Had a pretty great experience at the Medcare Dermatology center . Ive went to a Hydrafacial session at the center and it was one of the best facial treatments Ive ever had. My therapist Jacki was lovely and accommodating and the facial was very relaxing. If you are looking to get a genuine Hydrafacial, I would advise for you to visit this place.

After years of searching for a Dr that I felt comfortable with and trusted, I finally came across Dr Maya who has been my gynaecologist for a few years now. She has been with me through all stages of my journey from contraception, through to pregnancy and delivery. I cannot recommend and rate her highly enough. As a person, I like to read up and research a lot, and in turn, as a patient, I like to ask a lot of questions; Dr Maya was very approachable and always welcomed my countless questions with reassurance and always the latest medical advise, I could clearly see that she took her continuous professional development seriously, and as a patient, this was very important to me. Dr Maya was always available, via phone and messaging, whenever Ive needed her, and for this I am truly grateful as there were some moments where I needed urgent advise. Dr Maya is the reason I can proudly say that I had a positive birthing experience, I followed her advise solely, she was informative, experienced and thorough and ensured to keep a lighthearted mood during the most challenging moments. I especially enjoyed the non clinical, serious atmosphere that you usually associate with childbirth, Dr Maya and team were friendly, funny and chatty, yet always professional. God Willing, I hope I can continue with Dr Maya for all of my pregnancies to come, as the bar has been set very high and I couldnt imagine going through it with anyone else. Thank you for everything!

Very very very bad experience,,, Ill never ever go this center again in my life!It took me 54 mins to reach the center and after I reached there they said OH NO THE Doctor is in a SICk LEAVE !!! That’s it !!! Why no one called because you took the appointment through the call center and that’s it with two kids and too much suffering to reach that’s it that’s all what they have !

Dr. Maya Alwan is the best gynaecologist.I had miscarriage in my home country before i started to see her, she helped me emotionally and physically, answered my countless questions. Now i have 3 amazing kids thanks to her and her follow up.

I contacted Dr. Maya Alwan when we were helplessly trying for our second child. Not only did she put our mind at ease, but broke down the fertile days systematically and explained it to us. She helped us conceive our second baby boy and supported me throughout my pregnancy journey. This pregnancy was harder than usual for various reasons however Dr. Maya always ensured that she made everything seem effortless and not stressful. She delivered my child on April 27th and I couldnt have been happier that I chose as her as my doctor.

I am dealing with Dr. Maya Elwan for 4 years, she’s an experienced gyno, I delivered my 2 children with her.. and still following up with her.

So there’s a few things I had an issue with 1) it took a Couple of weeks to schedule an appointment with a specific dermatologist doctor and 2) when I did I had to wait 30 minutes for 5 min conversation that was quick and confusing ( she seemed super sweet though but overbooked) 3) when I called for my follow appointment I had a few concerns and questions regarding a procedure that I was waiting for answers for before I came in. They told me they would call me back to clarify but didn’t , I even called back and still no answer to my questions so I didn’t even show up cuz no ever called me back and they didn’t even bother following up. 4) The treatment given didn’t fix my issue it seemed it just increased it and irritated my face, even payed so much for a certain skincare products that didn’t seem to help ...(however I might be wrong about the products 🤷🏽‍♀️)

We are a regular medcare clinic/hospital customer from the day that we cam to Dubai me and my family since 14 years and we continue to be with them for the quality, healthy, supporting environment they provide but this can not happen without the great Doctors that they have and here I have to say clear my special thanks to the super wonderful Doctor Maya Alwan, never felt safe till I met her.

I had to wait for an HOUR to see the Doctor.When I asked the nurses why is it taking so Long they wont give me a answer and would just say my papers are in work and they will be calling me after. Very unacceptable and Unprofessional.If I could give less than 1 star I would. Never coming here again.

Well. This is probably my 3rd time coming here. And every time I come on required time for my appointment i end up waiting another 15-20 min for a 5 min appointment with the doctor. I really hope i wont end up getting disappointed with the doctors treatment. It’s been a month and yet nothings helping.God give me patience 😩

My Doctor is great, she has been very good and I really appreciate her and having her as my regular doctor. My complaint is with this centralized phone number and the absolute lack of follow up from the clinic itself to call back their patients when they are in need of medical advice. Usually when a call back is requested for prescription information, you need to call back the patient within a reasonable time frame. This is not the first time that we have had to keep calling the main customer care no. And keep complaining and chasing. This is absolutely not acceptable and needs to change as there are many more clinic options available. Please take action and fix this!

I had to wait for the confirmation of the physiotherapy appointment , No one had contacted me. I had to call up the insurance provider for confirmation. the insurance provider advised that the session was approved long back and i was not notified by medcare regarding the same.I had to call medcare and tell them the physio sessios were approved to fix an appointment with physio again.It would be helpful if medcare follows up with insurance provider and advises the patient accordingly

Spent nearly a week now trying to get information on a specific dermotalogical treatment that I had done a few years ago at a Medcare fascility. Because MC have centralized their number you can no longer call the clinics independently. I have called many times and been put on hold and the branch Im trying to talk to dont answer. I have no given up and will take my business elsewhere, obviously Medicare dont need the money. Useless.

I do not recommend visiting him at all ..I was vacationing in Dubai and got sick there and I had to go to Medcare Hospital Jumeirah Branch. Where I was coming from a cold and tired congestion.The doctor examined me and asked to take his eye using a cotton swab to see if there was inflammation.And he did this .. And Kutt has registered my daughter to be examined where her nose at night was intoxicating .. And a cold from two days.Who drew my attention that before he opens the childs mouth to see if she suffers from congestion or not said that he will take his eye examination also !!! On any basis before making sure that there really is something and before any examination taken a sample and took it quickly. Although he did not examine her mouth before to determine if you need to take a sample or not. !!!The worst when I told him that it was intoxicating with a cold two days and before any examination and although he is not a pediatrician, he said to me (what do you think about the radiation because most children suffer from adenoids) !!I refused it and told him it is only two days!My husband and I were surprised. The doctor is trying to add all unnecessary tests. . Within ten minutes of the visit to me and my daughter the value of the bill was about 900 dirhams !!It is true that we paid only 88 dirhamsBut what happened left several questions to us !!. I have been confident about what happened with us
