One of the best hotels Ive stayed at, friendly and helpful staff, very hospitable and accommodating.High comfort level with good bedding, luxurious yet homey feel of the entire room, which is always very clean and well serviced.Amenities are top notch, complimentary entrance to wild wadi is a plus, and the dining selection is very nice.The breakfast buffet is easily one of the very best in town.Considerate staff, celebrated two anniversaries there and was very happy with my choice. 100% Recommend.

My stay here was wonderful. The beach and pool was well attended to. The room was great and the tub was amazing! The spa rooms and treatments were definitely worth checking outI would note that any time I went to the concierge they really were less than helpful with my questions or concerns. Which is why I’m knocking a star.

This was such an amazing hotel with amazing decor in the reception and rooms.I felt as if I were in a palace! I had a deluxe ocean view room which was so beautiful. The spa here is amazing and is a must for everyone to visit. I really recommend this hotel if one is looking to just relax.

We really love this hotel and it’s Ambiente. The staff is always super nice and accommodating. The only issue is that the outdoor pool is way too warm for Dubai standards. It’s too hot to really swim and my metabolism feels really down after using it. I hope the hotel will fix this issue - we passed comments before, but do for, no change.

The sea view and in-room services are excellent. The pool and kids play area is fun. A big Thank you to all the staff, especially Tanasia and Abdul for making my birthday special. It was a luxurious and relaxing getaway!!

The Zabeel Saray can be best discribed as a Palace. Its interior and exterior beauty will be hard to beat anywhere in the world and the quality of food and beverages were extremely good.With direct beach access and a beautiful pool area and great service poolside, families will be happy to spend their holiday here!

The room was fantastic, service not so much so. Upon entry I was kept standing in line while a bald reception person was on their cell phone. Check in experience was not friendly.After checking in I was stopped multiple times during my stay when walking around the resort as they didn’t seem to remember me or my family. When I inquired for the reason, I was told they ask people who they have not seen before which seems preposterous to me.Saw a lifeguard spitting profusely in the beach sand which was a major turn off. The beach is full of algae, unkept and has sharp rocky pebbles and floating seaweed.The pool was packed with non- hotel guests and was not clean.When I asked to have some pictures taken around the beautiful hotel by the staff, I was either told that they couldn’t move from their station or they did so begrudged.The cleaning and valet staff were the most friendly employees at this hotel.Try Atlantis or the Fairmont instead if you want friendly too notch service.2/5*

Beautiful. The have a vast variety for breakfast, which is buffet. The staff couldnt be more helpful. Its on the beach, but there are access to pools and a kiddies area. They give you water in a cooler bag too, which was handy. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is like a hammam.... Beautiful. Thankyou for such a great stay

The Arabic Ottoman theme was very interesting and was better than a lot of places which have an attempt on the same style.Starting from check in, I would have expected them to offer sit down check in service but instead we had to wait in a queue for a long time to check in, which is unusual when you see the rest of the services in the hotel.Really liked the rooms interior, beautifully done.The selection of different restaurants was great, for breakfast there were different spaces with different ambience which I think is a very good idea.The pool was an absolute disappointment. There should have been a separate kids pool. It was chaos! There was loud theme park music with a few clowns and water guns! If anyone wants a romantic or peaceful or decent quiet atmosphere Zabeel saray is not a good choice. The hotel is very child friendly and it might be a positive point for many families but not if you are looking for a peaceful holiday. There are basically screaming kids everywhere except for the spa.The spa was amazing. Very beautiful, but it is still better to avoid busy hours.

A great place to stay, every aspect of the stay was impressive. Right from checking in, jamilah provided a top class service that made us feel very welcome and hospitality was of the highest standard throughout. Highly recommended and will definitely be back

One of the best hotels in Dubai. The service is unbelievable. The reception upgraded our room plus they gave us late check-out until 6 pm. The spa is huge, very beautiful and relaxing. The bathtub in the room marble very big and unique. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

An absolutely incredible stay! I cant wait to return and experience the Zabeel Saray again in all its glory. From check in to check out our experience was fantastic, including exceptional food, service, rooms and spa treatments. Looking forward to the next opportunity to come and stay.

