It is very far , A bit old rooms . I like that there are a lot of peacocks in the area walking freelythe reception trying to play it smart , we have a high level membership we can get double upgrade for the rooms , but they were trying not to give us that, till we ask for the manager he solved it..Nice Sport facility and mini golf area .Very nice beach area and swimming pools ..It is a place for relaxing and meditation.You will park your car and golf cars will move you aroundPolite staff and they have the white orchid lounge which is a good choice yo have a meal there

We have been told that swimming pool opens at 7am and we find out the opens at 9am which apparently the hotel standards not like other hotels. We had requested to speak to the manger in duty and we been told that the manger not available and he will call at 10:30am. Spoke to someone at the reception and he informed us that they are handling a big facility and they will not be able to get back to customer quicker and they informed us that the information about swimming pool it was wrong as the person at the reception was night duty and they are not aware of the working hours.My advise:If you cant manage big facility then whey you running it?Your staff must be informed and updated regardless whether night duty or morning.I regret chosen this place

The resort is amazing , The best destination in Dubai to relax and have a fun with your family .The service is very good , The team is very helpful, they will find you a solution for any issue you might have and they will ensure you are happy and satisfied within your stay .The only thing I were surprised about is the Staff attitude ( His name is Basil , Working in Martini Bar ) . . He literally ruined our mind with his toughness and rudeness . . I would extremely advise the management to re-coach him and guide home how to speak to the guest politely .Happy to meet and discuss further if you do care .Thank you .

Nature, animals, golf, beach activities..resort ambience in the urban city. Beautiful place

Overall good but room for improvementFirstly, the staff are excellent and it is a really good resort with kids. I wouldn’t go there without children though. The food options in the restaurants is also excellent - in particular the Indian and Italian restaurants. Amazing quality for all inclusive resort. However the breakfast is disappointing. Buffet style with low quality cooked options - a real shame given how good all the other food is. The pools and beach are really great and our kids loved it. The room (we went for sea view family room) was disappointing. It is all a bit dated with plain and boring decor. For a 5 star it needs some love! I would also that for the Dubai weekend days (Friday and Saturday) the resort becomes very very busy with day trippers making for long queues and out of stocks on certain drinks, which was a real shame. That said the positive things outweighed the negative and we had a really great time with the family. It is good value for money.

Day three here .... Good range of pools and restaurants, big room but a little dated

Pools are suitable for families. All inclusive package during the time of our stay was great value.While the facilities were kept clean and maintained well, fittings and style are showing their age.Most shortcomings were made up through excellent service, however staff look overworked and the place looks understaffed.Stayed 2 nights and didnt get to try dessert as starters and mains were massive servingsRelaxing stay, would consider returning if similar package was offered.

Best resort to scape from Dubais heat, full of nature and perfect for families

I stayed at the JA Palm Tree Court for 4 nights in July 2020. I had booked the room because I thought it was close to the Palm in the Jumeirah area of Dubai. Boy, was I wrong! The JA Golf Resort is located quite a way from the main areas of Dubai. It is perfect for a resort if you are looking to get away from it all. The rooms are large and comfortable and the bathrooms are well appointed. A taxi ride into the areas of Dubai you might want to visit will cost around 60 AED. But if you want to chill on a lovely beach and work on your tan, I would highly recommend this property.

Relaxing place to be, far from the center of the city, amazing restaurant at night, the pool is clean and they applied all COVID-19 requirements. Recommended for families getaway.

Very nice for a beach holiday for families. Rooms are clean and spacious and service is very good. Food is good but not exactly on a five star level. Highly recomemnded if you are after relaxed and quiet beach holiday during winter and spring months. Not so close to the city if you want to go downtown on a daily basis, about 45 with a taxi and public transport.

We as a family had lovely stay for 3days at JA Palm resort. Very friendly staff specially (Ms. Thiri and Ms. Irine), very specious villa type room for family by the sea side, very good facilities and activities for children and family, the restaurants and good food etc.Overall we had a great family staycation this time. We will be back to this resort once again.

