Fantastic service from a new employee Mr Prince Roshan. Very accommodating F&B manager Mr. Setu and outlet Mr Edward.Suggested to have eye catching menus for the lounge to attract guests. Upgrade the afternoon tea set up. Make new menus for families. A piano music in the morning or afternoon during weekends.Mercy is new but very accommodating too.

Horses and hounds is a nice place with great ambience. Live sports add to the atmosphere. Food menu is what you need exactly. Not too crowded, hence no worries for infections.

Advantages:spacious villa, and private pool with a great relaxing view.Disadvantages:-the air conditioner does not work, the rooms are extremely hot.-the room service is very slow.-the pool is also hot-and MOST IMPORTANTLY the reception staff are extremely rude and unhelpful.The check in is at 5PM and the checkout is at 12pm and you get charged if you request a late check out!-it is not worth the price.

‏The hotel is formally beautiful, but the staff is very bad. First, when I arrived the bags, took more than half an hour to bring them to me. Second, I asked for new towels, which took about twenty minutes to arrive. Third, I asked them to clean the room and went out for four hours. When I got back, I found the room as it was, they did not clean it, Fourth, I went to the pool It was very dirty and I couldnt swim in it Fifth when handing over the room I asked them to send someone to take the bags He didnt come until after twenty-five minutes Sixth when you call them you should call like four or five time until they answer seventh when I was waiting for the guy who will take the bags they called me twice to check out and I say the same thing I’m waiting for some one to take my bags I don’t want to stay and on the first day I ask them to send me the manager to my room to talk to him about what was happening and he didn’t come

The most unpleasant stay!! I paid a higher rate than usually and i just wanted to have some peace while 2 villas are having a very loud party playing loud music, shouting and screaming the whole time even though parties are not allowed in residential areas but it felt like a party house 👎🏾

Worst hotel I’ve visited in Dubai! I booked for a « eid brunch and stay » staycation as soon as I arrive they told me that the brunch is canceled for today but there will be one tomorrow ´.. the day after same thing.. brunch is canceled it will be on Friday ! So what it supposed to be? You lie to clients about something that doesn’t exist just to take their money? Really poor service, really poor breakfast, bad food tasteless. And the rooms are kinda old and dirty. I don’t recommend at all.

Type of such services could not be in DUBAII booked villa , I got it too late due to cleaning which is supposed to be before I arrivedMoreover,- I found villa are opened ,- not cleaned as they said ,- a lot of damages on the villa in regard of phones, shower mixer some of them broken and others are leaking.- Damages on doors- Damages on curtains.- Some of lights are not workingThere is no option less then one star to rate this place so I can rate it fairly,In regard to the staff, there is not friendly at all specially who are in the receptionIn general this resort not deserve even one star, a lot of maintenance are required , at least to deserve the amount that they toke itHope my message approach to the owner of this resort to see and know about it

I didn’t expect this. It was bad and I feel I spent my family time and my money for nothing some of what I have seen there(1. check in at 5pm put I couldn’t check in until 7pm.2. At 8pm my wife call for an extra bed.then she call again after 1 hour asking why it’s take this time for it?! At 10 pm I went to the reception because nobody answered our calls!!! And I told them no need for the extra bed my child already slept in my bed. After that I go to buy some groceries and when I back at 11 pm my wife told me there is someone ringing the doorbell . It was the (lost extra bed) they find it !!!!((( I booked the villa from booking.com and I’ll cancel my booking if it was from the resort )))3. I bought some batteries for them, two TV remote not working.4. Dusty in some places.like in front of the main bedroom bathroom.* I’m just feel very bad and I don’t want to continue writing. Good night who is reading this . And tomorrow maybe they will surprise me with something and I’ll write about it.

Enjoyed the staycation with my wife in this resort. Its a nice place cause its just a short drive from the city yet it feels like its secluded. We enjoyed most of our time in the resort pool. Wish we could watch polo practice at the time, but didnt see any.Thank you for the wonderful service Rudolfo from Oasis Pool Bar, and Charliza in Andalucia. Thanks as well for Wilma for offering a quick tour of the property grounds.

