Unlike some of the posts I’ve read in other places, I found the Four Points to be clean, inviting and downright classic! The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay there when I come back!

Great hotel, great staff, specially front desk staff (a guy name starts with p but i can’t remember his name). He really made my check in experience easy.Clean room, breakfast buffet with less variety of food, but to me this is a good thing.

Nice hotel, tasty breakfast and good food in the pub (didnt try Indian restaurant). But hotel smells something damped, after two days your all clothes stinks.

Although it is not in downtown, this hotel has easy transport to airport and Dubai mall and all other major hubs. Rooms are spacious and maintained very clean. Front desk, reception, business and travel desk staff is friendly and helpful. They are helpful with arranging RT PCR test at hotel( we have to pay) and easy access to computer and printer.Breakfast buffet at Purani dilli restaurant inside the hotel: they have a decent spread of continental and Indian breakfast. Tasty and maintained clean.. restaurant staff is very welcoming and friendly. I enjoyed brkfast buffet.It was a nice experience staying at this hotel and I recommend this for your stay in Dubai.

Purani Dilli restaurant is truly one of the best Indian restaurants in Dubai. Their food is truly Amazing.Hotel has a superb Gym, Sauna, Steam and pool.Spacious rooms.Exceptional service 👏👌.

The 4-star Four Points by Sheraton Downtown Dubai is located at Mankool Road, 4C street downtown Bur Dubai. It features a rooftop swimming pool and free Wi-Fi in all areas.All rooms and suites and include Sheratons signature bed and a 32-inch interactive LCD TV.Their service is second to non. I enjoined every bit of it. My fiance and i were lodged at room 717. The suite was massive. It has a living room, the master bedroom is ensuite and a then another complete wash room adjacent to the living room.For the first time I enjoyed their Suana service. It was absolutely free.Staffs were all courteous and provided assistance when need be.I will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai.

An excellent place to stay in Dubai at a great price. I checked in late afyer a long flight and the staff was ready and courteous despite the late hour. My room was spacious and very clean. This hotel has one of the better fitness centers withma Hines and free weights. There are a lot of restaurants nearby and a super market.

This is my second time coming back to this hotel in 2 weeks! Always such a pleasant stay. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff is wonderful and very helpful starting from the front desk to the housekeeping. Breakfasts are also delicious. Definitely recommend this place to stay!!!

I spent eight days here, the people were very helpful and very nice. The restaurant to a very accommodating. The only downfall was room cleaning, they only change your tires out if you asked for some, other than that the experience was very nice.

Frlm a lot of places in Dubai. A real good place to go is it now to meet someone, go to the indian or any of the other. We stayed at this comfortable hotel for one week, myself and my children. We couldnt have felt more comfortable or been more welcome. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, quiet and cleaned so well. The restaurant staff was the shining star for us. They took such good care of us, my son wasnt feeling well and they sent special foods to our room and always asked after him.

Stay was good at Sheraton.. Being a very old customer of more than 2 years, I stay at Four points everytime... Staff is very friendly especially the reception staff are good... I made a reservation through booking.com for 3 rooms but unfortunately i had to cancel it and i did immediately! I received the cancellation email from booking.com to be surprised a month later that they still charged me for 2 rooms no show ! I called the reception and he told me only one room was canceled but in fact they were all under one confirmation and one cancellation.. i called the hotel and asked for management so many times but unfortunately a month later no one helped me nor returned my money backI would gladly say this is an experience with Sheraton Four points that i will never go through again as my card is not in a safe place while dealing with such placesI will also make sure to tell all my friends that it’s not a trusted place to be staying inThank you so much for the bad experience and for not returning my money to me !!

Good hotel. The restaurant by the name of puranidilli serves great Indian food. Its a must try. The hotel follows strict covid guidelines and spaces are sanitized for guests safety.

This is not a tourist/ beach hotel it is a quality business centered with a good location and some nice add-ons like bar and pool for after work relaxing

I had asked the hotel to provide 4 bottles of water, was restricted to 2, despite having elite status. The hotel is not really downtown, pretty sketchy part of town actually. They have a decent amount of construction going on across the street, so very noisy. Wouldnt recommend.

