I would like to thank Wessam El Raked for everything that she did to make sure we had a very pleasant stay at the beautiful resort which we visit every year. She upgraded us to a Junior Suite which was spectacular and the family really enjoyed their stay. We are thankful to the whole team working at the Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa from the reception staff at check-in to the Chefs especially Sham who went to great lengths to make a special dish for us everyday. Also Mr John in the Brasserie 2.0 who made sure we had everything we needed and catered for our every need. I would like to thank everyone for the magnificent stay we had and we can’t wait to be back next year 😃

I have travelled and stayed in various hotels. 5 starts arent something which creates the Wow factor for me anymore. But this resort. exceptional is quite a basic word to explain the wonderfulness you experience here. The major thing you come across is the highly sensitive staff , they are quite empathetic to your needs and most of the time they tend to just read your brain. There are lot to explore here. From 3 swimming pools, to beautiful white beaches to extraordinary gorgeousness to*food*. You will have great time enjoying the breakfast. Trust me.

Excellent hotel, ideally located in Dubai Marina, lots of facilities (7 restaurants and bars, gym, 3 swimming pools, parking, tennis, spa, a small shop that sells essential things for the beach etc) rooms are large and most have a very good view, are luminous, comfortable, clean, have good amenities and accessories. Also breakfast is very good and varied, you can have very different type of food everyday. Staff is friendly, smiling and whatever you might need they can provide it (24/7 in room dining, restaurant reservations, tickets for an event, taxi etc). Hotel guests are more businessman, families, couples and average age is 35+. Hotel is quiet and you can have a very relaxing stay. Also the beach is huuuuge, clean and well equipped. However, if you’re looking for a festive / party place, skip it. But if you are looking for a luxury, relaxing resort with lots of services you should definitely pay a visit. Had a very good experience here, it’s the second time I come and I will definitely come back.

The best service I have received from any hotel/resort so far. Right from the minute I walked in, to the time I collected my baggage and ordered a taxi, I have only had good impression of the hotel services and people. I would especially recommend the spa and massage center - would definitely go back there again!

From the moment we pulled up to the hotel I thought this is going to be great. We were served refreshing fresh juice and water as we checked in. The room upgrade I chose was basically all inclusive I thought it was just breakfast.The room had an amazing view of the pools, hotel grounds, the ocean and Palm Island. Amenities in the room were top notch and included high end design and decor. Everything was so comfortable, the bed, pillows and seating. Each piece complements the next throughout the entire hotel.Food was amazing! We mostly took advantage of the Club Lounge and they had enough variety to mix and match daily. Dinner at Zengo twice everything was so delicious. Drinks by the pool were amazing! Late night appetizers and drinks at Shades and in room dining.Outdoor amenities included multiple large pools with 2 large bars. Numerous lounge chairs at the pool on the lawn and down by the beautiful private beach which also had a bar. Peacocks and other interesting birds roamed about. A few of the restaurants had very nice outdoor dining areas and bars. Were considering being our children because they had plenty amenities for the kids.Service was of the utmost importance to everyone, I could feel the pride taken in all areas of the hotel. We were spoiled and really didnt want to leave.Overall a highly recommend hotel due to the polite and attentive staff. Attention to detail throughout the entire hotel. Amazing dining experiences and the beautiful outdoor resorts styled pools and private beach. Every corner inspires a photo opportunity.Thanks for being apart of our 10 year Anniversary experience!

The hotel is stunning and cleaned regularly. The staff is so welcoming and kind. If you treat them well, they will treat you better! Least favorite experience here was the European guests. They are arrogant, full of themselves and behave rudely to the staff. Thankfully as Americans, we are taught etiquette and manners, which Europeans lack entirely. Anyways, it is a beautiful hotel, I highly recommend it!

Absolutely fantastic experience. The delicious and huge spread of food, the stunning view, three pools, the brilliant service, the welcoming staff and the beautiful hotel itself made it a wonderful stay. 1000% recommended!

Little disadvantages are the aircon is a little bit loud and the cleaning time sometimes interrupt the morning schedule, but the staff and services are all good, really clean every where and responds fast. Be sure willing to visit again!