5 stars is an overeating rate for the hotel. The valet parking is a must in a hotel which doesnt exist in the hotel. Calling housekeeping and reservations from the room is a nightmare ( forget about them picking up on you in case you need something ). The dine-in on the other can take your order nicely but the presentation of the food looks like you had it in cheap restaurant. Regarding the housekeeping, I saw a gum in the closet 👎 needs improving. The staff lounge in the looby doesnt seep to have a customer-care experience. The spa, is a marvellous experience and the view of the rooms is extraordinary 👌 i hope you take the notes of the guests into consideration

Our Trip didnt star well. When we arrived at the hotel for a check in there wasnt any Hello , welcome ect... are you here to check in is what we got.. , We were very surprised by that as Dubai hotels are well known for excellent service.We have lived in Dubai for several years and now travel on regular basis and we wanted to try different hotel....When we were checked into our room we were SHOCKED by the state of it. It was so dirty, neglected, moldy, furniture worn out , stains on chairs, very dirty carpet ... and smelled badly!! We have requested to change the room which was done right away. The second room was slightly better but not good at all. Given how bad it was we have decided to change the hotel first thing in the morning. In the morning we have requested the full refund ( we have paid in advance fro two weeks) the manager on duty was very apologetic, kind and offered to upgrade our room. The room was much much better and nice which made us question why they gave us such a horrible room to start with...The only problem with that room was the it wasnt cleaned well on daily basis. The only thing that was done was bed, clean towels ( some days only 1 towel left in the room ) and very light mopping. after several days of our bathroom not being cleaned we actually had to leave a note for the cleaning staff to clean the bathroom, toilet , vacuum carpet ect... otherwise it would not be done.Hotel service, room service, restaurant service is very slow, extremely slow!It was exhausting as we didnt want to complain every day so we just left after two weeks and checked into another hotel....The hotel has lot of potential but it needs lot of work, and rooms need lot of TLC, nicer furniture ( Not worn out )

Stayed for 10 days in this paradise..The staff is so great and unparalleled in uae. Must stay and experience the service.Wish the kitchen preparation was better but the service staff made up for it exceptionally.Going to visit soon again and would highly recommend especially for families. We went to celebrate my friends birthday at a villa. We checked in on Thursday 30th and upon check out, unfortunately I left behind one of my dresses. I called Sunday evening to report it and one of the staff mentioned they would get back to me, which didn’t happen. So I called next day, Ofelia kindly checked with lost and found and got back to me very quickly, informing me the dress was not found where I left it. I know they said they did not find the dress but I’m not quite sure they even opened the closets to clean after we checked out as I have a few comments regarding the housekeeping team and overall our staying at Habtoor Polo Villas. The place is beautiful and the villas are large, comfortable and nice but cleanliness is not their strength, something scary specially during these times to be honest. We arrived and in the garden were bones of a past barbecue, a feminine plastic wrap by the stairs, a whole bunch of flies in the kitchen, grease marks by the bedroom doors, and sand inside the pool. Also, the umbrella at the backyard deck was broken... we ordered breakfast and apart from arriving 1 hr after ordering, it was not what we asked for. The two breakfast packages came without the hot beverage, and two out of three meals were incorrect and the taste was not good at all.It is a sad that such a beautiful and expensive place lacks attention to details and customer service. I hope you guys improve because there is a lot of competition out there.

Worst experience ever, after booking the room on “booking.com” I’ve been trying to call the with no reply at all!!! The night of arrival my call been replied from a lady doesn’t have the attitude of working at hosting!!! When arrived the lady on reception had the same attitudes!!! No welcoming word or face which made me very angry!!!!!! And I was telling that my mother is an over 60’s can’t wait and walk no one offered a wheelchair!!!!!!No attitude, no costumer service, not clean at all (and requested to change the room!!!!) it’s a very bad impression given. I’m not accepting such of this happening in my UAE.

We had booked a half board stay for 2 nights, there is no problems in regard to the hotel, premises or any of the amenities. Rather one of the staff at the restaurant had an atrocious behavior to the us and very honestly ruined my experience in the resort. This is not the way to treat hotel guests and was really really disappointed. Yet on a good note the service from Mr. Sibin who worked at the restaurant Grill Pit was exceptional.

