Easy to book, easy to pay, easy to do it, however it is impossible to plan your test and trip because for the past 3 times Ive got my results in les than 6 hours and now still waiting for it and I did it yesterday around 5pm. I know that they dont guarantee you the results that fast but 24-48 hrs is long period of time. Considering that some countries require a valid test not more than 48hrs how can you plan?Guaranteed time has to be less.

Long lines. So hard to book if you are a tourist (no Emirates ID). Late results (more than 24 hrs). They just send an SMS, no emails, so you can’t use it for official purposes (again if you are a tourist who has no access to the apps they release the results on).However, they are polite and organised.My personal experience was so bad and I saved some money not getting the test at a private hospital but I wasted it in transport. And I did waste much time.

I did my PCR Test from here today. I did the booking through SEHA app. It costs me Aed 50 for pcr test. Got mail and msg confirming location and timing. The time slot was 4 pm. Even though it was Thursday evening there was no rush. When i reached there they asked for QR code ( the one we get after booking) and we need to scan our Emirates ID. Then proceed to swab test. So all u need to Cary is Emirates Id and the QR code. I got it done all these within 10 mins. Very nicely organised and fast. Do recommend this screening Center. I did the test at 4:45 pm and I got the result around 5:00 am in the morning 👍

GOOD- online appointments and payments through seha app for drive through covid test. Securities are asigning the row for test. QR code verification in 4 rows. Emirates ID validation at registration post after that covid test. Results in SEHA app, alhosn app and sms.BAD- From main road itself big and long queue, long waiting for QR validation from there. four rows for testing. It takes around 2hours 10 minutes reach the testing point.Altogether great service...

Though we booked and went at our time slot, it went totally waste as they were accepting walk ins also and hence long car queues.No separate queue was there for the bookings.Waited for more than 2 hrs in queue.It was quite a bad experience.Always better to get it done from some clinic. Very poorly organized and no respect for people’s time who took effort to take a booking and did online payment.

Sharing my experience today....As a pregnant working mother, today was a horrible day for me. I havent expected that they dont have a special lane for those who require special need. i booked an earliest schedule at 10:15 am so Ill be finished ahead of time as Im not feeling well and I just took a taxi. And take note, My bill reach to 56 aed for an hour. Upon talking to the employees they dont have any other option but to be in the cue. I can be obedient and kind but given to my situation they couldve least given something better. So for those who dont drive and will be going to any SEHA drive through please prepare your money for the taxi as well as the payment for your swab and tons and tons of patiencesssss.

Too much waiting time almost 3-5 hours to get your turn for test , better avoid and get it done from any clinic. If you have 3-5 hours to spend then this better .

Got my result within 5hrs :) . I was traveling after 12hrs but I still took the chance with SEHA and they did a great job. Do not go for expensive private hospital tests as they will charge you 4 times more for 24hrs result and for urgent 12hr service they will charge you 8 times more. SEHA charged me only 50dhs :)I did not have an appointment via SEHA App but the security guard entered me manually into the system and let me go for the test and he was very professional courteous.

Excellent, safe and smooth drive through service centre... took 25 mins for PCR test. Simple registration and easily guided by the staff... kudos to the frontline staff and thanks to SEHA for providing such a good service to all👍Prior booking is required via SEHA app

Hi Firstly Eid Mubarak!! I and my family planned to travel Abu Dhabi as we got a long weekend and I jus been here for a DPI test and the security guy ( I don’t know his name ) here was so rude, he is really really rude omg, I have asked him a question saying I wanna go Abu Dhabi and I have not done any PCR test lately for a year now but yes I’m fully vaccinated with Pfizer, so does this DPI test is good for entering Abu Dhabi or should I also have PCR test and then he asked someone on this query and told me yes you will be allowed to enter with jus DPI and then to double check for confirmation I have asked me again like, are you sure ? Are you sure ? Coz we have to drive long way and after we each border if they don’t allow us it would all be a time waste and disappointment for us, as we are happily going for eid holidays celebration and that’s it, he got angry and he replied saying now even I wasted my time telling you all this and I replied him brother this is your Job to explain us and give us proper information on Covid 19, as we don’t know about it and that’s it he got super angry with us and rudely he said park your car away and he left us and went to attend other car and then there was some other guy and I was talking to him trying to explain him how rude he turned us away for jus asking the question on Covid rules as we should be aware and he involved in between and told him we are wasting time or so, finally we are all disappointed now our evening has spoiled coz of this unmannered staff here, this is very very disappointing for us all our eid plan spoiled.Hope any manager reads my review and reply me or take a proper action on such people as they don’t atlest spoil others day or holiday.