Great spot to relax by the pool and take a dip. I haven’t stayed at the hotel itself but always pay the pool a visit. They have a good deal where you pay for access and you get that same amount as a credit voucher for F&B. One of the best deals in Dubai.I’ve been here a handful of times and generally really have a good time. It’s not a party place and there are a good amount of kids so if you want to enjoy a bit more peace I suggest selecting the right area where to camp for the day at the pool.The service is good. They are prompt with the food and drinks. I generally get a salad for food which is good as I cannot eat heavy food in 40 degree weather (it’s August 2021 in Dubai).

Great quality is expressed in every corner of this resort.The reasons for my poor score is the UNBELIEVABLE noise in the main lobby which oozes quality but spoiled by a couple of things:1. A music played by a very talented man but its echo is all over the place..its just noisy and cant carry our proper quite conversation.2. LOTS..I mean LOTS of kids running around without any check or controlling from their parents or security. It cant be a resort as such, made for beautiful relaxing experience turned into the largest kindergarten Ive seen.I hope you can fix this because youve an amazing place otherwise.

The British guests who can’t help themselves but to reserve sunbeds in their droves before pitching back up ages later are an embarrassment. There’s plenty for everyone. Now 1120 and there’s still some reserved with your hats, bags, lilos etc but you’re nowhere to be seen. Stay classy.

I have stayed in many 5 star hotels in Dubai but this was my best staycation so far. They have an amazing staff and services. The kids had a blast.

A Turkish style palace inside the Palm. Amenities are pure luxury, the decoration is tasty and lavish, no cost was spared on the materials. The deluxe room with sea view was beautiful and all the restaurants serve delicious food. I tried the Rib room for dinner and the Imperium for breakfast and would return just for the experience alone. The staff has high level training, never left us unattended and always cared for all our needs. I will return soon for another staycation and I definitely recommend!

Well, this place is awesome. First of all the room is huge with everything you need. Second the swimming pool is warm and perfect for a swim. Third the breakfast is pretty good. Also the hotel gives access to wild wadi. Definitely recommended to come with family or friends. This hotel is very different than usual hotels. Special thanks to the staff and receptionist Alyne.

The hotel is spectacular. The rooms are very large with huge beds/ bathtubs / balcony to relax in, the room had a great view of the sea and the beautifully manicured gardens below.The food was very nice too and we enjoyed great service. We hope to go back again soon.

Overall experience good, spent full day between beach and the pool. Ordered some food and drinks. Pain bagnat extremely salty. Pizza burrata dough not cooked properly. Service pretty slow overall, I had to follow up many times with order and could see staff were overwhelmed due to lack of enough manpower. Beach team especially Raj were spot on however more staffing will help the team even more in delivering what normally Jumeirah hotels provide excellent service. On arrival didnt experience warm welcome from the door to the desk. Ambiance and atmosphere very dull inside the hotel. Pool and beach areas music should be played.

You would love this Arabic theme place. Done with such a taste and attention to details.We did day pass on the pool for 250aed per person.Full amount you can redeem which is great. Prices are quite normal so you can eat and have few drinks. Quality of food and service was super especially that juicy burger. 😋Only what we did not like is that there was so many kids in adult pool where there is kids pool already, and they were not supervised from parents or anyone, so around noon we start packing slowly as it was too loud and you couldnt spend time in a pool that someone will not splash you with water or get scream in your ear. When we chat with other guests they had same issue and were saying - that will be a good reason to not come back again.Other then that... Great place 👌

Ive stayed at the hotel from 31st July until 6th August 2021, together with my family. And I can tell you that this was an amazing experience.I seriously cannot find a thing to complain about, the service I got during our stay was unbelievable, it reached a level I never experienced before.I have stayed in many hotels in Dubai, but Zabeel Saray is a hotel which cannot be compared with other star hotels. I will definitely book my next stay in Dubai at Zabeel Saray.

Great family hotel however has a small kids swimming area . Breakfast included in our stay was really limited , same dish for 2 days .Spa is amazing must visit.

Went there to use the pool and beach for the day.Although I live in Dubai and know how hot everything gets in the summer I found the water at the pool being too hot. Other places , hotels and even my community pool the water is much cooler.The food at Paaj was good but the prices are on the upper side with a burger or a pizza reaching 100 aed .Not sure I will return for a similar experience.

We had a nice stay at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. The spa is awesome and provides steam bath, sauna, ice room, water therapy and Jacuzzi - everywhere included in the price paid for the stay. Restaurants serve good food but charge outrageous prices for beverages (e.g. 37 AED for a coffee). Theres an opportunity to improve room cleanliness (we saw some things written in the bath tub mirror when we arrived) and provide better AC Adapter to guests coming from other countries or adapt outlets for travelers. Overall, it was a great experience in a beautiful ottoman inspired hotel.