Had a great time at this hotel. As a marriot Bonvoy member, they really take excellent care of you. Service was very good at check in and restaurants. Hotel facilities and the updated interiors is excellent to make your stay comfortable. Restaurant selection is top notch. Overall we had a great time and wouldnt think twice to stay again.

Everything about our stay was excellent. Starting from the concierge with their warm welcome.The staff is so friendly and helpful.Rooms are clean and neat.Main two pools are great enough to skip the far hot beach :)In Summary, our basic staycation suddenly became one of our best staycations ever.

This is a modern and beautiful hotel. We stayed here as couple for having a relaxing break. The restaurant’s are very nice and serving good quality food. The beach is amazing and only a short walk from the wide hotel area. We missed the chilled atmosphere….at the most places they’ve played old people piano music which have been very sleepy and annoying.

A huge thank you to Nancy and Tuo in Brassiere 2.0 for dinner going way and above beyond customer service expectations.. despite the hard times the customer service in this place continues to amaze. Thank you both for making the trip memorable and providing fantastic customer service 🙌

Very nice hotel-one of the few in Dubai with the great beach access. Excellent service- food and drinks delivery on the beach, good attention to detail. You can see the training is to a very high standard. They even organized a doctor to come to us for doing a COVID test and brought the results to your room. Will be back, we had a wonderful stay. For elite guests, excellent lounge as well

This pharmacy it is not open 24 hours .I wolk all the way to reach that location then at 5 am morning and was close they told me headoffce close at 2 am when I called themIt unfortunately very bad and unprofessional at all 😡😡😡😡😡

The hotel turned out to be just perfect 👌 Fresh and tasteful renovation, comfortable bed and pillows, spacious room and balcony with a sea view. There is a big territory where you can walk or play some sports, private spacious beach with service, several restaurants, gym, beauty salon, so basically everything you need to even stay the whole vacation there, without going out.We were staying in a club room, so in addition to delicious breakfast, we were enjoying club lounge.Would love to go back 😍

Beyond and above our expectations. Just an amazing stay, the staff the food the cleanliness the decor. We stayed at the newly renovated tower in A royal suite, so specious and well designed. The view was breathtaking. I highly recommend this resort.

Friday day pass at the pool with reasonable weekend access fees fully redemption on F&B , great vibes , cool music , food is tasty as always and team are around but the reason of my low review as people Serve with no courtesy or attentiveness , just hard workers but no 5 stars service which we expect from such hotel , I know its hot weather but but still thats their job and we deserve atleast a smile

Called in for tea and cake while amusing the grandchild. Lovely surroundings, service and cake, the baby behaved as well. Returned for the day use of beach and pool - lovely garden, pools and beach. Food and service was very good.

Super Hotel of Dubai 🏩😍A must visit for everyone not only tourists but for residents too. Its so huge and have so many activities that you cant get bored. A true heaven for kids ❤️Lush green lawns with peacocks wandering freely on it, is something not very common here in this part of the World. Last but not the least, beaches are mind blowing 👌

My daughter and I just spent 2 weeks at Royal Meridien Dubai and we enjoyed every minute of our stay !The location right next to Jumeirah Beach Residence, the vast tropical grounds, the 3 swimming pools and 14 restaurants and bars certainly make this hotel stand-out from the crowd ; but it is clearly the outstanding customer service that made our stay very special. The hotel staff consistently delivered the best service - from the pool guys who manage to find you the perfect loungers and bring you delicious cocktails, to the cleaning person who leave 10 bottles of water in your room because you mentioned it was going to be a very hot day...Special thanks to Afsal at Customer Service who managed to book us a customised ‘Sunset Desert safari and dinner’ ! An authentic experience we will never forget.Also, safety measures and distance are in place everywhere so we felt comfortable all the time.I highly recommend the Royal Meridien Beach Resort and Spa !

Good Resort. All facilities with different food culture like Mexican, indian, Italian, Chinese etc.

Nice place overall with lots of space around multiple pools. Staff were also very friendly. However, our room had some issues with mini fridge not working and only a few of the electric sockets working (after complaining the mini fridge issue was sorted but not the sockets). In addition there did not seem to be enough enforcement for mask wearing in busy places such as the toilets and lots of people were sat at the swim up pool bar most of the day despite notices saying not to due to covid.