I dont like waiting too long... Unlike before in ghantoot boundaries you can walk into testing area.. Its not advisable to those who dont have own car.. 50 aed for rapid test but for me commuters i spend more than 100 aed for the taxi. Sad but its true this testing rapid result is to those who have own cars only.

Very badly organized.. why do take take bookings when u have to wait on queue for more than 2 hrs regardless of ur appointment... diffident lines move in diffident speed... like some is much faster then other.. and its up to ur luck to be sent to the faster one.. worst past is once u get on the queue you cant get out and you are stuck! so disrespectful to peoples time!!!!

Dear SEHA - if you allow visits only through reservation then please at least respect that on your side as well. Whats the point of reservations for exact hour range if you cannot meet those timings at all. Waiting 2 hours after reservation anyway makes no point in my humble opinion. Its better to pay more and testanywhere else than waste time and pay less.

Me and my wife did the PCR test to visit Abu Dhabi on Eid day.My result came on time and her result didnt come untill Eid day has passed. 😆

I had difficulties with getting results, I need a printed version but they sent me only SMS.BUT all of you who have the same problem- call SEHA 8001717 and ask for email version. They will send it very quickly!!!!! Only after asking via phone.Price is good! Only 65

Very bad experience. Took COVID test at 11pm at night, and got the result by SMS the next morning. The result did not show up in the Alhosn App. I called the help line, and the lady told me never to go to Mina Rashid for Covid test, as many people have complained about their result delivery.

DPI test is taking longer than usual. Ive waited for 30mins to get the sms from taking the blood sample and then another 15mins to get the Emirates ID. Usually it takes u half an hour only from queuing to getting the ID back.

Theyd did a dpi then told me to do a pcr and come back the next day and i came back waited for more than an hour and i didn’t get the results. They are telling me to come back the next day!

Don’t go without an appointment. They only take appointments. I went for DPI test. They will scan the QR code from the Seha app for verification. The appointment slot is for an hour so one can expect that much time to take. It took me 30 mins to get tested and had to wait another 30 mins to get the result due to the queue. Overall it was a smooth experience.

Terrible, terrible and again terrible experience.If you want to be disappointed for free, welcome to this Center.The waiting time is around 3 to 4 hours.They are completely unorganized and very slow.If you are tourist and you didn’t rent a car, you will pay quadruple price of the PCR test just for the taxi driver (because It’s a driving thru).I really suggest to you to do it in a clinic (more organised and you will save a lot of money and time).Thank you Seha screening Center for making my test which should cost 85 AEDs to more than 450 AEDs.Good job ! 👎

Very organized, you need to be 30 mintes earlier on your appointment In Order to avoid the continuous rush.

Little point booking an appointment slot, as stuck in the slow moving queue that takes 1.5hrs. If you value your time, go elsewhere.

Went to receive my COVID-19 vaccine from here. Booked an appointment for 16:00 - 17:00 on a weekday. There are separate waiting lines for vaccinations and PCR tests which is not clear at the venue - this ended up wasting around 15 minutes of my time since I was standing in the wrong queue.However once in the right queue, overall process took over 1 hour and was smoothly run.Update : Completed my second dose today. More than 3 hours queue to get the vaccine. Unlike DPR, there is no separate queue for 1st dose and 2nd dose recipients. Would recommend going to DPR just to have the benefit of getting your second dose with priority.

Applause for the staff and workers of the facility the rating stars are for them. Had a 2pm appointment, reach at 1:27pm to get in line from the road and finished at 4:21pm. Too long a wait after a prepaid booking. From getting in line to finishing the test, could have got cured of the virus infection by then ;)

Takes more than 3 hours and a half to do the dpi test!!!! Whats the point of taking appointments then? Employees were rude and kept my result for more than 35 mins before handing me the paper!Pay 30 dhs more and do the pcr at ministry of health centres!!