We went to PURANI DILLI IN FOUR POINT Sharaton.....the food was awsome ..the starters and paneer dishes were very good and fresh . And the staff is also very friendly too.

Did not have a chance to spend a night ober there. But as a participant of an event organized in the hotel I have to comment amazing service and attentiveness of staff (specially sir Daniel was assigned to our two day sessions, always help us with queries, refreshment preps and checking on our wellbeing).Hotel and restaurant staff is very friendly and thank you for the chef for amazing dishes we had for the lunch.Once I will be wandering around in the area again I will be more than happy to pay a visit and also will suggest to my friends who will arrive to Dubai in future.Thank you for the experience

This one is one fab property . Rooms are huge , super clean & spacious comparatively huge than the one at Khalid bin walid street which is closed now permanently . Rates were super cheap and the service was extremely quick from the time of check in . Would recommend all to try this place

Even in these times of struggle during the pandemic the hotel staff be it the bell boy, reception staff or even house keeping all of them are very warm and cooperative and always helpful and wish the best for the guests at the hotel, the hotel follows all the required protocols and norms for safety, physical distancing and cleanliness which is done regularly. Good experience for living with family close to old city

Allow me to tell you a story. I am a rather frequent guest at this hotel. All your colleagues are like a second family to me. They take such good care of me when I stay at Four Points on Mankhool Road. At one point, the main restaurant was rebranded into an Indian location called Purani Dilli. Very good from a business perspective as its always busy whereas previous iteration was not so. That said, I am not the biggest fan of Indian food because of its spiciness. Being a Canadian boy, we tend to like simple fare. That said, I know all the staff in the restaurant because of my frequency of this hotel. During this particular stay Ravinder, Purani Dilli’s manager, saw me in the lobby and invited me in for dinner that evening assuring me they would “take care” of me and select appropriate dishes for my Canadian palate. Well, that was an understatement. Ravinder simply asked what kind of foods I would like and disappeared into the kitchen. The service was exceptional. Aaron, Prasad, Ibrahim and Ravinder and all staff paid special attention and took great care of me. The lamb stew was exceptional, the appetizer out of this world and all the sides (salads, rice) were wonderful as well. Marriott has an exceptional team at this hotel and even more so with their dining staff. I could go on and on about everyone who wanted to focus on this one specific evening at Purani Dilli.

We had come over to Dubai on a family trip, for 5 nights and 6 days. Having stayed at Four Points during this time, has been a very pleasant and memorable experience. The time we got off the cab in front of the hotel, to received by the bellman/attendant to carry our luggage into the hotel, and to the room that was allotted. The receptionist (Shabaaz) rendered a very warm welcome to us, and was very courteous and respectful. Day in and day out, all the different staff we interacted with were very friendly and doing their duties well. A special mention about the house-keeping person - Harsha, who was very down to earth, and respectful in serving us during our stay. The restaurant providing the Breakfast was very good too. The staffs in there provided a good service and attentive. Food was good too, and lot of options. Being an Indian, and a Vegetarian, food (breakfast) is very important element of your trip, that can really make your day pleasant, and I must say all of us were very happy. I did use the Gym, and the heated Swimming pool as well, and they were maintained well.Overall, a very good service by all the staff members. Had a pleasant stay. I shall recommend to family and friends where opportunity allows.

I have to admit, the Hotel is not in the center of Dubai but thats no problem. You have a supermarket, ATM and restaurants you can walk to. They also offer a free shuttle to the Dubai Mall and the public Beach. The staff is very nice and the breakfast was good.The rooms are on the bigger side and there are plenty amenities in the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean. The gym is also relatively well-equipped.Had a good stay with no issues at all.

Spacious room with comfortable king size bed, large flat tv, 2 free bottle of water, great tea, milk and a kettle. Always warm water in the bathroom as well very good internet connectivity.Friendly staff especially housekeeping done the great job.Hotel is relatively near to Creek, Bastikaya and Burjuman metro but still need the taxi to all locations.Felt safe as a solo female traveller.

We stayed here for almost a week and the service here was exceptional. The rates were also decent and rooms maintenance was of top quality. The location was easily to find and all nearby tourist spots were easy to commute.

