This place is a SCAM. DO NOT waste your time or money and please dont believe all the celebrity advertising they’re trying to do. They absolutely lack authenticity and professionalism.I hope they learn some MANNERS AND PROFESSIONALISM before helping people “discover their beauty”, and maybe discover some respect themselves ?!I am extremely DISAPPOINTED and surprised that such a place EXISTS IN DUBAI !!!They made me wait over an hour for my appointment that I booked days before.When i told the so called “doctor” I wanted lip fillers she mocked my lips and the first thing that goes out of her mouth was that my lips were a “non existent line” and she will try to “give me some lips”I agreed with them on the material to inject before coming and they didn’t say anything about it being a bad product. When they finally got someone to see me all they said was that the product was bad and it will DISAPPEAR from my face in ONE WEEK so they’re going to inject me with something better (this was not mentioned when I booked and agreed on the price).When I asked about the price of the new material it was over 3 times the agreed price (of course that was all rushed to make you do it without thinking).I then searched the product they use and it turned out that it was a really CHEAP FILLER and they’re just gouging the price.

Poor reception capabilities and follow up process in the dental section. Unfortunately in a healthcare institutions where billions spent on healthcare by government and policy regulations boards.I will never come here again and will definitely not refer anyone to this place.

Honestly Im disgusted and disappointed with this clinic, I have been going for laser treatment and everytime I make sure with them to have the same laser therapist and they assure me it will be the same and when I reach they tell me she is not available or she changed her schedule... completely dishonest clinic, zero respect to clients privacy and needs. Appointments are never on time you will wait at least 30 minutes until you start your session. You will always see frustrated clients complaining about these things in the receptionarea. I usually give my reviews after visiting the place more than once and this was my 6th visit.. if you are willing to have a different therapist every time, late appointments and a different laser machine go for it then 🙃

I was there to do fillers and Botox two day ago and had the worst experience ever. First of all dr Sarah and the team are so unprofessional, the lady in navy suit escorted me to the room and ask me to have a sit on the bed where she clearly had her nap as she had marks on the forehead and the paper towel was all wrinkled. The worst encounter was with the doctor who definitely doesn’t know to treat professionally her clients, she was rude She did the procedure without any explanation and left me with totally uneven chicks after the filler as don’t know how I’ll fix that ( wish I can upload the photos to see how it looks ) and had some bruises from the Botox. Worst experience ever

They confirmed my appointment , and after 5 days when I went they told me they dont have the machine that I booked a session for, they waste my time and ruined my whole planning for my other sessions in other clinics for the whole month!The call center promised to follow up with me to book an appointment for the session that I wanted in the first place. Till now no answer, Im sending to them via WhatsApp and theyre not replying or acknowledge my case ! The manager of the clinic Ahmad when he met me he was justifying the mistake by saying they didnt know we dont have the machine its sent to maitanance while actually theyve sent it to a conference and he didnt offer any solution

I recently booked their Snow White package which included hydra facial, micro-needling and carbon laser. Everything was fine at the reception good welcome, but they wanted me to pay first which is also ok it’s their policy. However, the technician did not ask me any questions with regards to my skin type, any issues I have nothing at all and started the therapy expecting me to know it all.She did not utter a word to me and kept looking at her watch as if she had a quota on the number of people she can attend to in a day. She was rough harsh and did not explain anything that she was doing . At the end of the session I was told that I can book for carbon laser for a later date as it can’t be done on the same day, but I did not get an invoice and they told me they will send it via watsappAfter reaching hime they watsapp me saying carbon laser cannot be done since microneedling was done for face and neck which was not included in the package.All said and done my advise to u all is do not pay promotion price for any services as it is not worth it and they are looking for quantity rather than quality.

The hydrafacial made my skin highly textured even though my skin was never like that..and I did hydrafacial before; it didn’t ruin my skin plus I got red dots on some places( I can’t post pictures, but sadly my skin looks bad)

Good experience with Dr. Shibha at Seven Dental. She gave me good advice to care for my teeth and gums and we sorted a lot of small cavities before they became a problem. Overall the process was painless - I prefer to avoid anesthesia as much as possible, and there was really no need for that. Shes also very welcoming and kind as a person and medical professional.

What absolutely fantastic clinic. Dr Fabro was incredible - professional, empathic and did an amazing job on my teeth. would definitely go back and highly recommend it.

I have quite possibly the worst phobia of visiting the dentist but not any more, Dr Shibha was incredibly friendly and made sure that I knew what was happening every step of the way. Please be informed that I visited this clinic in June 2019. I had a doctor consultation, cleaning and tooth filling. In total all the charges came to 242 AED (32 for consultation, 50 for cleaning and 160 for filling). I do have a 20% co-payment, so total amount for their services came to 1210 AED ( 968 to be charged from Insurance) Unfortunately, I came to know that they claimed from the insurance 2991 AED for the services I never received (X-ray, filling for another teeth). Recently I came to another clinic to do a root canal and they informed me that insurance can cover only 8 AED. I was unpleasantly surprised and this leads to investigation process when I came to know all those details. Once I called the clinic they couldn’t give me proper explanation. They said I never came back for these treatments which is funny since doctor told me that I have to come back for cleaning only after 6 months if I would like. And if I didn’t come back how could you charge insurance for these services? Clinic representative said I did 3 filling 450 per each, so why didn’t you charge me 270 AED as a co-payment and charged me 160 AED? Why did you request insurance to cover 5 fillings? it looks like some money laundering scheme. Because of you I had to pay 2000 AED for my recent treatment in another clinic instead of 400 only. I do not recommend this place, they are scamming insurance company and their clients and can’t give proper explanation why they are charging certain amount for their services.

Bad experience, booked via a Groupon voucher. Arranged appointment 1 week in advance they called me to confirm on the day, they called me back 5 mins later and cancelled??? I then spoke to the dentist DR Shibha Mehta, she apologised and stated come any other time and we will do a bit extra for you for the inconvenience. I turned up they started cleaning and all I got was sell this sell that within 2 mins of sitting down? I then stated I was in pain by raising my hand as agreed - ignored that and caused more pain. The voucher included an x-ray this was not done. Very bad experience stay clear there was no empathy when I showed no interest in buying treatment and the service was poor. There was no “extra” service to cover my issue, but I fact less service because no X-RAY that I paid for. NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS CLINIC!

I was excited about the offers and tried a lot of things with them, but the quality was 0... from the fillers that melted after a month, and the Profilo did not feel a difference... Miso is bad for the skin, even the treatment for hair loss is very bad... They just try to collect clients and show no rush Doctors are in all services, and surely the types they use are bad...I would never advise a waste of money

My visit to them was the first experience of a full-body laser session on the basis of the advertised offer of 499 dirhams ... while it turned out to be a completely unreal offer, as the value of the bill amounted to 799 ..
