Amazing hotel. Staff were amazing especially darwish who went out of his way to find us a beautiful room with a stunning view of Jumeirah beach. Breakfast was delicious and the top floor pool was magical. All the cleaning staff were so kind and cleaned the rooms twice a day. Highly recommended staying here!! Worth every penny

My husband and I came to celebrate our anniversary here. Azar and Ram checked on us everyday and were so pleasant and well mannered :) They went above and beyond to make sure we were always happy and had everything we needed. The resort is beautifully done, staff and service is amazing, while amenities are the perfect things to spoil yourself with everyday.

The hotel is gorgeous! The staffs were very welcoming. All the staffs in the hotel are so kind, polite, professionals and very helpful. I enjoyed the gym, the spa the Pool on level 77 and the two pools outside. The staffs in the hotel will go infinity and beyond to your expectations. It was our first time here at the hotel but our 2nd time in Dubai, this is our second home for use. Dubai is a beautiful place with many different cultures working and living here you can feel the happiness and the harmony in this beautiful country. Ah! And to mention the housekeeping are excellent!!! They deserve all the points!! I will definitely come here again with no doubt. Today I leave to my country but with a satisfaction of coming back again. Keep on doing an excellent work!!!! Excellent service on everything!!

Stayed for two nights during public holiday. Receptionist welcomed us professionally.Room was clean and the sea view was breathtaking.The reason behind our booking is to celebrate our honeymoon and when we checked in into the room we found a cake.Room service and food was great!Enjoyed our stay.I wish they accept emirates platinum or any discount card :)

Magnificent architecture. Spectacular hotel with spacious rooms, stunning views and superb amenities. The highest infinity pool in the world does not disappoint. The various pool downstairs are designed for privacy and peaceful surroundings. The breakfast was delicious. I loved that there was a personal note and birthday cake in the room and the bed had rose petals on it. Its all in the details...highly recommended.

The hotel itself is gorgeous and luxurious, the views are spectacular from the room, spa, gym, pool. The staff is friendly. We loved the roses on the bed and the happy anniversary cake. That was very sweet!The food isn’t great though. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the grill - very average quality and also limited for the half board. Dry burger, not so nice lunch box, breakfast is plentiful but doesn’t taste great. However the disappointing fact was that at 6pm at the pool we were told last order, the staff was constantly in a rush to close and Roman if around with garbage bags and taking stuff from the sun beds and then constantly reminded us until 7:10 that it’s time to go, music was stopped before 7 too. At this time exactly is usually sunset, which is supposed to be the most magical and calm time of the whole 77th floor view experience! My husband chose this hotel for an iconic anniversary experience. And it was average for the high price. We don’t mind paying but improving is suggested! All the best!

Everything in this hotel is amazing specially the infinite pool and the reception it was very comfortable. I would like to special mention Isaac who was very helpful with us from checking in and allow us to do early check in and until check out. He was so nice and very accommodating. The stay was nice the service was very good restaurant, the rooms are nice I came with my family to stay and I enjoyed. The spa the 77 floor infinity pool is an incredible view. We had a really wonderful time. Got a free upgrade to sea view!Children under 21 yrs old are not allowed in the infinity pool but there is kids area where they can stay if adults want to spend some time in the infinity pool which is the highlight of this hotel. There is a 2 hr complimentary per day for children in the kids play area.

As soon as walked through the door we made to feel very special as it’s was our honeymoon great service from sangeet at reception top bloke. Our room was decorated with roses and we had a great sea view. Very well kept hotel probably the best on jbr . 3 gorgeous swimming pools. Great staff would highly recommend floating breakfast on roof top pool stunning views . Deffo can’t wait to stay in the future .

Very nice hotel to spend your birthday weekend in. Isaac and Avenetta were very professional.We have also experienced the floating breakfast at the 77 floor. Very magical.The spa was really good, but they don’t have a jacuzzi. ( that’s why I gave them 4 instead of 5)

Unforgettable stay. Lost car key at valet ruining the night and construction works without notice ruining the day. The experience certainly felt like an afternoon nap dreams.

We had our honeymoon here and the hotel went above and beyond. The amenities are amazing. The pool superb. Like a dream. Improvements could be the breakfast. However everything else is amazing. Customer service is amazing.