Very elegant place with an amazing polo views from the terrace and from my executive suit balcony but sadly with an unprofessional management and the bare minimum service of a decent hotel , as they intend not to answer the calls at all , I got no assistance with my luggage at the checkout , very late check-in to the room (5pm)! and then again a long delay bringing our luggage to the room, 1 hour delay for breakfast and when I tried the manager for a complain he answered his private phone in the conversation showing no interest!.

I was extremely disappointed with the service. This morning my husband called the resort and made a reservation for afternoon tea for 4pm. We were there exactly at 4 sitting at the Equestrian Lounge waiting to be served. I must say it was a busy day at the resort as there was a Polo match on but we waited patiently for 45 minutes. As no one was coming forward to ask us what we want my husband went out to the counter and asked them, they then told him to have a seat that someone would serve us soon and so we waited again. After about 5 minutes a guy comes upto us and says that there was only reservation made and that group has already been served and there was no reservation under my husbands name. It was only after my husband went upto them that this came to our attention. And there was nothing they could do and we asked them if they can atheist be served now and they said it would take another 25 minutes. How sad and disappointing. And clearly messed up my evening 😒.

Very nice place and good food. It was our first time. We took the tenderloin and T-Bone steak, they were excellent as well as the mushroom and other sides.. The fondant with the raspberry and vanilla ice cream were just too good and all for reasonable price with entertainer even better 👌👍. I recommend as the service and the people are amazing. We will go back.

The worst experience ever ! No answering to calls or staff being able to understand you ! The room they gave wasn’t cleaned & sanitized ! There were no sticker on it that it is sanitized like the other.I even checked in late & called asking to make sure room is ready.No proper management or staff ! No sense of proper hotel concierge!!! Park your car by yourself even !The room they gave me had food left overs & dirt also not clean ! The art on walls were tilted & wallpaper damaged ! The floor wasn’t clean too

Firstly, I would like to start by mentioning how unprofessional and rude the staff were. They made us feel like we were not welcomed, they had no interest in meeting our needs in any way at any time. The lack of customer service was beyond any unfortunate occurrence. We had to ask multiple times for the same object, we even had to inconvenience ourselves and drive to the reception more than twice for that purpose until they finally blessed us with their presence. The process of it all took over 3 hours before they delivered. We understood that it was a busy evening, and we were being patient. However, the replies from the staff answering the phone were just disreputable.The villa itself was run down and needed much upgrading and deep cleaning. As soon as we entered the villa, an overwhelmingly unpleasant smell filled the entire property, but luckily for us, we had the housekeeping personnel passing close by and we asked for an air Freshener.The furniture was old and appeared overused. The sofa in the living room had big stains on it, the floor had rust marks and the kitchen was not fully equipped as mentioned in the villa info. Even the basics were not provided. For example, the coffee cups were only 3 for a villa that accommodates over 11 people, that was not logical. There were merely 4 Nescafe sachets and 2 milk cases (120x10ml). The terrace outside by the pool was dark and gloomy as there was no lighting system surrounding the area and that created an issue for us and wasted our time trying to find solutions. We had to drive to the reception again for this, to be informed that they will call up an “Engineer” to fix this for us (turn on the lights of the outdoor area). 3 hours and a lot of calling later, nobody came. We were lucky to run into a house keeping person outside who called someone to set up a lighting projector for us.One of many problems we encountered on the upper floor was that the sink in one of the toilets had issues with water drainage. Also, the water in the shower was boiling hot from the shower head or freezing cold from the overhead one, there was no middle temperature.The most annoying part is the lack of privacy; what I mean is that your staff kept on ringing the doorbell early in the morning to check for baggage assistance. They called us multiple times for questions unrelated to our stay which proves that your staff need a little more training and a lot more discipline.Last but not least, we wanted to have a late checkout which we asked for when we were checking in and the reply was not possible. There was no alternative, no giving us any other option, just a blunt no, but due to the lack of good communication and lack of consistency between your staff, we called them again and of course the nice lady on the other end of the phone assured us that we could extend the stay for an extra 1 and a half hours.I would like to add a comment about a specific lady in your staff. The blond one who speaks Arabic. She was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in any hotel experience. When checking in, it took her forever to finish the process. She was misinformed and extremely slow. When checking out, she kept us waiting for more than 30 min until we actually asked her if all is sorted because she started talking with other people and it was obvious that she simply ignored our presence. After we asked, she said that all was fine and that’s when we left. If we hadn’t asked, we would probably still be there waiting for her. As for the other two (I think) Egyptian men, they were very friendly, respectable, and helpful.I really hope that in the future, al Habtoor management will work on making the quality of the service match the customer’s expectations and money paid. Maybe take into more consideration the importance of good professional training for a higher level of satisfaction for your clients if you wished a repeated business. Also, maybe reconsider having full capacity in your hotels when you are limiting the number of your staff.