We had an excellent stay. Stayed for 2 days and i must say everyday is an amazing experience for our family. All the staff made sure that we are well taken care of. I would like to highlight all the staff of the hotel who’s doing an excellent job. Specially to Mark (concierge), Menchie and Jana (Reception) and gangga. They very professional and helpful. We had a wonderful time at the JA Palm Tree Court. A little corner of paradise nestled at 30min from the city of Dubai. The staff made us felt like family. Cordiality and courtesy are the strength of the structure. A big thank you to Menchie at the reception, she was always here to help and so professional.The food is excellent. A real spot of absolute relaxation for those who love silence and nature, far from the chaos of the city. If you are looking for your next holiday JA Palm Tree Court is THE place to be. Perfect for family, friends or honeymoon vacation as everything is available at the hotel. Shooting, golf, wakeboard, wakesurf, swimming with horse so much activity you will never be bored.Finally the kindness of the staff will for sure make your stay a perfect moment. Ambience:Very nice hotel with an amazing beach. The villas are very spacious, the view is magnificent and the facilities are really good. It’s a very chilled place with an amazing vibe. Our room was a beach view junior suit which had a direct access to the beach and it was marvelous. You wake up, open the balcony and walk to the beach directly..Also the landscaping is very green and nicely done, in the garden you see rabbits, peacocks and ducks walking around which was very refreshing to see.⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️Food:All the restaurants had very good food. The breakfast was very good with a good selection of food and the buffet varied slightly the first and the second day which was nice.We tried the Indian restaurant ‘Elora’ and the Asian one ‘ White orchid’ and they both had amazing food.⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️Service:One of the best hotels in Dubai when it comes to service! The staff were extremely nice and very welcoming. Anytime we asked something from house keeping within few minutes we received it. The cleaning of the rooms was done perfectly even though since there was a direct access to the beach we brought a lot of sand inside with us but the cleaning was done so well that there was not even one grain of sand on the floor.The staff at the restaurant were amazing too. So energetic, super warm and even though it was crazy crowded for breakfast but they managed it so well that I was truly impressed.I don’t knw who was in charge of the training of the team but hats off to them, one of the best customer service I’ve seen at any hotel around the world.⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️⚜️Overall:We absolutely enjoyed our stay and it left a great impression on us. The Palm Court remains a classic Dubai destination but with the new JA Lake Views hotel, its age is beginning to show.Still an excellent JAH experience.

This resort offers everything you could possibly want from a staycation, spacious rooms with a bathtub, great views, fantastic buffet, a variety of swimming pools to chose from, plenty of activities and sports to keep you busy as well; volleyball, football, golf, archery, table-tennis, just to name a few. Not to mention, their service was excellent, Ms. Shalini from the concierge took great care of us during our stay. She was more than happy to arrange for special welcome greetings, rooms together on a higher floor and she very kindly extended a late check time to our group as well. We visited this resort while the Euros were being played and they set up a projector and some bean bags for fans to watch the matches which was a big plus. I recommend staying here for atleast two nights to really get the most out of all the experiences this resort has to offer :)

This time I booked a big suite in palm tree court for Eid Al Adha dates and disappointed from the time of check in. I booked a large suite and also a sea view suite for a friend and while checking in they confused us with one room having a dining package and other without a dine in.Nothing was told at time of booking but while checking in they confused us and later apologized that package is not for either room.Then they trying to sell the lunch and dinner package for almost AED 2000 and lucky did not take it as the restaurant are over booked and not getting slot for the whole day.They could not take the guests as when we called they either not answering for booking and when they call back its overbooked. The restaurant options on paper are many but when you want to go its booked and really slow in room dining service. To top it up The buggy takes forever to come for such a bug resort . Many times the buggy can pass by but does not take guest The 7 pools claimed open only at 9am and close by 8pm.for summers in Dubai pool should start by 6 am as heat is 7 am 40 C ..Even for breakfast with package they are telling booking is not confirmed and the team is not making things clear. I previously stayed at the Hatta Fort and really enjoyed it but this one Jebel Ali is terrible

The hotel is located in the centre of the city. Very spacious and absolutely great. The staff are sensational and very excellent. They read every wish from your eyes. Very family-friendly and clean. Very high comfort. From check-in to service to room cleaning, absolutely exemplary. Clean, pleasant to recommend to every man. We were here for nine days and were absolutely positively surprised. The hotel is a little outside, but thats why its a great choice. Weve been to the Jumeirah palm tree and Abi Dhabi before. But we didnt expect such a great thing. We are happy to come back at any time and can recommend it to any holidaymaker in Dubai

One of the worst experience to stay in a staycation in Dubai. The reception team is not professional , the service is less than the average. You name it and you will find the worst. I wouldnt recommend to stay , the price comparing quality is very poor.