Don’t recommend it if you are looking for a quick test and result within a day. The results take more than 24 hours. Also the test take a bit of time with the long waiting lines (which is absolutely fine, because this is a global pandemic and there are people who don’t even get the resources to get tested so we are blessed)If you have plenty of time and just need the test for uni, or work then it should work. But not worth the wait if you are having mild symptoms as the amount you need to quarantine becomes longer.

This screening center speed is very slowly,i did test from morning 10:00,till 14:00pm,4 hours cost there.try to find other fast one.this one really slowly.

What a grand waste of time! Went there on a Friday and had to wait in the crawling queue for 3 hours. Only one testing area, but multiple queues. Staff randomly prioritize one queue over another. After waiting 2 hours a new queue was opened which let in cars from way behind!! So unfair! There are other better and much faster centres. I will stick to DHA health centres from now

Online test scheduling is easy through app. The queue though with the appointment will take around 1 hour and more. The entrance to the screening center is not clear. No clear signs how to enter.

Me and my wife had taken the appointment for 29th Dec 11 am. We took the cab to this centre thinking we could get down at the entrance but apparently its a drive thru centre and they do not allow anyone to get out of the vehicles or come walking in. Next, appointment is just a formality because even though our appointment was at 11 am we could get give our samples only at 1.15 pm which is exact 2 hrs 15 min. There was a lot of crowd and only 4 rows. Each row has only 2 staffs assigned which makes the process time consuming. Considering this center being in the city everyone would prefer it. I am not sure of its other branches but this was is definitely time consuming.Only if they have more staffs to cater, can this time issue be mitigated.Everyone going there be prepared to spend minimum of 2.5-3.5hrs.We booked the test through SEHA app and yes the price was 85 AED per person. I am not sure if the prices were higher earlier but I did read in the news it was somewhere near 150 AED before.Everyone ensure to carry ur Emirates Id/ Passport and the bar code (bar code you would get only when your registered in the app after taking the appointment)

It was a good experience for PCR test.You need to install SEHA application and enter your details and book your appointment in advance and also you can pay via App.The problem was the waiting time in the cars queue . It took me about 1 hour to finish

Why only 3 stars? Because of one rude security guard who kept on asking me to forward my car when its already too near to the one in front. He even tapped my hood roughly with a pen. He cannot ask the driver of the SUV to move forward so he asked me instead because my car looks cheap?

Chaos in one word , even when you make appointment you have to wait long time ,it tooks me 2.5 hours to reach the first check point when they asking if you have appointment , the car lines are messed up ,theres no organize ,any car can jump to your line ,And worse thing is the way out !! You have drive again in the same line with cars who coming in and blend in the line for another 30 minutes to reach the exit way..Please if any one who in charge reading my review, you need to organize the place and open separate exit atleast,

I frequently get tested here as travel to abudhabi. Service here is fast and the staff are doing a wonderful job.

What a waste of time. We got an appointment for PCR test between 10:15 and 11:00am on Thursday and reached there by 10:20am. Queue was long and we had to wait in the queue for more than 3 1/2 hours. Being a national screening center, it’s far away from any customer’s expectations.

Complain to SEHA: They given 1st dose without drive throw. Today i came here for 2nd dose, And they asking me without texi no entry, who will pay texi bill? SEHA? very very long queue first of all. I discussed with the doctor with regard my query that i don’t have car please allow me, even i ready to wait until 1 hour. They said no..:( it was embarrassed service by seha scanning center, Dubai. personally opinion don’t go.

Extreme traffic conditions, stay on the lane and do not try to overtake as i regretfully attempted to in order to ask a few questions based on my appointment time being over. They will send you back all the way to another queue without listening to your queries. Lots of traffic and senseless tent being putover in the middle.

Normally there is very good arrangement in public health facilities. But this one is nightmare. Once you approach it from shindaga tunnel there are no signboards where exactly it is, then you have to take U turn forcefully and have to waste 30 to 40 mins and than you have to leave it as your appointment time is gone. I sincerely regret to management of this centre to manage it in way that it really help people and should not trouble them.