From when we arrived and my bags were collected from the boot of the hire car to when we left it truly was a 5* experience.It has 3 pools, a private beach and plenty of grounds to walk round.Check in was smooth, bags delivered to the room quickly and the young man who showed us to our room explained all room features.Fridays around the pool got a little busy, but the staff kept up the outstanding service of food and drinks. At all times the social distance managers did their jobs.Saturday was a lot quieter and the staff were super attentive.My wife is a coeliac so eating out can be a problem, but not here. Each restaurant provided gluten free menus. Of note are:The indya restaurant provided some outstanding food both at lunch and dinner. Highly recommended. Good wine list.Geales managed to provide gluten free fish and chips, thats why we kept visiting. Outstanding taste. Great cocktails available.Breakfast buffet was good, but got a little busy at peak times. Staff assisted finding gluten free options.Shades bar provided a place to sit enjoy a drink and watch the sun go down. Never had to search for staff, they always anticipated our needs.Room service was quick and met our requests.So why pick this hotel over the other 5* in the area?The staff!The view!The quality of the restaurants available.

A two weeks holiday in December ended up being nearly 6 months, due to avoiding covid restrictions in the UK, at the Le Royal Meridien.We have switched various rooms in our first month but ultimately settled in a Deluxe Suite. While the first room (standard double room) in the main building was a bit dated, the rooms thereafter (Deluxe Sea View and Deluxe Suite) were amazing.A big thank you to Francis, Jurana and Joan for sorting out our rooms and attending to all our request and making Christmas, my birthday and my wife’s birthday special.Not to forget the great concierge team with Eddy, Toni and Ben at the entrance for getting you your taxi ans opening doors.We had an incredible time at the hotel and the super friendly staff and their superb service made our stay special.We have stayed at many 5 star luxury hotels in Dubai in the past years and while the Royal Meridien is maybe not the most luxurious (eg Four Seasons or One&Only on the Palm) one, you will have a relaxed and comfortable stay and can have an amazing family holiday.There are so many things to compliment the hotel at and will try to list a few things.The three pools are great, something for everyone.The beach and the beach bar (Masoom served us for months and his service was second to none - thank you! He made us laugh and even knew our daughter by name and made all our beach days special). Only downside is that the what is a little walk as the beach is very big.The large variety of restaurants is perfect and there is something for everyone - from sushi/Asian at Zengo (thank you to Pankaj and his team for great food and service).The brasserie for a great dinner buffet (thank you Paul for the great dinners and service) as well as the breakfast (thank you to Shalu, his close colleague as well Jensen and the guys behind the counters as well as the hostess who always made a special welcome for our daughter.Indya for real authentic Indian food and thanks to Singh.La Strega for great pizzas and their Lobster spaghetti - big thanks to Gabriel and his team for always getting us a great table and perfect service).Rhodes for great steak.But the best by far, which we ended up going to at least 1-2 times a week was Al Khaimah - an outside restaurant with the best Lebanese food you can think of. It’s a great comfortable atmosphere where you can have a nice dinner, our daughter was walking around and playing with the house cats, so as parents we could enjoy your time. The staff was amazing and super friendly and dear friends to us know. Thank you to the amazing Chef and Manager as well as Khaleel and Ernesto for serving us but also everyone else!Separate to that the in-house kids club as well as an amazing soft play place for children (Cheeky Monkeys) and Barry’s for fitness enthusiasts is literally across the street.The fact that the hotel is connected to the Grosvenor House, which houses the famous Buddha Bar as well as other great restaurants makes it a perfect balance for family and adult activities and night outs.It truly is the best family hotel in Dubai and can only buy highly recommend it! We planning to come back in October and year end already.Thank you to everyone!

The best outside are in JBR. But see is pretty far from swimming pool. It is a small disadvantage when it is hot outside

Nice place. Sunbed are far from sea. If u want best sunbed not to far from sea u must come earlier morning around 9.a.m. Good servise for price 250aed per person. All this money u can drink it or eat.

Warmth, Kindess and excellent customer relations. I was personally by the General Manager, He weas was excited a me as I was most distance arrival that week! I would receice an upgraded suite from the one my agent booked, they sent several tasty amenities for my breif stay. In addition this exceptional VIP ROLL OUT. The GM arranged for His Nephew to guide me around the Dubai in super sleek Mercedes! Not only did having sum cool memories but I make nice new freinds. Kavaaluq!