Overall great stay until I came across a couple of rude staff members! I was asked to do the hotel a favor and check out early as the people who are supposed to be in my room are here! This is after paying US$ 500 per night for my room!!Check in time is 3pm so I do not think that it should be my issue if another guest arrives early!!?? I should not be asked to leave early!It was like having a soda with a gourmet meal! All ok till the end !

Very good among its hotel level. The beach is cleaned regularly, very good beach service. The food is very good for breakfast. The rooms are clean and spacious, we had a road view, but it didnt disturb at all. Very big and interesting SPA. In general, a very good 5*

We stayed here 4 nights and 5 days. Overall our experience was really good! The entire hotel has a very old style yet elegant vibe. All of the details are unreal. From chandeliers, floor tiles, walls, chairs etc you name it. The details in this hotel are picture worthy. We loved how every restaurant, including our room had fresh flowers. The daily breakfast at Imperium was amazing. There isnt an overload of choices at the buffet which allows you to try everything without being full. Make sure to ask for the avocado toast (which is not displayed) SOOOOO GOOD. I wish I knew they had this from the beginning. Takes some time to make, but it was unbelievable. The buffet has a cereal bar, meat bar, bread bar, egg station, pancake station, fruit station and fresh juices and yogurt! MAKE SURE YOU DO THE DAILY BREAKFAST OPTION in your stay to not miss out. I also found the dress codes are stated on the websites of all restaurants, however nobody really follows it! Though, be sure to dress modestly in the lobby and not wear your bathing suits, respecting the culture. The pool here is HUGE. Make sure to go in the mornings by 10am latest to get a spot at the front otherwise there are lotss more seats available, just scattered around in different areas. The food at the Plaq (beach bar) was so good. Make sure to try the gyro wrap and the fries. I loved how the fries had saffron in it, giving it such a beautiful flavour. The washrooms in the rooms however had a weird smell, I guess because its so hot outside. When you open the balcony doors, everything gets steamed and foggy in the room. But totally bearable! The bathtub in the room is humongous, can fit like 5 people. The amenities in the rooms are AMAZING! I saw the name brand at the Dubai Mall and was shocked to realize we had that in the room, however you cant take the amenities home with you which really sucked. And the lotion smells so good. The waiters and waitresses are all beyond nice, respectful and super helpful. We did notice guests being extremely rude to the working staff at the breakfast buffet because it did take some time to make certain food items,which was really hard to watch. We appreciate all the hard work, time and effort each staff member put into our stay. At the Imperium, I had asked for a banana. After was told by another worker that their wouldnt be one available yet, however the worker I asked before came back to me with a banana, apologized a ton of times which wasnt necessary. Totally appreciated the effort the staff went to finding what you wanted. ALSO, this resort is GREAT for families with children and probably not for young people looking to party every night. I believe children were free for many things. Overall was worth the stay! Defintely recommend to others. Giving this place a 4 out of 5 because there were certain things we didnt like. The housekeeping staff knocks once and then opens the door. I few times we made the mistake of leaving the clean me button on, however the staff never walked in just open the door and then apologized and closed it. And also the toliet smelled and it was very muggy in the rooms.

Stayed at the pool for the day, the value of the entry pass was redeemable in f&b however the are expensive. The club sandwich is 120aed and the taste was mediocre at best. The place is family friendly and the pool was mostly kids. The umbrellas are not movable so youre gonna get baked in the sun at some point. On the upside the resort is gorgeous and the staff is amazingly friendly.