Pros: Amazing place! Beautiful resort with great staff. You have very nice beach and temperature controlled swimming pools. Each suite has a balcony with great space to sit.Cons: There was no carpets in the rooms which was kind of odd for a 5 star resort. At least there should be a rug under the bed!

A lovely hotel situated away from the hustle of the city. Very spacious and well presented foyer and helpful staff. Parking is pretty limited but there is an overflow area a few minutes walk away- prepare to sweat if its summer. 2 pools to choose from with an extra pool for suite and VIP guests. Food in the restaurant a is very tasty and reasonable priced, arriving quickly. Captains Bar is more cafe style food. Would definitely visit again.

The best resort within Dubai

Amazing time spent there to recharge and recent. You will observe a greeen scenery and a welcoming ambiance. The staff is very friendly and helpfull.The villa inwhich we stayed has a small parkview. At night, the bird sounds and nature noise will sooth you soul and mind.You will be visites by peacocks, ravens and small bird who might want to snatch some of your snacks; dont worry they constitute no threat amd only contribute to the middle of the jungle feeling.You will leave this place wanting to go back to it as soon as the occasion allows it.

Nice accommodation with beach access and pools.Some units need a little refurbishment.Provision of enough filtered water in the rooms for these hot days.Could appreciate a beautiful sun setting on the sea.5 stars are more for an excellent kitchen service with considerate and proactive team for my special dietary needs.

Came here for last minute honeymoon. We are acutely aware that covid is happening all over the world and we found a honeymoon holiday!!We are happy with the food selection and also the waiting staff- super helpful.However i must say on checkin the manager was very rude.arguing with us that we were not ultra inclusive but just standard , even though it was clearly stated on our booking form . No smile from him or greeting - in fact this happened the whole of our stay . Very rude behaviour.We had a reservation for 1 week and asked to stay for a few extra days . We were to be charged £900 per night and the poor ladies on the desk were trying to help us stay . But once again the manager refused to honour our original price or speak to us.No site of manager and also I would have thought some celebration joy from staff that we just got married . This felt like just an ordinary holiday and ordinary stay! We won’t be returning !

A fabulous place for an all inclusive holiday. We have visited this complex three times and couldnt fault anything about it. The rooms are a decent size, everywhere is spotlessly clean and the staff are absolutely brilliant. It is perhaps a little out of the way from central Dubai but is definitely worth the trip if you like fabulous food, in a stunning hotel served by very pleasant and attentive staff. Shuttle buses are available to some of the popular Dubai attractions so there is no need to feel couped up or stuck out of the way. A massive thumbs up.

Below average experience overall. Not a 5 star facility. I dont think they were ready for the influx of guests during December. Food throughout was average and no traditional arabian restaurant on site. Activity programme was not properly communicated to guests. They could of done with an activity board at reception. No leaflet or information pack given on arrival to inform guests of whats included in the package or general useful information for our stay. The programme for kids is virtually non existent, no dedicated entertainment team in the resort, you would expect that in a 5 star resort. The only saving grace was their xmas celebration which was open to guests from outside the hotel as well (which shows us that its something they are known for). The outdoor table space where we were seated was decorated beautifully and the live music entertainment was great. The food on xmas eve and xmas day was fantastic quality, with abundant offerings (not like the quality thats on offer usually at the resort). The staff work hard and I can see are still adjusting to the pressures of Covid-19. Service was fairly good but could be improved. The resort is located in a more secluded area so travelling to the main sights of Dubai could be pricey via taxi. The resort use to have a shuttle bus service to town but dont offer the service now due to COVID. You can see that they have scaled back on many things throughout. I think this resort is perfect for sport enthusiasts and if you want to forget that your even in Dubai as theres nothing cultural about this place. I could of been anywhere in the world. It is very peaceful there with not much going on at all so if you want that then you could get on well here. Im quite disappointed overall as its not cheap, I could of stayed in more central locations for cheaper on the same board but i thought that this resort would offer more but sadly it didnt meet my expectations.

