Recently I had a staycation with my husband at One&Only Royal Mirage. The property is big and beautiful with Arabian-inspired interiors. The dining options are good, the room was spacious but dated. Overall we had a good experience but we weren’t happy with the customer service. And it needs improvement.

One of the most wonderful hotels in Dubai. It’s like a hidden gem. The place is huge. It’s very peaceful and calming. It has a big space area for kids to run as well. The property is divided into 3 hotels. Palace, Residence, and Arabian Court. There’s almost like 9 restaurants to choose from within the property and they’re all good. Everyone was so nice and very helpful and very knowledgeable of the hotel and Dubai in general. A highly recommended place!

The staff is more than great, and make you feel unique and welcome at every moment. The pools are magnificent and you can find easily the shade you will need. Breakfast is wonderful. The overall lovely arabic settings make you feel precious.

Wonderful hotel, very green and the service is excellent. Lots of activities for kids, the slide in the pool is great. Also lots of restaurants to choose from. Highly recommend.

An amazing resort to have a special occasion and spend nice time with your loved ones. Luxury ambience and great customer service. They make you feel very pampered. The room wAs very comfortable and the staff was super friendly and professional. Great privacy and lovely restaurants to try out food there.

Amazing hotel with unparalleled atmosphere. A hideaway within the city that takes away from the bustling city vibes into tranquility and peace. Greatly landscaped and wonderful beaches. Have a nice selection of restaurants and offers a great walkaway through the lavish landscape especially when the weather permits.

The best place in town for a romantic arabic surrounding. Go to the Arabian Courtyard for tea and sweets accompanied by a rose Shisha.

My experience at this hotel was excellent it is one of the best hotel that I have visited. They have the best hospitality and service the staff is very polite approachable and helpful. Do not miss dining at their multi-cuisine restaurants where you can tantalize your taste buds with scrumptious delicacies over here with an amazing view.

Upon the time, this must have been a top place. By now, its just an another hotel with ised, outdated furniture and ridiculous policies ( such no food on the beach, what?)I would have enjoyed better santitation too. But the housekeeping was helpful to fix all what was wrong (thanks) and the reception stuff were nice too.Overall, its a nice 4star, family friendly beach hotel.

Staying at this hotel is one of the best experiences of my life. The staff is very polite and helpful. The dining experience was the best for me overall. Amazing food. I would really love to visit back here for sure.

It is a Palatial escape indeed! The Arabesque architecture, beachfront & landscaped gardens coupled with the beachside fine dining will leave you feeling luxurious and serene at the same time! Highly recommended!

Covid has been unkind to hotels and restaurants. This used to be a very vibrant place and it still can be once again because the surrounding is beautiful but we need this madness to be over.

The One and Only Spa is certainly that. The Hammam is amazing and my massage by Shakria she certainly could release the tension in the right spots.Could have spent all day there.Certainly was spoilt.

I choose to enjoy my Second Anniversary in one & only resortReally it was amazing I surprised with decoration of the room , all staff was greating . They took covid-19 precautions all the time .They have nice restaurant with nice views every one has taste .I try EauZone in front the pool . Very delicious food .For breakfast I advise them to have more variety of food .At the end , Special thanks for Mr.Roshan for making my stay memorable.Will have another stay sure .

Lovely place quite and stunning

Some amazing shisha here. The place is stunning with a really great Arabic feel to the place. They have a semi outdoor area with heaters and coolers (for the summer and winter). The shisha is a high quality and very reasonably priced. The food options there are varied and its a great place for small bites and a great catchup. No loud music and just a high end chilled out vibe. Due to Covid its currently self parking and the seating is more than 2m apart which is very reassuring.

The outside area of the hotel is not less when it comes to landscape and beauty, whether it’s day and night it’s beautiful to hang around there. We chill mainly by the pool at night to smoke a cigar and it’s always a good time.

We stayed at One&Only Royal Mirage hotel at the beginning of June,20 when businesses were just starting to open back their doors. nevertheless, the amount of warmth, care and genuine service we received from all the staff, i have never seen it anywhere else in Dubai.The check in was quick and we received a hygiene kit. We were then escorted to our Jounir suite by a buggy car. The Suite was beautifully decorated with two 55 inch TV screens and a very comfortable bed. it had all the necessary amenities that need. everything was a phone call away.The Hotel surely invested in training its staff. i.e: my little girl likes watching some shows from youtube and as the TV did not have that figure, the reception staff was proactive and sent us their own Apple TV device for us to use. unfortunately, it did not work as the TVs are pre-programed not accept a third party devices. but kudos to the staff for trying to go above and beyond.Never seen a vareity of breakfast items for an in-room breakfast. we were literally shocked. I just wish i took a picture to post it here. we have enjoyed the dinner at the restaurant. the restaurant manager was really nice and professional and made sure we have everything we needed.The only down turn i would mention is that the beach was not clean as it was full of seaweed that kept washing onto the shore so my little one was scared to swim. I really hope they find a solution for that. We could not use the swimming pool as it was still closed at that time.

This is One&Only Royal Mirage - The Palace.There are 3 hotels that make up One&Only Royal Mirage: Arabian Court, The Palace and The Residence and Spa.The Palace is Arabian in styling, but more contemporary. A very large pool (with shallow, warm end for smaller children). And and adult only pool. Mix of buffet and a la Carte restaurants.The Gold Club is a benefit for those customers who upgrade. A quieter venue for breakfast (smaller menu than the main breakfast venue). There is an afternoon tea served 3-6om - with a selection of sandwiches, scones, fruit and cakes. And from 6-8pm they host a happy hour.

A stunning, tranquil hotel with vast grounds, beautiful gardens and multiple swimming pools. The staff are very attentive, sweet and caring. Lost things, kept everything safe and sound. The only thing that I didnt really like was the hookahs, although the hookah itself is chic!