I was never a huge fan of Staycations, until I went to some of the wonderful Hotels in the UAE, and high on that list of hotels is Zabeel Saray. I read all the customer reviews, high ratings, and praises from previous guests. Needless to say, our expectations were high. True to the reviews, our expectations were met...and exceeded. It began at the check-in where everything was clearly explained to us by Abdul, and all our questions were answered with a smile and enthusiasm that put us in the right mood. We selected the Club Room to enjoy the additional benefits, and this turned out to be a wonderful decision. The room was spacious, elegantly decorated to exemplify the hotel’s tastefully themed decor. The bathroom was exceptionally clean. Special thanks goes out to the Club Room Manager, Harsha, for his warm hospitality, kind demeanour and overall attention to our needs. We had one minor incident at the Lebanese restaurant, which we raised to Harsha, and he promptly addressed. Moreover, he offered us a generous late check-out as well as extended our Club Room access and benefits for an additional day.Our kids loved the fact that our stay offered free access to Wild Wadi, which the kids absolutely treasured. Within the hotel, we enjoyed each of the restaurants, with their special attention to authentic and mouth-watering dishes. We were offered quenching lemon-flavoured popsicles at the pool...a welcoming treat to cool us from the warm temperatures. Our kids also enjoyed the Kid’s club, with its own miniature water park with slides, the outdoor play ground and especially the indoor play area, where the kind staff also took great care of our kids. We also visited the mini-theatre to watch a movie in the afternoon (popcorn and water was included).All in all, with smiles on our faces, we remember the exceptional hospitality and wonderful amenities, which make Zabeel Saray one of the top destinations in Dubai.

Its one of my favorite spots in Dubai, I didn’t come since Covid-19 has started, the quality of the service has been compromised.Used to enjoy the Turkish Kunafa and the dandorma ( Ice Cream ) at the lobby with the full of life atmosphere, unfortunately this package has gone.Toilets has ventilation issue..

Excellent place for an excellent rest. Spent vacation here with the family, which includes a small baby - fully satisfied. There were some questions arising during the stay with servicing the room (keys, cleaning), but were solved quickly and professionally. It is quite far located from the centre, but Dubai taxi is a fully affordable option to reach there. You need to be ready that the rooms are a bit old, but this did not make our stay any less inconvenient.

Simply amazing. Food was lovely, staff really friendly and kind, the pool is massive and there is a kids pool where my children enjoyed a lot. The beach was nice and quiet with lots of hamacs to chill. We couldnt have enjoyed more.

If you are looking for somewhere to relax, eat well, have fun and literally a place to enjoy, this is the place .5 star is not enough to explain how wonderful was the service and facilities.We had the best reception experience with Mr Abdu Samad and Mrs Saba .everything was definitely excellent .Thank you Jumeirah Zabeel Saray for making our vacation awesome , looking forward to see you again.

Stunning indoor and outdoor decor. Friendliest staff. Very accommodating down to the smallest detail, for example at the pool towel hut you can help yourself to complementary sunscreen, glasses lens spray and cloth. How thoughtful. All the trees by the pool and beachside provides a sensational breeze, and you can watch the sunset from the beach.

We have been coming here already not the first time as a family of 4. But this time I regret I came here for 7 days.1. We have 2 little kids and they want to eat with time intervals, but after 17.30 NO FOOD is served by the beach or pool, where children want to eat. Today we managed to come out and wanted to order food at 17.20, but the waiter was telling that he can’t bring menu, or sth sth that we hardly could understand, and at 17.25 I said, “ ok only fries and pasta at least” to what he said he can’t take orders anymore, it’s already closed! He could have taken the order and bring us the food during 10 minutes. But NO! They prefer behaving to make people irritated! They simply want to close ASAP! And kids are shouting they are hungry!2. It’s nearly impossible to walk on the beach because of big rocks and dirt. I’ve never seen such a beach at 5 star hotels.3. There are locals who come here only during day time, in the evening there are few people here, but during daytime it’s impossible to walk at the kids’ pool and the outside pool. It feels like sitting at the cheapest public pool! Today one of their kids did his big toilet in the pool, after which guards didn’t inform anyone to take their kids out of the pool until I asked them why they aren’t doing it, because we were near the pool and saw everything.(!!!)4. Here no kids under 16 are allowed in the spa, but there are local kids swimming there who are obviously not 16. The rule is only for foreigners?!So, after all of these unpleasant things I don’t advice families to come here and won’t come myself anymore. And I’m looking forward to going back home

Huge pool and beach area is something you dont see that often in Dubai so finding this place was such a pleasant surprise! The food in the beach restaurant is so fresh and yummy with a lot of choice for everyone. Staff was friendly and helpful; overall great experience ☺️

My kids came into Dubai (from the USA) to celebrate their wedding anniversary. From arrival to departure, they were treated like royalty. The front desk staff were kind, accommodating and ensure there was a special surprise in their room. Having the COVID test done in their room was extremely convenient as well. They remarked that the couples massage was the best massage they have ever had. The rooms are amazingly beautiful. The spa was so serene and we loved the outdoor pool. Keep up the great work. I will definitely stay here again.