Rude staffs and chaos at reception! The hotel management should stop lying, we never asked for an upgrade, even the actual booked rooms were not ready when we checked in at 4 pm. They delayed it by 2 hours, jut to cover up their issue, they turn it back on the customer, so cheap. Dont bother going to this hotel even with the deals its a waste of money. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. And staffs at reception are very rude and racists including the reception manager, he didnt even bother talking to us. Never visiting again.

Nice hotel in general landscape !!But there is some problems I faced there that makes my stay not comfortable-visitor not allowed even relatives!! Not mentioned on website then after 1 hour late of check in they said no problem !!!-deposit 500 !!not informed before!!-rooms not cleaned well , specially bathroom!!there was hair !!-when we need one buggy they said its busy time we need 15 min to arrange or we cant arrange one right now-very slow service if we order something like towel ...-one swimming pool need to pay 200 extra?!!!!why same hotel and same reosrt!!! Really thats so annoying!!!!-some staff keep staring on me?!why i dont know because im covered?on swimming pool!!!!- the area at evening in week days all closed no light so scary !no peopleEverything closes 6 or 7 p.mOverall my stay was disappointed 👎I will not repeated again!!!

This is a great resort. Rooms are spacious and cozy. We loved the pools and the beach. The guest service is quite good.My only qripe is the beach bar service... It could be better but given the COVID-19 situation... I can understand why its less than perfect.

Just checked out.. hotel was over occupied!! Like if there is no corona!! Swimming pools are so crowded!! Our room was not clean at all, dust and ants everywhere!! Its a gem of a resort giving you perfect vibes. Was there for 2 days for national day staycation and was a relaxing atmospehere for my whole family. They also hav a good Kids club where little ones can enjoy a lot.Regarding food, breakfast is also good and though its a semi buffet style coz of Covid, staff at La fontana were still doing a gr8 job.The things that slightly went off were the concierge desk b4 check-in where no proper guidance was given as to where exactly cars shud b parked by guest themselves..and for housekeeping whr i had to follow up for room to be cleaned till 1 pmAs a suggestion, appreciate if timings for kids club can be extended a bit as it gets closed by 6

Amazing and authentic resort space , actually the oldest in Dubai and still running strong , kids loved the pools 7 of them and the kids club was super , they enjoyed a horse ride and the gardens , I had dinner in both the Italian and the Asian restaurants, staff and food was super delicious , breakfast can improve in terms of variety , the hotel is average priced and you can get a good deal with the all inclusive package too , certainly planning for a longer stay

I’m not gonna dwell on the beauty of the property and the atmosphere because you get what you see in the photos. But what you can’t see in the photos is the poor service that doesn’t live up to the level of a 5 star hotel. Poor hygiene, lack of compliance to precautionary measures and on top of that attitude by the staff. It’s definitely not a family destination. The first night was a nightmare. First, as we arrived we had to park our car 10 meters away and walk to the reception on foot when it’s 45 c outside. The lobby is packed. You’d see the 2 meter distance stickers everywhere with no one sticking to it. If you’re looking for a safe getaway during these tough times you have to know that the hotel is on 100% capacity so don’t be fooled by what you read on their website. The first night, there were around 12 people in the room next to us partying, drinking, smoking, you name it. When we reported the incident to the staff we were told they were guests from different rooms that gathered. I had to go to the lobby and make a scene to get them take action. If Dubai authorities know about their operational capacity they’d definitely shut it down. Restaurants are full. We had a breakfast at White Orchid that was mediocre I’d say. We requested a baby chair, and we got a stinky one that had dried leftovers, and when we asked the staff to clean it they said it was clean but wiped it randomly anyways just to please us making sure at the same time they wouldn’t touch the ancient baby food fossils that were hanging from the safety belt. I bet if all guest are tested for COVID- 19 there would be at least 1 positive case. It’s definitely not worth the long drive and cash!