I consider Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort to be the best hotel in Dubai. It ticks all the boxes, Great Location, Amazing Pools, Beach and Fascilities, Comfortable clean well appointed rooms, a wide and diverse choice of restaurants and bars and above all, incredible staff who really are on top of their game. They really do go the extra mile to make your stay to be memorable.

Very nice beach/garden area; probably the best in JBR; 7 restaurants and a lounge to choose from; food quality to Dubai standards.Decent size, classic feeling rooms in the new tower.Some renovation in one of the pool and somewhat more expensive than others in JBR. Overall a winner

I just stayed here for a two night break and cannot recommend this hotel enough! I booked the Tower King Seaview room on Halfboard basis with lounge access. When we arrived our check in was super fast and very efficient, the Tpwer rooms have a dedicated reception area and we were welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine!Our rooms were really nice, great amenities in the bathrooms, extremely clean and we felt really spoilt with the fruit platters and the wine in the rooms. A special message to Eddy Lacson, the concierge managerwho made our stay very comfortable and we plan to come back very soon again.The Breakfast, Teatime and pre dinner cocktails at the Lounge were amazing!The food is superb and I loved all the waiters and chef who served us in the lounge, each one of them was always smiling and getting us whatever we liked.The staff at the swimming pools were the same , always helpful and the pool area is very clean and well kept with the hygiene standards.I would recommend that the add more options to the half board menus to make it worthwhile as otherwise makes no sense to buy that package. The restaurants are very nice and there is a good choice so the only thing to improve on would the HB options.This hotel has the most amazing grounds with beautiful peacoks and ducks and cats roaming freely. The flowers in the garden are so pretty and the grass certainly is well maintained.What can I say about the beach? The best beach Ive come across in Dubai!💙 its super clean and not crowded at all. Ive taken some photos which I will share online now. Thank you to everyone for making this break so wonderful for us and we shall be back again very soon.🙏⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The service s so bad specialy the bell boys behave is realy a dark point on ths hotels publicity. I belongs from the tourisum company name meeting point.i will suggest to all of our guest who booking the rooms in ths hotel to not chose this hotel bcz of the service .i heard the words which they said behind theguest was realy sad and insult .

Amazing place to stay and one of the best experience

Great location in JBR. The hotel has a great breakfast spread even now during COVID. The hotel has a couple pool and a large beach with lots of lounge chairs. There’s many restaurants to choose from. The staff is very nice and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is pleasant. Try to stay in the renovated section, the rooms are very nice and large, they also have a nice size balcony. Rooms have an in room coffee Lilly machine which to me is very important. You won’t be disappointed with your stay here!

The hotel has very friendly staff. The location is great. Given that we visited during covid times, the precautionary measures taken by the hotel is outstanding. There are social distancing managers everywhere reminding people to wear masks and not to do behaviors that can assist in spreading the virus. All the restaurants are amazing, Mexican, Indian, Italian... The breakfast is nice, with lot of variety. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The rooms have been modernized with some new technology, relatively small is size though. The view to the beach takes the stress away.

The resort is completely ruined by the noise coming from the neighbouring properties. Most of the beach area is overwhelmed by extremely loud pumping pop/dance music from next door. No chance of sitting anywhere from the centre part of the beach right wards and even all the way left at the other side you can still hear the baseline. It’s like being on a party holiday without the party. Only place safe from the noise seems to be the pools.The hotel itself is nice but I wouldn’t come again as I can’t enjoy the beach. I don’t know why there is not an agreement between the various establishments to keep the noise to a level where it’s mostly only their own guests that can hear.

Great resort in JBR / Dubai Marina, easily accessible by public transport and walkable distance from The Beach shopping area.The resort is huge with three different pools and a large beach area, lots of grass/green areas too.There are lots of restaurants to chose from, the food quality is good and so is the service.

We went there to the beach, access is fully F&B redeemable.Food and drinks were good, towel service as well.

