Nice large beach hotel. Great facilities. Friendly staff.3 swimming pools. One for the vip guests. Extended beach front with good service. Good breakfast. Good Italian restaurant on the top floor. Lots of sports including sea sports, mini golf, shooting club, swimming with the horses,Nice gardens all around. Connected to backside hotel building, and restaurants.Reasonable rooms area. Very small beds (almost 90 cm width in the double rooms. Reasonable furniture. Bathrooms needs maintenance, damaged hooks, plumbing needs attention.Guests need to carefully check and validate their bills at checkout.The discover plan works and it gives 15% discount on food consumed.

Amazing place... Reasonable price... Only disappointment was the dinner buffet in IBN hotel.... Dinner buffet was way to overpriced at 150aed per person and good was not that great...

My first impression - I would come here again.It is so close to a main Dubai, but it gives you a feeling of total relax.The only thing - the doors, the bathrooms are so small. But equipped with everything.

A perfect combination of activities and relaxation with a lovely tropical feel. Although it was scorching hot we still never had a full moment there and always had something amazing to do. Indoor play zone with badminton, table tennis, darts , foosball was perfect for the heat. The water activities were also great and the pool was the best of all. Lovely lighting and DJ by the beach. Only downside was the kids club staff, somehow all the kids in our group did not want to go back the next day so hoping that can improve in the future. Special appreciation to the reception staff who was very accommodating and helpful.

JA Resort was one of my favorite hotels with privilee but last time was not a good experience. The entrance of privilee has changed to the most far possie place of the hotel where we had to walk for around 15 mins under the heat and the pool closer to that entrance was closed so we ended up walking even more. The pools were too crowded and dirty. There was no water bottle available to drink. Although the location is great and I love the beach, I dont think we will go back there soon.

Eco-Friendly and Luxurious at the same time

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing!If you need a place to unwind for the weekend and even longer that’s away from the hustle and bustle of the city without the long drive, this is the place to go! It is simply amazing immersed in a lot of nature and small waterfalls. It is eco friendly and very serene. They have a salt water pool and a regular pool with poolside bars and restaurants. They have so many facilities here: the golf course, sports bar, all kinds of water sports and of course the amazing Elemis spa! In addition all the wonderful things this place has to offer, the best part is the service - everyone, literally everyone has a way of making one feel like they truly care and I believe they do. They are very pleasant, attentive and always ready to make adjustments to suit individual needs. It’s my second time here and I am looking forward to visiting again! Thanks Ashfaq, Ceyril, Islam, and everyone else for making my stay a wonderful and memorable one. One more thing, the food at white orchid is to die for!!

Beautiful Resort by the beach.Lovely pools and grounds with a lot of activities.

It was fun. Went on a plane tour and took lots of photos. Could be more activities and easier communication between staff but it was good.

Nice beach resort outside dubai city( 10 minutes driving) and close to dubai parks , they have 4 pools and big beach , good place to relax outside the city especially with corona time

The JA Hotel and Resort was born right here in the UAE. We really enjoyed our overall experience at the hotels, but we loved the modern look and feel of the JA Lake View the most. The location may be a problem for those who want to do a lot of touristy stuff. I would recommend this resort for those who want to relax and take a break from the city. It is close to the Dubai Park and Resorts and last exit so you can enjoy a day out there!

We booked the resort and got booking confirmation Confirmation Number55999SC055385They sent us back mentioning rooms not available after two hours . This is poor service which will be reported to dubai consumer court.

We stayed at the JA beach tower resort and had a visitor pass to the resort. Be sure to book your free shuttle bus in advance we made our own way there and buss was full. Once there choice of 4 swimming pools the private beach. Drinks and food are on the pricey side but it was our 1st wedding anniversary so we did not mind too much. We had a stroll around the private marina kids enjoyed looking at the boats and walking along the beach. We ate thllat captains food was really nice and service was very quick, all the staff are very polite and helpful 😁😁

Great resort for a retreat. Amazing green surfaces next to the beach, the staff super friendly and their restaurants serve tasty food and at very reasonable prices. We enjoyed outdoor dinner at the sports cafe overlooking the marina/boats. We strongly recommend it for couples and families.

Nicest resort Ive been to.

Been there with my friends and colleagues, we had a team building activity over there, obviously with lunch. 😋.It was an outdoor event organized for more than 100 guys...The hotel staffs were good severed the food with a great smile.. To talk about food it was amazing, expecially Salmon fish hmm yummy.. After lunch we had some games to be played, it was great fun event.They have a pretty good play yard.The best part is that we had a good view of the beach while having lunch and also during playtime. Also some peacocks were moving around, luckily got some snaps with them.Hope to visit again with my family.All the best JA team.. Well organized.

Lovely hotel and grounds and beach. Superb breakfast buffet. Quite a few restaurants although they are split between the two hotels about 1/2 mile apart. Resteraunts were expensive, and probably would have been cheaper for us to have had the all inclusive, marginally. Very attentive service by the staff. On the downside, you are 30.mons outside downtown Dubai and nothing much around the resort apart from the Port. We had a great 5 days in March getting some sun and relaxation.