Excellent breakfast. They change their menu everyday. The salad bar is amazing. Swimming pool is nice. Room is spacious and offers loads of storage. Very good for long stay.

Friendly, professional staff. Clean room of a decent, well proportioned size. with good proportioned. Large bathroom, with bath/shower, bidet, toilet and sink. Very good breakfast options, covering Indian, Asian, Continental, American/English breakfast styles. Quiet part of Dubai within easy walking distance of several convenience stores, pharmacy and cash machine.

Its a nice hotel. Always spotless. Staff are genuinely friendly and courteous. Nothing to much trouble . Breakfast is very varied food quality is good . Rooms well presented and well maintained. Just off the centre if Dubai. But quite easy to get about .

This hotel is great! What makes it excellent is its staff. Every staff member is so polite. Breakfast is so delicious, so glad I had this option. Breakfast staff especially Anjana is very welcoming and hospitable. It is noteworthy to see how hard each person is working and most importantly how they make you feel. In my opinion, 5 star is very well deserved.

Nice daily breakfast, helpful and friendly staff

We have stayed at the Four Points Sheraton Downtown hotel in Dubai since March 1 till March 8, 2020. Everything was excellent before the hotel cheated us with billing.On March 1, 2020 weve checked in and paid the deposit which is 25% more than the initial price of our stay. The personnel explained us that the deposit will be returned after our check-out.On March 8, 2020 weve left the hotel and received the invoice which sum was equal to the initial price. The payment should be made from the amout of the deposit and the rest of the deposit should be returned to our bank account.Instead of this on March 9, 2020 the hotel transferred us 434 AED, which is significantly less than the rest of the deposit, and than the hotel made a request to the bank and the bank transferred 907 AED from our bank account to the hotel back. We havent received any notifications about it before asked the bank customer service.Weve reported to the hotel customer service about it on March 9, 2020 but nothing has still happened.As the result weve lost the full rest of the deposit and additional 473 AED.All the good impressions of the stay at the hotel were annihilated.

The stay was amazing. The location is too good. Rooms were spacious and clean.The food was delicious, especially the bakery section. They have live music at their restaurant with is a great treat with your dinner.The staff is also very friendly..I would highly recommend you this hotel..

Location is a bit far from attractions. Free shuttle to Kite Beach and Dubai Mall are very helpful. The service by hotel staff is excellent. Room and bed are very comfortable especially the high ceiling and big bath room. The hotel room is hugh. The hotel has a gym and swimming pool. Breakfast buffet especially the omelette is excellent.

I like hospitality

I have been to Dubai eight times and this is my third time at this hotel. It is by far the most value for money hotel in Dubai. It is centrally located, very neat, the wood finishes which adorn the entire facility is very appealing. The staff are very helpful. If you like sports then the Yesterdays Pub on the ground floor is a favorite for watching sporting events, meals and drinks. The complimentary bus shuttle to Kite Beach and Dubai Mall is helpfull. The hotel is within walking distance to AL Fahidi Metro station and Burjuman metro station so this helps your movement greatly. This is a choice hotel especially if you are looking for great price at premium quality.

Everything was perfect. Check-in and check-out were smooth and fast. Room is spacious, clean with all amenities and having a good city view. Hotel shuttle (Bus) services was excellent with joyful driver. Breakfast was having vast options with good taste. Hotel representative at breakfast area were very much cheerful. Swimming pool guy was also fantastic.

The Four Points by Sheraton Downtown Dubai is a modern and stylish hotel tucked away in a quiet part of Dubai. It is easy to get to any part of Dubai and is only a short transfer from the airport if you are travelling. The rooms are modern, stylish, very comfortable and quiet. The restaurant and bar both serve outstanding food and the service is excellent. My daughter particularly liked the pool area which was modern clean and well maintained. All in all a fantastic experience, will definitely stay there again - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Spacious rooms, good food

We had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was one of the most courteous and always went out of their way to help accommodate our needs. The food was great and the room service offered many options. The only thing that we had an issue was that there was no area for us to do our own laundry, they only offered their own laundry services which requires them to do your laundry for you at a price. The surrounding area was also under construction at the time. These were just very small issues. Overall we had a great experience!
