ok, call the manager, the manager come and said that is covid and distance and thats why not allowed, i laugh because is ridiculous that for 50 m is covid and for 1,5km is not anymore covid, i again ask polite, Sir we just want to go to the restaurant, you should welcome the clients not act like this and make the clients to never come, and he start to tell me that he is work in rixos for 7 years and he decide the rules, i ask him again if is possible to just go and eat, we not want change the rules or any favors, we just want to go and eat how we do usually, and I don’t want to walk 1,5k to pass the reception from front and come back in the same place when we can just go 50 m , and he said me that if o don’t want walk i need give him TIP 200 dirhams or if not i need to walk 1,5 km. I left and i swear i will never come back to this place again, this is not a way to treating clients. Who give jobs to this people they need teach them to respect clients not to force them to go away. In the end they lose a client.

Amazing service, but if your going for the 5 drinks for 100dhs thinking its great value, think again. the drinks (alcoholic) are very small. It was still a lovely relaxing day. the pool was beautiful with some shaded areas and some sunny.

The pool is great and they have one of the best fruit platter. The staff is very helpful and nice, the food in general is good, the only negative thing they have is the parking you have to get a bill of minimum 300 aed so it will we free other than that you will pay 100 aed for the parking. I hope they can improve that

I headed to azure beach with a friend for a girly catch up and chill day, and that’s what we got! Considering we went after lockdown it was quite busy, we still didn’t feel disturbed however and we were able to relax.The food was delicious 🤤 we had prawn tacos 🌮 enchiladas 😍 and some simple but tasty margarita pizza 🍕 as well as a pulled beef sandwich that was surprisingly filling! We had our water topped up regularly so even on this mega 42 degree hot day we weren’t too dehydrated afterwards.Thank you for the great service Azure! We will be back! 💕

Nice restaurant inside the rixos premium JBR. We only drink there but the food I saw, looked great and fresh. If you are in dubai you need to know that the prices are a little higher then anywhere else but here the prices are OK for dubai

We stayed in Sonder JBR apartments and used Azure beach, which is shared between the apartment complex and the Rixos hotel located in the twin tower. The place is as good as it gets for a beach vacation in Dubai but is expectedly pricey (how about 15 EUR for a beer?)

They tell on the phone wrong information about the price and minimum spent and suddenly when i was there the MANAGER ERIC denied after i proved to him and he was so rude and unprofessional at all.. not recommended

Its a place where you can refresh and enjoy with your friends and family. My family really loved the place and the food served. Thank you to the staff specially the waiter with a tattoo hes welcoming and approachable. I commend him for wonderful service.

Azure beach lounge, what a chill out place to be, went in for drinks, nice place to see the sunset and Dubai Eye, pool side, chill music...nice ambience... good service by Ernesto our server and hospitable hostess Hanna from last time at the reception.

The beach/pool area was super crowded. It took us some time to find two beds and no umbrella! I think they should let people know if the beds are all occupied...Wifi doesnt work outside the green area by the sea side...Staff were nice and helpful...and we enjoyed the fruit plate very much.

Azure Beach is one of the best resorts in Dubai, place is so clean and well sanitized, once you reach the reception till you leave you feel that all the team is so friendly, pools are always monitored, restaurants deliver yummy food and one of the best shisha ever, trying the tuna salad and bluemist shisha is a must.

I always come in Azure beach every once in a month. It is definitely my best beach club. I always sit in pool bar with this amazing staff! Glad to see all of them, they put a good atmosphere, specially the bar team ! Thanks for the smile to Angel !

I had visited Azure beach last month and I can say that it is one of the amazing beach resort Ive visited here in Dubai, with nice pool, cool music vibes and great foodsss (prawn tacos & beef bbq pizza)👌. The staffs are friendly and provided us a good service, special thanks to Marky for being accomodating during our trip.Highly recommended!!.

Went there for a swim. A bit over crowded as I was with a little child. But at the same point it was over crowded for a reason. It is really nice and allow kids which means you all can partake in the fun.

Love love love! We stayed at the hotel and made the most of Azure beach. It did get busy on the theme days, which isnt ideal for hotel guests as the beds get taken up by visitors. Outside of that it is one of the nicest pool and beach access point on JBR. Great poolside food, good music and lovely staff!!

Cannot recommend Azure Beach enough!!! I have been here so many times now since it opened and it never ever disappoints to be an incredible time! Everything about it is amazing. The pool, the daybeds, the atmosphere, the music. The food is unreal, I highly recommend their Sushi and Pizzas! The staff are so lovely, they really go above and beyond to make sure your experience is second to none. Azure is my favourite go to place in Dubai and I will always swear by it when recommending to others!

Amazing place and friendly staff to enjoy my day. With such as beautiful sunset view at the late afternoon from the sea. Really worth it to spend day off after such as long week at work.

If you would like to experience power distance come to this place. You are being treated like a nobody just for the sake of catering a “VIP”. As a hotel guest take into consideration, that Azure beach is just for the ones who pay and not for the ones who paid the hotel. Worst beach in Dubai.

I enjoyed this beach as much as I could while staying at Rixos. Tuesday Thursday and Saturday are pool parties and DJ plays some great music while you enjoy good drinks and meet some people.

Azure beach is a great place to spend an afternoon in Dubai. Great vibe around the pool, and such great views. The service is fantastic, and it’s very relaxed. It’s is in a great location, and very easy to find.

Upon arrival, we ordered drinks which we waited for 50 minutes. While waiting weve asked for some water (top rated hotels and beach clubs in Dubai offering free bottles of water with logo stickers of a hotel or the club on them), because it was 45C and we were thirsty. The angry waiter asked do I have an open tab or hotel room, other wise she cant give me water, and I said we ordered 50 min ago still didnt get our drinks. Its unbelievable that whole pool bar and sunbeds around the pool are covering two/three waiters. All of them are wet to their skins, management didnt provide any fans or mobile AC for them so youve been served by sweaty and stinky staff.Regarding showers around the pool, all of them are splashing hot water, and the pool water is not chilled like in other beach clubs in Dubai. Another essential thing, toilets by the pool are a disaster, very sloppy with bad smell and no AC. Dressing rooms are still under construction.Overall, since beach club is in Rixos hotel which is amazing 5* hotel, this is big slap and shame for the group.Still can not believe we have been charged for bottles of promo water!Shame on you Azure beach club.

Went here on a Saturday night. Cost $90 to get in but it did include 3 drinks which were extremely weak. Besides that great spot good music nice atmosphere good people and no one being picky at the door.

The pool and beach is just so beautiful though the pool is a bit crowded. Robin and Ardie were both friendly and approachable.

I am visiting Azure beach quite often and I can say that service became worse,over the time... its bad for a beach club with such reputation... But today we met Mr service “Happiness provider” that made us forget about unpleasant situation with waiters... Joseph (happinesses provider ☺️) put a smile back on our faces and we will come back for sure ....Waiters on the side,this is a great place to spend a day with friends...

Azure Beach offers a good variety and options for all the beach goers and anyone willing to eat and drink while enjoying the pool. The whole vibe around the place is great. Can’t wait to be back at Rixos Premium to try out more interesting options!