Although this is quite some way away from Dubai, it is a lovely resort and worth visiting for the day or considering for a longer stay.Theres a choice of 4 pools, a very nice beach area and beach bar. Included in the price of our day pass was a pretty decent lunch buffet.It has a slight package holiday feel to it but thats ok.All round great experience.

We came here to relax and have a calm vacation - which was not possible sometimes because there were super loud kids and crying babies everywhere(!).The palm tree court is beautiful and the people are so nice. The private beach is awesome and we really liked the food and the ambience of the resort. Its perfect in that sense and they even have tame peacocks. BUT there are far too many families with kids. Im not kidding, theyre everywhere and we even had to leave a restaurant because of a baby that screamed so loud and constantly that my ears hurt. It was totally terrible, stressful and something needs to be done about this. Were not willing to pay 3000€ again just to be surrounded by noisy children that force us to flee from the beach, pools or bars. Maybe some child free locations at the resort would be a good compromise.But apart from that the palm tree court was worth it.

We visited on 29th Oct 2020.Rooms and bathrooms are very clean and spacious.Room can very well accomodate extra bed and extra sofabed apart from the king size bed and a sofa.So best choice for 2adults and 2 kidsabove12yrs. Spacious cupboards, bathtub and a aseparate shower room . The garden inside is very beautiful and the beach is very vast There are many peacocks inside the resort premises.The staffs are very friendly and helpful.There is an Indian restaurant of Vikas Khanna named Ellora that serve incredible cuisines .We had our dinner there.There is a lot of effort behind each dish that make it so special and yummy.All the restaurant staffs in Ellora are friendly and down to earth. Would highly recommend this resort to others.Safe to go during covid.

The hotel is beautiful and calm. You are a bit outside of Dubai but you are still really fast in the centre. The employees are very kind. The pools are warm (what I personally prefer). The beach is very clean. Thank you so much for the incredible stay!

A lovely little staycay at the resort that’s filled with wandering peacocks. The pools aren’t open but the beach is still available and a few restaurants also. A nice escape from the the city. Overall a relaxing stay.

This is my favourite hotel in Dubai and we have been staying here for about 20 years. It is always exceptional quality.

Staff was So nice ,rooms clean spacious and comfortable, but some ants above minibar,crows in the garden,all doors are noisy,extra bed also make sounds but we enjoyed our stay and food .Sea was full of sea weeds that may be seasonal issue.

Excellent resort with a choice of restaurants and great pools. The rooms are huge and spacious and with their great deals, you really cant go wrong!

JA Palm Tree Court is one of the most lovely resorts in Dubai, UAE. Starting from the concierge to the higher management, food is great and tasty, rooms are well furnished and have a very nice views, green area and peacocks every were and i would like to give a special Thanks for LYN one of the most adorable waitresses i have ever seen me and my friends which her best of luck and one day to be in a big position cuz she really deserve it. thanks to all for a very nice vacation.

A classy hotel with top-class facilities, an ideal destination for sportspeople.Really great staff (check-in staff, instructors, waiters, maids... all of them were friendly and helpful).The facilities were really good: golf course, marina (boasting some fantastic yachts), 24-hour gym, pools, beach, water sports (kayaks, catamarans, dingies), driving range, shooting range, a spa... the list could go on, but I will not. The outside of the building could do with a new lick of paint, but the general quality and cleanliness of the whole resort is topnotch.

Never again.I booked at beach hotel on their website but end up at Palm tree hotel, as beach hotel was closed.Three phone calls to book dinner, two phone calls to book breakfast. No late check out in the middle of the week. Nonetheless, beach hotel and lake hotel closed.If it is so full open more restaurants and more rooms to cope with the demand.

Everything was great but Lakmal at the pool bar made us feel so welcome he was truly interested in where we were from and he was so helpful with where we could go for dinner and just to have fun. We talked a lot about his and our families. In the end he was truly my brother!