ANNETTE from the front disk was great ! She was super nice during the check in process, she made me feel welcomed .The infinity pool in the 77th floor is breathtaking!The other pools were great too.Breakfast was average, could be improved a lot.Room service was great , never late with the orders.Staff at the pools were great .The beach grill was amazing , delicious!The room was pretty much basic, nothing special about it except the ipad control thingy .I would’ve gave this review a 5 stars , BUT the check out guy “ I don’t remember his name “ was super annoying, i was reviewing my bill and he kept saying “Sir are you done?” “Sir may I take it back?” And bla bla , didn’t ask me about my stay , didn’t even say i hope you enjoyed your stay with us , this guy costed you a star!I check out 23 September 2021 at 12:30 PM .

Gurmeet and the whole team made sure our room was clean, comfortable and that we had everything we needed. I dont usually like the body lotions at hotels because they dry my skin, but the lotion here is super creamy i love it!The food service quality from the in-room dining was also superb. They checked me in a room which had existing guests in it. I literally opened the door and there was a kid inside. Anyways after figuring it out the rest of the stay is nice. The room is excellent

After one beautiful week here I come to the conclusion that this hotel has hands down one of the best services ever. The staff is extremely friendly and good! We’ve been to excellent places to compare with, but the Address Beach Resort is simply outstanding. Add the 77th floor infinity pool and the perfect setting for a romantic couple vacation - wow! 💜

We stayed for 1 night in a standard room with sea view. The size of the room is really big and really comfortable, however there are some details that would need some improvement (light system in the room, noise fridge and outside, restaurants and general service, uniforms of the employees,…)

Yogesh from housekeeping and other was very helpful and did what we needed all the time. Kids was very happy with all the services.Amazing hotel and staff.

This is a well designed hotel, with some stand out facilities like the pool but unfortunately the service lets it down.From a check-in over an hour long, to 30 mins wait at the bar, every area of the hotel is understaffed, and where you do find someone whether management or a trainee they are unresponsive and generally quite unfriendly.The rooms are basic too, so for the price its not worth it.

This wonderful lounge has left the best impressions! Hospital hosts (ex. Elvira), delicious dishes ( ex. Grilled Salmon Avocado Bowl), amazing coffees (ex. Rose latte) and much more. It’s my new favorite destination to relax and work😍

A discovery in Dubai. Just at the start of the JBR, amazing bright, spacious property, full of natural light. Amazing infinity pool on the roof top. Zeta77 restaurant is located there with view over all Palms and part of Dubai. Expensive, the food is OK. The service....?

Tough one to review this as the experience hangs in the balance.The reason its 4 star is my profile says service is the key to a good experience & I cannot fault the service, staff are attentive & friendly throughout the Hotel, especially at breakfast & the roof top pool.Special shout out to Ivan on the Rooftop, proper old school attention to detail.So the reason it loses a star (& would be less if it wasnt for the staff & the pool) is the food in the two restaurants that were open, Beach Grill & the Brazil / Lebanese were both awful, simply the worst food I have ever had in Dubai & Ive been fortunate enough to visit this great City over a dozen timesBeach Grill in particular was all microwaved, the soup took me half an hour to get half way through as it was like molten lava (too long in micro) then I ordered Wagu Beef Burger to be told I cant choose Medium as they are all pre cooked as well done!! My wifes chicken worryingly had hot & cold spots so obviously not as microwaved as the soup was!!So overall hotel amazing, Rooftop pool amazing, staff very good but if you want my advice book bed & breakfast then eat out!! Loads of options within walking distance, on the 3rd night we walked 5 mins to a great Lebanese restaurant where for less than £60 we had a lovely meal.

Celebrating our honeymoon here was our experience:Pro’s:- Incredible skypool view (you can just come to see this)- Overall hotel design and clean, it is simply gorgeous. All amenities function properly and rooms are very nice (even marina view rooms)- The beach pools are very nice and service there is perfect.- The gym is very nice and has a great view on the sea and beaches- Honeymoon small gifts includedCons:- Cocktails at the skybar need to be improved (taste and presentation is not worth 77AED)- sky bar staff is way too insistent to pay (every 20min) and not as nice as the rest of the global staffOverall really great experience.

The hotel is luxurious and the rooms are spacious and modern.  The location is great!However, there are negative reviews about the hotel :(1) Our room was Deluxe with sea view and the outside windows are dirty, which is very annoying and prevents me from seeing clearly . The reception staff did not try to satisfy us, such as changing the room to a room with a balcony to avoid the problem or deducting part of the amount to satisfy us .. They are somewhat strict2) Getting to the breakfast requires two elevators, as well as if you want to go to the upper pool, you need to use three elevators.3) Waiters who serve food from an open buffet do not have enough experience.4) Sun loungers far from the sea

What an amazing hotel! Everything looks insanely beautiful, the rooms are really nice and the staff is super kind. I dont know if its because of COVID or if its normal, but they disinfect every room after guest check out. Felt very save because of that!Also a special thank you for Michelle, assistant manager at the rooftop pool and restaurant. She is so helpful with everything and super kind! We will definitely visit this hotel again.