Very crowded and only 1 person taking test. They told me result will take 12 hours but waited for 48 hours! The helpline doesnt work and you will be stuck! I paid extra for hotel and miss3d office too! Better go to any private hospital...

I had an appointment i went with my mother for pcr test because she was travelling ..still we had to wait like two hours ...wat the use of appointment if we have to wait like a hours ..atleats they should have fast track for woman old citizen having babies in car ..the good thing which i appriciate they were distributing water to each car ..

Worsted service.. I wasted my time around 4 hour on the queue .. still I cant enter into inside.. the booking time schedule is only a drama. I called the seha customer service for change my location.. they Telling its not possible to change your location from Mina rashid to other. There is no line keeping on the road also.. everybody is entering from the front side. And who ever is waiting on the queue they are fools.. even there is one police officer also not available for arranging the vehicle queue.

Went there for PCR swab. Registered for 4-5pm rime slot on a Thursday.. We started queing at 4:30 pm, we reached the test counter at 6:45 pm took another 10 mins to register. Expect atleast a 2 hour wait

Worst experience ever. We arrived with an appointment and it was a mess when we got there. Completely disorganized and messy. Nobody even cares about the appointment. Very disappointing, I was expecting much more from such an organization. After finishing everything, we still needed to wait other 1h to get out.

It took us 5 minutes to book appointment online .it took us15 minutes to get the test done .thats includes the wait in line ,the registration and the actual test for 15 people.We did the 180 dhs test per I think its called. Done to go to Abu Dhabi.

Very disappointed! I did this before and it takes only 5 min for a car to pass. Weve been here for and hour and only two cars passed. They devided the lanes into four and the lanes 2,3 & 4 are not moving at all whereas the first lane is the only one working. I guess they put all their efforts on the VIPs. So far for the national screening center!

Bad management, and there is a delay in getting the PCR results. I did the PCR test on Saturday, January 9, 2021 until now nothing reached me, so I hope you would fix this because I lost two test opportunities only because of the delay you had. Fix it ASAP😤

I went there with appointment and paid online as well, It wasn’t my first time. The only difference is that the volunteer who was stationed in the triage doesn’t like dogs!He had me wait for almost an hour out, angry why I have a dog with me!!! They has pictures taken with that dog before and now this!So unprofessional.

Honestly no idea why people are blaming the centre for queues. The people who book appointments are prioritised over those without simple as that. Staff are extremely courteous and capable.

Hello, I wanted to leave a review about this center on Coved19very bad employees, and not a competent manager Ms Zahra, I stood in line for 3 hours to take a laser test, to enter abu dhabi,since I had an emergency, I had all the documents confirming this with me, but when explaining the reasons for us to the manager, the Manager just threw up his hands, and said we couldnt help you with anything, and attached an alternative to stand on the street from 10 am to 5 in the evenings at + 40 so that it is possible to do this laser test or drive to the same type of center in Ajiman without taking into account the car, guys, I understand everything, of course, but with this I was just in shock, thats how you come to you later. This is not a testing center, but just a madhouse with incompetent employees, starting with the manager and ending with those who accept payment for these tests.

Make sure you take the appointment. Without appointment you might be stuck in long que.

That was the fastest and easiest Covid19 blood test. 25mns and I am waiting the results. God bless the front line healthcare workers and keep them safe.

Non organized center, very slow..very unprofessional security staff!Mostly you have to wait between 120 minutes to 180 minutes!The nurses were super kind and lovely

I just came from there, i paid online 50 aed thru seha, then i after reach they tick me not permitted to enter abu dhabi because they want me pay them 130 aed more, they added:You may be catch cold or flu, its all about just to take 130 aed from me for more testing.. holy cake!!

What a joke, was told me to come between 1700 to 2000hr if I had no appointments, arrived at 1800hr and made tp wait for 1 and half hours until I was turned away and told to do the test somewhere else.

Absolutely ridiculous queues.Not worth booking at the venue as there is no coordination and the cars are moving at a snails pace.I recommend getting the vaccine done than wait in line for more than 3 hours as you might get cured of the infection by the time you reach the swab test.Clearly more queues are required to facilitate the countless amount of cars coming in.
