Superb hotel, exceptionally friendly and informed staff. They couldnt do enough for us, food consistently excellent, drinks carefully mixed and presented. The spaces are cleaned regularly and communication between us the concierge was excellent. Everything we wanted was here and we will certainly be coming back when in Dubai again. I cannot see how this beautiful place can improve, hotel cars can be ordered for transfers and visits, food is super fresh and lovingly prepared, the staff are totally amazing, pools, gym, entertainment all wonderful. Bravo Four Seasons ! very happy indeed.

Nice place to smoke a cigar. Cool ambiance and still very cosy. Separate rooms for private parties and the waiter and waitress are very nice and professional. I do like the Library Bar at the Doha 4 Seasons more I have to say but the sliders at the Dubai 4 Seasons are equally yummy.One thing they could do is, as the Four Seasons in Doha does, dedicate one night for wine (uncorked Mondays) where they provide a wine list with paired bouchées at good prices.

A beautiful hotel with impeccable service. We made a 3-day stopover in Dubai before flying off to Seychelles. We love their breakfast, it’s divine. The only thing that upset us is the lack of consistency from weekend to weekend. One weekend we got an amazing Açaí station with granola and berries, just heavenly. The other weekend no such station was there, we had to request it to the chef as a special request and of course if it’s a special request it takes time to arrive at the table. Got charged the same amount as the previous weekend, but we had gone especially for the Açaí, so disappointed. They also didn’t have some lovely cheese bread strips from the previous weekend and a fresh fruit station, so I thought we paid the same money for less offerings on the menu. Other than that, amazing facilities and staff unbelievably well trained, great food quality, honey, cheeses, porridge - I am pregnant and will be coming back soon, hands down my favourite breakfast in Dubai. Would be amazing to be able to get pork bacon as beef bacon just isn’t the same.

Nice Hotel and Rooms - however the walls are quite thin and you can hear the hallway in your room.One pool was under construction, the other one was nice.

Obviously the hotel is 5 star BUT there is one person worth recognizing and endorsing!Who went above and beyond in customer service!!Mr Firous Ahmed - at the VALET parking!My car made sound as the shock observer recently got broken - and when I went to get my car he informed me about it, what was wrong and he took out his mobile and showed me the issue (as he had went under the car to find out what was wrong with it !!) Who even does that?I was just amazed and still think about it every time I pass Four Seasons in Jumeirah.

The right place to relax and enjoy an afternoon tea at the terrace or in the tea Room. The staff is very well trained, polite and friendly. We had the afternoon tea tray and were served hot coffee and tea. Kudos to the management.

That was the worst dinner I had in my life, we were served 100 grams of fish, the menu said it served 2 people (880 grams) of fish, what a joke! My wife had a teeny-weeny pizza for 300 dihrams! Never ever again!!!

1. Super Noisy Hotel! One side Nammos Beach Club other Hotel Side some high beep Sound.and on top of it a Four Seasons Concierge is not even capable to get a dinner table inside the restaurant while it has 45 degrees outside.In the alternative restaurant Verde the smell of cars & Kohlenmonoxyd are directly in your drinks as the restaurant is in the underground floor, although highly recomanded by the great concierge teams (female concierge)2. My room 412 smells (carpet smell)3. The hotel emplyees are not well trained. Nobody helps to solve a stressfull stay. All showed room Options are even worse than the shown ones.4. On Friday (today) in the bar there are no seats for guests! But a lot of seats for lonely women.5. In the lobby area there is a harf player like in the 16th centuary.6. One pool is completely out of service7. Not one silent place to relax!I booked on Booking, and the best answer by Front desk is, if I don’t like it, I need to take care of cancellation!Dear Four Seasons Management, certainly not!You will take care of this complete nightmare!And guess what! Never ever again Four Seasons! I was allways a fan but now, ny AirBnB is more professional!

Went for the afternoon tea in Shai Salon. Beautiful place, very attentive staff, lovely presentation. Mid priced by uae Hotel afternoon tea standards (dhs285 for 2). Quality good. Selection modest and quantity minimal compared to others. Overall a nice experience and they kindly presented my wife with dessert with candles for her birthday, but if you want a really impressive afternoon tea experience, this isnt the one.

Loved this brunch, food was freshly made and variety is absolutely amazing.. seafood station was my favourite, chef will prepare it in front of you, cut whatever you wish. Hotel is absolutely amazing, beautiful spot and access to the beach.. staff was great, on top of everything and always there to assist when needed.. sweet station is an absolute dream.. you will love this brunch.. flow of drinks from 1 till 4pm.. we will definitely be back.. thank you..

Today I went to four seasons expecting the best and many families too and I’m one of their residents but what I saw today was a horrifing experience to me and the families here,a drunk guy came inside and scared all the families and women ,he was screaming and talking in a bad language while threatening all the people and me specifically because I talked to the manager and in the hotel and no one in the staff did anything and just watching while the women ran downstairs after 30 minutes of him screaming and coming to each table they took him out and when we left he tried to attack me,scream at me in a bad languishing and threw his cigarettes at me .I’m afraid one day a drunk might succeed at attacking a resident Before the security does a thing

Very disappointed! Staff in brown uniforms patrol the lobby and beaches, standing in the centre of hallways and walkways starring at guests like bodyguards from a NIGHTCLUB. Also being very rude to and disallowing guests from taking family photos while allowing intruders fishing at the hotels private beach! This is the WORST 5-star hotel Ive visited in Dubai!

I am lemousine driver , when we drop custome.By emergency or sometimes we use washroom,There security and who on duty when we ask them can u show me the toilet.Always say one things , its not allowed for u.What not allowed its right there management teach them, dont leave them.But this the the right of lemousine, and taxi drivers they attend toilet.

Looks generic from the outside you run of the mill hotel, but walking in and vibing with the atmosphere is a game changer, relaxing in a nonchalant way. Great staff not in a sense of theyre respectful dont get me wrong they are but they also have personality which is a major bonus. All in all I would recommend coming for whatever the occasion may be, afternoon tea to relax night out with the boys.All this at the hendricks bar.