We went here on Tuesday for breakfast. It was our first time in the Address beach resort and you have to go! Atmosphere is very welcoming, food is pretty good from the starter to the dessert, the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding. But the most highlight of our experience is the service, it was delightful! Shyne is very professional, prompt, and knowledgeable about the food. She had this friendly demeanor about her that made us happy. Highly recommended and we will continue to visit!

Went to Zeta 77. Was beautiful!!! The view is amazing and the food was fresh and tasty! Only thing was we booked for “Brunch” but there was no brunch menu. The menu was also very difficult to navigate as it listed packages and then food and then drinks... a lot of scrolling but not super clear what we were looking at.

The hotel is very elegant and extremely organized. Yogesh from house keeping was very nice.

Dear Management of the Hotel, first of all your staff are not very helpful, why do you need to hire a Russian Receptionist if he purposely doesn’t want to talk in Russian with the guests? Secondly, we were surprised that you have a hidden policy that is not allowing you to have a coffee but 🤞🏻“we can arrange a table for you if you want to have a lunch” at your restaurants. I know it’s pandemic time and you are trying to provide excellent service to the guests who is staying at the hotel but you should not ignore outside guests as well, it’s a matter of your reputation.And the last thing, we were also trying to arrange a table to have a dinner, and don’t mind about the minimum spend + we have a U by EMAAR Signature Diamond card and didn’t really received a proper service, no table.Hopefully you will consider this feedback and improve your service to fit 5 star hotel service.

Extremely dissapointed by our stay.Booked directly with the hotel in order to avail an online offer of half board for the same price as a breakfast only deal on a reputable booking (.com) site. However, when we checked-in we were informed that the booking was for breakfast only and the front desk would not accept my word that I had booked the aforementioned deal.Our room (501) had numerous issues. When running a bath the water was yellow. When taking a shower the water would flood the entire bathroom but managed to avoid all of the drains. Thus, the bathroom floor would remain flooded for the entire day/night, until the room was cleaned. This was extremely dangerous, especially for our five year old son, who slipped over on the wet floor on more than one occasion.The room also features state-of-the-art automation via an ipad, allowing for control of the TV, lights etc. This is great in theory, but in practice the software is flaky, and with no manual controls you need to contact an engineer to turn off the lights to go to sleep! Guest feedback is left via the ipad. I listed all of the issues I had with the room, (well in advance of check-out), but no one from the hotel even acknowledged any of the issues.My wife, who is a filipina, was constantly being interrogated by staff to confirm if she was a guest of the hotel and to provide her room number. Myself (British, white, male), on the other hand, was never asked to provide any details. Also, I would always be acknowledged by staff, whilst my wife would not.On the plus side the hotel pools, especially the rooftop infinity pool, were fantastic. The kids creche also provided excellent service.We had initially intended to extend our stay by an extra two nights but due to the issues with our room and woefully inadequate customer service provided we decided to change hotels.In conclusion, unacceptable service and standards for a five star hotel. My recommendation would be to avoid The Address Beach Resort hotel and spend your time and money at one of the other premium hotels in Dubai.

There is no management or person to attend and guide when you enter. Most of the people were lost and roaming around because of lack of guidance. We went to all the restaurants to find a nice place for dinner but none of them had space. However, most of the restaurants were empty.Hope they can improve the management to at least guide the guests.

Starting on a positive note, the amenities are great and the rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. You have the latest technology to control everything from the touch of a smart tablet.Using the amenities was another story, staying at this hotel we were not made to feel welcome as guests, more like we are privileged to be here. As a paying in house customer I was not expecting an interrogation every time I go to use the pool. Or access the bar on the 77th floor. You have to get through 3x layers of security it all seemed a bit ridiculous. (actually being denied access on one occasion.)Apart from the friendly check-in service, the rest really failed to live up to expectations for a 5 star Address hotel.I’ve stayed at the Address Sky View and it was a far better experience from the culture and how accommodating the staff were.It was not a relaxing stay.

Great lobby, food is good. But have to pay for valet if you have a visitor and you are a resident. Residents cannot access the pool on the 77th floor which is sad.

Tapoday is a great server he was very helpful and kept checking in on our needs. Also the food is great 👍🏻