I am staying here second time for staycation and absolutely love this hotel. We had couple years beach membership in this hotels, love restaurants here. I recommend this hotel to all my friends who come to Dubai and they love this place. I believe Le Royal Meridien is the best hotel in JBR area and even Dubai with big territory, huge private beach and great location. Different hotels dont have such a big territory at all.Staff in the hotel are really helpful and friendly. Big thanks to Asang from main reception for our upgrade to club room. She is so so friendly and helpful we felt like VIP when we checked in. In fact me and my husband stayed here in September and she was in reception that time and we loved her even then. Absolutely amazing and friendly girl.We stayed before in sea view deluxe room and it was spacious and good. At the moment we are staying in club room and its really good room, very modern, recently renovated. I believe even more spacious than deluxe room.The lounge is absolutely amazing and stylish. We have breakfast there, selection of food less than in the Brassery but its more relaxed for us.There is afternoon tea from 3 pm till 4.30 pm with big collection of different tasty cakes. And in the evening they serve drinks between 6 pm till 8 pm. My friend and me really love lounge. People who work there are very friendly and helpful.We have staycation rate with half board. So far we went to Geals and Rhodes restaurants. I must say half board menu is very tasty and definitely worth to have half board rate if you can.I recommend this hotel to all people. I believe you wont regret at all. Thanks to all people who work there for such a wonderful service. I hope to come back again in April with my husband for few days.

Great 5 star hotel for relaxing by the sea. We stayed in the Club Room and enjoyed the benefits of the Club Lounge.Cozy and newly renovated room with a wonderful sea view. Large outdoor area, huge private beach. A free sunbed can always be found. Wifi also works on the beach. It is difficult to find a place by the pool, as the hotel guests occupies sunbeds in the early morning, although they do not stay there all the time.The advantage of the club lounge is the cozy atmosphere, afternoon tea from 3:30 PM, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM you can drink as much cocktail as you want and get a snack. The food and cocktails are really delicious.Room sevice is also fast. The room was clean and safe, great bedding, feather pillows. We had dinner at Indya, Maya, Brasserie 2.0, Club lounge. It was very tasty everywhere. We do not recommend Rhodes Twenty 10. It was completely average food, not worth the price.In summary, a great hotel for a beach holiday, where you can get all the high quality services and not go anywhere, just enjoy.By the way the staff arranged the late check out at 4 PM on the last day. That was really nice.Hope we will come back.

If youre thinking of a beach holiday in Dubai look no further. You have arrived. This place is not a resort, its an oasis! On top of that it has staff most hotels can only dream of.Admittedly the main building looks dated or at least unimpressive from the outside. But as the say dont judge the book by its cover! Once you enter or even only get in touch with the people from this place before your arrival youll quickly know were you are. Its a classy, well maintained property with very good restaurants, bars and a world class club lounge. Three pools (as of Feb 2021 one currently being renewed), huge grounds with mini golf, soccer field, basketball, ping pong etc, a gorgeous private beach area with plenty of space and a very good service. We enjoyed it a lot!Special thanks to Wessam, Raja, Ranjan and the whole club lounge team, Toni from guest relations and of course the general manager Pam Wilby for making our stay memorable! Thank you and please keep up the good work! You can be really proud!P.S. I hate to have mention this because COVID is the last thing you want to think about when staying at such a nice property. But Im happy to say that COVID-19 hygiene protocols are taken seriously at this establishment. Cleanliness, distancing, etc. just work. We did feel safe at all times and in the end didnt we didnt catch anything.

Spacious and versatile amenities, great for family staycation and for fancy dining at night. Peacocks and ducks walking around, even eagle photo experience at breakfast is kinda exotic :-)

This was my first visit to Dubai as it was my 40th birthday, I choose this hotel based on the reviews and also as I was travelling with my wife and 2 year old, for the kids facilities.This hotel is amazing, nice and clean and modern rooms.The staff are so helpful and friendly from the valet to the lifeguards everyone was so nice and always said hello and helped if we had any questions.The breakfast was amazing with a great variety of choice from full English to Indian breakfast and everything in-between.The have a very good kids club on site and 2 playgrounds which was ideal for my son along with the kids pools.The private beach was nice and clean and the location was ideal at the bottom of the Walk as you can venture out and walk up strip to the more busy section of the Walk but the hotel is quiet which us ideal at night.Overall this is an amazing luxury hotel with great facilities and staff and food in a great location and would definitely stay here again and recommend to everyone.