I have been here for a week and i have to say that it is a very good hotel with a beach, a golf course, etc. But that is not the only thing that really makes the hotel special. its the polite people. I have to say a very, very warm thank you to Adeoye, who has made our holiday here in the hotel so much better by always being very friendly, always coming to us in a good mood and helping us with every problem that we had. Thanks again and I hope you will continue to enjoy your work.

The resort ticks all boxes in facilities but very poor service and selling wrong features of the package that hotel staff dont know about. Such a big resort but slow buggy service.

As beeing part of the JA Oasis Hotel in Dubai Marina we had a very nice time visiting the resort. The place had a lot of beach chairs and a nice bar as well as good service. Even if you are not part of the JA Hotel I would recommand you go there!

Quite and beautiful place to spend weekend with family. There r all facilities at the city. Sea is clean. Water in pool is good temperature. There r different restaurants. Tennis court,golf,water sports,horse riding r always avalible and there r coaches. Great place! Piece of silence in Dubai

Went here with kids for the beach and the pool access only, it was fun, not too crowded and they have everything you need to enjoy your day, from towels, restaurant, bar, pool, kids pool, beach and very attentive stuff. 👍🏼

Amazing, a hidden gem of dubai. Beach and pool is great. Only Downside you cant eat or drink as openly as before covid. Rooms are big and clean. Dinner at ibn restaurant was great and the chef made it extra special by getting ice-cream for the little ones upon request. Will definitely be back again.

Just imagine staying in a five stars hotel and have the worst experience. This is mainly your feeling staying in this hotel . Not recommend to come especially not with family .

Best hotel resort weve been through in dubai! It was a totally different experience. We felt very close to nature with so many bird encounters. They also have a stable that you can visit. Breakfast at La fontana is also amazing! Its the perfect honeymoon for us!

Spent a week at the resort with my family. Helpful staff and nice pool och beach areas.The food was ok, but the all inclusive offer was a little unclear, sometimes hard to know what was included.All inclusive is a must if you are spending a lot of time at the resort, everything was quite expensive.

Been around for a while, but one of the best hotels in town - great service, great activities, great beach. Mind you, this is a bit of a drive outside the city.

Very disappointing, the reception staff (night shift) were not professional at all.We reached to the hotel around 7.30pm and because some unfortunate events we ended up rebooking our stay, the staff advised us that in order to use entertainer we must book via their website. Which we did and they charged us the full amount immediately!! We were promised a late check out then been told to leave at 12!

By far the worst hotel in Dubai and in the UAEAfter waiting front 12pm till 5pm I finally decided to have my room cancelled I didnt see the point in going in my room at night only and not being able to enjoy the facilitiesWhile desperately waiting for my room to be ready I went to the restaurant on the beach.Here again I had to wait for 1 hour to have the foodThe staff,very nice, is not organized I had 9 different people from my table cleaning to the payment of my billWhen I decided to cancel they said ok we understand come back next timeAs it is far out I thought we could benefit from a ride back to the city but they dont have shuttleSo we had to pay so much for the taxi as it wasnt planned to cancelBut the worst of it all was the sunbed they look liked they were found on the street so filthy and in bad shapeThe towels were disgusting and old and there were no one to assist us to find a placeA real disasterThere are many more other choices in DubaiDO NOT BOOK THERE

Its beautiful, serene, peaceful and exciting

3 different pools, and a nice sandy beach. The sea is a bit muddy and we were warned to be mindful of the sea urchins. But the beach is big and both sea and pools are enjoyable. All staff are very much attentive, and so far its going so good.

Its simply one of the best hotels in Dubai... It offers a total different experience just 20 minutes drive from the city... The staff is super friendly and the management is flexible... I am a Discovery Rewards member (black level) and our room was upgraded to a suite and we received extended checkout till 6 PM...

A bit far from the city this place is more adapted to family than business trip

Hands up and down one of my absolute fav. spots here in Dubai! It is affordable; outside of the hustle and bustle of the city. Honestly, you feel like you are on holiday (for those who live in DXB). I have been a few times, that I’m starting to recognise the staff 😃.The staff are accommodating, kind and cheerful. The pools were not packed both times we visited. I have eaten at all of the restaurants on site - the Thai restaurant is insanely amazing!! Had a such a nice time, that I have recommended it to a few other friends too!

We love going for horse riding there, except when horses are stressed because of the cars drifting next to stable! Can you do something about it?

Great place to stay. It is the ambience that really counts more than anything else that makes our stay a pleasant and relaxing one. Many day time activities like the shooting club, golf, badminton, squash, kids club that makes the time worth to pass and enjoy our stay. Peacocks everywhere is another fascinating view when we make a walk in their huge property. They have prompt shuttle service from the JA Beach hotel to any of the buildings we want in their JA Resort property.

Its a beautiful resort/hotel! If you go during day time, there are beautiful peacocks roaming free around the property..might see a few more exotic birds and some horses! The restaurants are really good and food served is amazing! If youre visiting in the evening after dark, the roads leading upto it are very dark and you only have your car headlights and google maps to guide along the way. Must visit for golf lovers and even family with kids.