Very big hotel with a good setup restaurants were brilliant with a variety of options. Gym was basic but had what was needed. Service was without doubt brilliant.Had a problem with one of our rooms it was dealt with straight away and upgraded to a better room. Fantastic.

Almost no room service. Call them to take your bags from your room and good luck waiting. ended up taking my bags to my car myself.Valet is too slow taking cars and bringing them back.Reception staff were not friendly at all.Dinner was not good and you cant find a lot of varieties to choose from.I would say its over rated. The hotel it self is amazing.Im afraid you might not like the bathroom sliding doors with no locks.

We arrived about 9pm on Sunday, May 2 and were checked in by the front desk staff in a friendly manner, although both of our credit cards were declined & the company told us the staff werent processing our cards correctly, so it did cause a few minutes of unnecessary stress. But apart from that, we felt we were treated with respect and appreciation throughout our stay. There are staff available for assistance no matter what section of the hotel you wander into. They will give you directions, kindly ask if you have a mask if you forgot to put yours on, point out the elevator locations and anything else!The grounds are clean and gorgeous - the landscaping is so beautiful.Our room was just the way we wanted it to be our 1st night in Dubai - glamorous and beautiful. The beds were spaced out so we werent cramped and so comfy! The restroom was behind some heavy doors that kept the noise in, lol. Very nice tub that we didnt get a chance to use, but the shower was roomy & the everything worked fine. Nice bathrobes and slippers await you in the closet.We had room service when we got there and it was a nice assortment of cheese, hummus & pastry. My buddy & I dined outside on the patio in the morning for a nice buffet breakfast. It was peaceful and beautiful and the staff was very attentive.We only stayed the one night, as we were meeting a group in town but we returned Friday for a spa day (see my review on Talise Spa). Ill never forget my stay here and I understand now why my buddy insisted we come out a day ahead of our group so we could stay here (she had been here before). It was memorable and I hope to return some day!

They dont have changing rooms only shower rooms which more likely you will get your clothes wet since you will only be able to change in shower room itself.

Poor stuff. Super overpriced. Impossible to sort out any problem by phone.I made a booking for 5 ppl in Spa to celebrate my birthday. I was trying to call this hotel for 5 days but no answer. When I made a booking there they started calling me and telling that they cannot accomodate 5 people but only 3. When I mentioned that they sent me confirmation of booking for 5 people I heard: Okay, okay, 5 people booked. And after they were calling me EVERY DAY asking if I still want this booking (what?). Same problems when I booked a room.Good facade but very very poor service. They want your money but offer nothing.

This is my favorite place for a relaxing peaceful evening to watch the amazing sunset. It has walking path, the place is just too peaceful. You can see dubai eye and sky line whilst enjoying the peace and connect with the sound of sea waves.

Reservation team was perfect , breakfast was not that good as viarity of food as well the staff who are helping in giving foods on the stands , also the room service was not helpful as well very bad sewage smells come out from the second floor as well flooding in the bath room , I am not happy from the standard of the zabeel saray however I hope they can watch out our comments and avoid them in future

We booked 4 club rooms for Eid break with extended familyI was not made aware that i am supposed to present everyones ID at time of check in and i did not have my kids IDs on me; my booking confirmation did not mention it.This has led to an argument at the check in counter; it was not the perfect start we were looking for and it spoilt the day from the start, i had to drive back home to get kids ID. in all fairness; they allowed my family to check in and use the room while I brought the IDs, but the misunderstanding over how the information was presented was not resolvedMr. Kafka Angelo Pucciarelli, director of F&B, was observing the whole thing from a distance and he noticed how upset i was with the way things were handled at the check in counter. He requested to meet us upon my returnThis person is such a Gentleman; he went above and beyond what i expect from him or the hotel. He truly changed my mind and attitude towards the hotel and re-affirmed Jumeirah luxurious image firmly in our mindHe apologized on behalf of the hotel and provided welcome gifts and chocolates for all of us, he greeted us so politely, wishing us Eid Mubarak and gave us his business card for contacting him during our stayMoreover; He surprised us all with a very kind gesture: he invited all of us for dinner at the Imperium. What a Gentleman! Extremely disappointed when i went to zabeel saray this year. the spa staff are really rude, there were all types of insects in the breakfast, we were put in a room were we could smell all the oil and food thats coming from the kitchen which really bothered my family and i. when we complained about seeing flying insects in the breakfast, the receptionist didnt believe us and basically said that we are liars which in fact my family and i were very shocked to hear. this type of accusation is extremely disrespectful and unbelievable coming from a hotel staff. even with all the problems that we faced, we wanted to extend our night stay just for the kids, but when we went to do so, they told us that if we want to extend for one more night itd be for 1400 dhs which is a dramatic increase in price as to what we payed for. the cinema is extremely dirty, popcorn and water bottles everywhere. they dont even serve popcorns much any more. spa staff always stereotyped my family and i because we are short so they dont trust u and they make u seem as if u are the liar. they would always ask for our id and room number. one of the breakfast lady was very rude to us. she wanted us to finish our food quick, she would rush us and she would get so mad when we would ask her to get us something.. and not only that, but it literally took AGES for what we ordered to come. faced so much disrespect in my stay in zabeel saray this year.