It’s embarrassing to put this hotel under the habtoor name. The hotel concierge miss-handled my Playstation 5 and destroyed my new PS5 worth 5,000 AED and I was looking forward to a chilled weekend. And when PS5 broke in-front of my eyes, the hotel concierge “mohammed” told me with all audacity “Do not make a big deal, its just a game, its not broken” !!!!!!. The “guest service manager (Egyptian)”, “security manager (Emirati)”, and the whole team, disregarded my concern with their miss management and the disrespect they showed. The rooms i booked also smelled like heavy thick paint and were also next to an area that was being reconnsructed and repainted. Beyond terrible first impression.

Even though the ambience wasnt too shabby, it was too warm inside and we were all sweating in minutes being there. The service that we had was very terrible!! We were supposed to check-in at 3 but the receptionist made us wait almost 2 hours to get to the villa because they forgot to clean it. First we were told to wait 10 minutes then 40 and after that 30 and even after the 30 minutes we had to wait 20 more minutes. We wouldn’t have minded waiting if they were just honest. After getting to the villa, the floor was still wet and it was very hot and wasn’t even that clean! There were flying roaches too. Poor service, the bald man that sits at the front desk was very rude too. We asked for a late check-out since they made us wait for so long, the guy kept saying “we will try, we don’t want to make the guests wait” in a very rude tone as if we weren’t guests that paid a fortune for a very standard villa full of insects. All the receptionists that we’ve dealt with had very weak communication skills.

It has been more than 2 weeks after my checking-out and still havent received my deposit refund, although they said itll take only 7 days. And the worst is that no one is there by the phone to answer you: it takes 20 phone calls, for 1 call to succeed, and then they promise that they will get back to you, but no one does.

Im staying at the resort for 5 days in the standard room. The resort is over rated. The first night I stayed the the mattress is very firm for me in fact thats one of the most firm mattresses at hotel for very long time. It hurt my back nerves and Im walking side ways. I cant walk for long now. Told the duty manager about it. He changed the room for me with same firm mattress with more duvets under the mattress to make it softer but it still not up to hotels standard. They put tags on rooms doors that cleaned and sanitized and it breaks as soon as you open the door. They provide mini sanitizer at the room which I like. They put sanitizer besides the elevators but only ground floor not each floor which is not convenient. The rooms doesnt have any coffee table or side table beside the sofa.Also the beverage chiller is broken and empty.The second room I transferred to has some broken frame for the bathroom door. I wont transfer now and I carry on with 2 more nights due the period of the pandemic. You just want to be staying in a safe room.Rooms priced fairly.Not recommended for the hotels rooms. I dont know about the villas so I wont make any pre judgments

Great brunch with nice seating and great service. Definitely a nice place to go with the family on the weekend. They have kids play room, jumping castle (I donot know of thisnis always there) but luckily It was there, horse and pony riding. Great buffet and relaxing mood.

Located just off the Emirates road, its a great place to relax and get away from the city. Decent rooms, facilities and fantastic polo grounds make this a very interesting place to visit. Suitable for conferences or meetings too. Food is average but the variety is huge. Overall a nice experience.