One of the most luxurious hotels in terms of interior design. In the style of a chic oriental palace. Excellent beach, swimming pool and childrens area. Delicious restaurants. Good service

No valet parking for pool pass, no proper signage in parking area to guide you, incompetent staff all around the property that only apologizes without actually taking any action. Water is too hot in the pool so you don’t feel refreshed. Full of kids also so if you are looking for a place to relax avoid at all cost. Would not repeat!

The experience in general was more than excellent😍❤, the location of the hotel is magical🙉, picturesque, the decor and furnishings are amazing, and very comfortable, the staff is excellent, they never stop smiling and always ready to help🖐The food in the hotel is likewise, there are countless dishes to suit everyone available around the clock👌, with fast preparation. Without forgetting the incredible swimming pool😎🥸 It was an enjoyable experience👍

Has an absolute horrible experience. Booked my wedding on the 17th of June. I finalized everything with the hotel when i was still in Chicago . After i traveled to dubai to meet with the manager to start choosing what kind of food i want “2 days before the wedding” i was surprised with them telling me no dancing allowed. This information should of been given to me when i was still in the US because it would of changed my whole plan, also after me checking the other 5 star hotels i realized they are all allowing dancing. At the wedding one of the manager was Extremely rude and she start a yelling at my wife i had to ask another manager to kick her out of the room. Service over all was really bad not even close to 2 stars hotel. Ananya one of the receptionist was very rude she does bot smile no help at all. I had to cancel my last 2 day of my stay and go where else because i could not stand the service anymore. I totally felt like i wasted my money and got ripped off. The only one person was nice and Professional is Vikas Bhardwaj. I feel bad for him because he should be working in a better place if it was not for him my wedding plan at zabeel would of been canceled. I am not stopping here i will file a complain at the department of tourism and keep my bad reviews going on all the other website.

Called 4 times within 10 mins, and each time spoke with switchboard who connected me to the Spa and each time the phone line was cut, how on earth is anyone supposed to book or speak to someone in the spa????.? ... sort your phone system out!..

Had a lovely daycation using the pool and dining at Plaj restaurant. Fantastic food and service. Lots of unsupervised kids at the pool though.

A very bad service at the front desk and the reservation teamI have booked over the phone a king room with 1006 dhs beach and swimming pool view a quite floor (non refundable) as per the reservation person.I have requested him to send me the reservation by email. He said sorry the system is down we can not send you one!!!!I came on the day of the reservation which is today they asked to cut 1506 dhs instead of 1006 !!!! When I asked why they said it is as a depositeI checked into find my self on a SMALL STANDARD room facing the street in a very noisy floor with kids running in the floor and crying !!!!The hotel cheated on me and when I asked them to change my room the lady at the reservation Christina shouted at me saying we ARE FULLY RESERVED and YOU DO HAVE A ROOM !!!!Impolite, un respectful staff as well as there is no system in placeI would never recommend this hotel as I have been cheated by the reservation staff , management and front desk people

If you want to experience Magic; this is the closest place on the planet where you will experience it. The staff are amazing. The facilities out of this world, the food, just gastronomically beautiful and the whole thing is unforgettable.

Luxiorious service by Eranda Dickwella the best customer service everyone is super friendly here and professional. All the staff is in good mood especially by the beach in the heat theyre still super friendly and attentive. Thank you Muthu Krishnan also for your help the kindest receptionist Ive ever met. This is my favorite hotel now.

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is a wonderful property that is inspired by the Ottoman Empire. It is an excellent place to sit back and take a break from the outside world. Everything there is just so perfect. We stayed in the Imperial Suite and....wow.....what an experience. It was a big room and so lavish. The bathroom had a humongous tub for a bubble bath and the bedroom was so spacious! It was a wonderful room to chill out in. April is my dads birthday month so when we told Kamilia and Jameela (receptionists) that, we had a wonderful surprise in our room! A Happy Birthday cloth was on our bed with flowers all around it (please refer to the pictures)! We also received a card from them too! Furthermore, we are vegetarians so we told Jameela that and she told all the staff in the hotel so that we wouldnt have to keep repeating ourselves when we dine.My family and I would like to thank Rabindra from the pool/beachside for giving us awesome and quick service. He also reserved us a sunbed every time we went to the pool. We didnt have to get up once from our relaxation. Additionally, the whole team in the club lounge (including Naleem, Alex, Anna, & Harsha) for being extremely caring and giving us great service every time we entered the lounge. Since it is COVID times right now, the hotel has taken safety measures and has kept a hand sanitizer spray as well as wet wipes on all the tables.The housekeeping team was also just fabulous! Every time we called housekeeping, they were quick and they really kept our room so neat and clean. It was amazing and it gave us a nice feeling when we entered our room. Moving on to the food and restaurants, we dined at the Plaj restaurant one of the days for lunch and they had lovely, delicious Italian food. The salad was so fresh and the pizza, as well as the pasta, was cooked to perfection. The juices were fresh too!Another day, we dined at the Amala restaurant for dinner. The Indian food that they served was just perfect. The dal makhani was absolutely delicious as well as the butter & garlic naan. The service was outstanding. I cant go any further with the food it was fantastic! Rahul and Ravi from Amala were extremely friendly to us and they kept us as well as other guests happy. They were always there for you if you need anything and they served us well. Furthermore, they were just perfect, excellent!I havent been to the Talise spa but my mom was saying that Aicha was very courteous and gave my mom a convenient time to visit the spa.Finally, our stay was just perfect for spring break. This place should be next on your list for a fantastic staycation/vacation in Dubai!Fun fact: Mission Impossible 4 - Ghost Protocol was filmed there!

This hotel at the end of The Palm has some great food outlets. The outdoor area by the pool is a great chill out place ...... weather permitting

Lobby is dark, restaurant food is basic, over crowded in many areas, gardens are destroyed, kids play area not maintained well, There are lot to do in this beautiful place.

Excellent resort with many restaurants and shops to chose from. My favorite place is Plaj where you can sit and enjoy the view of the palm. The service needs an improvement there as there were many waiters walking around but barely anyone was serving.The food is really nice and the rooms are amazingSimply love the place. The place is not a place bit actually a palace.

They keep saying no booklet. I dont know what the so called Consulate is doing. Simple seating down in the office, collecting money and capturing data without issuing passport. Coming from Duba to Abu Dhabi for more than 3 times without good results. Do you guys know how much we spend on taxi & PCR test? Nonsense

This place has no room service we tried calling the number but room service I recommend not coming here if you want to have fun having a sliding bathroom door that has no locks and not many food selections only some for dinner but breakfast was ok not bad and food was ok than we left than charched us for the refrigerator drinks l will not be coming back again to have this experience bad hotel 😾👎

The place is truly an exquisite Arabic style luxury hotel. We like to visit all the time

Got seriously injured on the beach that resulted from the lack of safety measures and experience of the water-sport activities staff when he insisted to shift me to shallow rocky surface to do flyboarding and when he decided to shut the power while i was 5m up sea level which made me dive head straight on the rocky shallow water surface. The result is a 3 day admission with permanent damage to my skull(crack on the left side), upper back and teeth and a final hospital bill of $6400. The amount is only to examine the damage and to continue treatment at home country bill will accumulate to way above $40,000. - Careless irresponsible Managment When the incident happened i was taken by the saudi german hospital ambulance and during my stay at the hospital no one called or visited from the hotel managment to check on their guest (me) that they partially disabled or even called to take my part of the story to open an investigation!!!! and when i complained all i got is a fruit basket. What a shame not even an offer to compensate my nightmare stay with them. It has been almost 10 days from this post and till this day i cant sleep because of the pain my brains doesnt seem to function the same way it did and no call or email from the management to atleast check on me or atleast let me know they are opening an investigation. -PICTURES ATTACHED

Does not worth the money spent. Design, furniture is poor. Service is good though. And breakfast also good. I wouldnt recommend it. There are many other hotels for the same price but much better than this one.
