I would like to write about Dr .Joshua.. shes the best skin specialist in Dubai.. Whenever I have to go for any skin related treatments shes the one I go to without any second thought. I recommend everyone to visit her as shes the best at her work. Highly recommend!

I came to Medcare in Motor City to do physiotherapy.Dr. Raheemuddin was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly explain 5he treatment, its benefits, and he showed me some manageable exercises to do at home.His positive attitude is contagious and motivated me to snap out of my negative mindset and think positively. This really helped with my healing process.I highly recommend Dr. Raheemuddin if you need to do any physiotherapy.

Best experience laser with Joshua, Shes an excellent laser therapist. You will feel the difference from the first couple of sessions!

NEVER AGAIN!! 3 of us gave blood for basic Sugar & cholesterol tests. Received 2 reports after several follow ups. The third report is missing even after 3 days. Have been calling several times in the last 2 days and explaining the same story to all the customer care executives with no luck yet. If you are expecting prompt response, I would never recommend this to anyone as And btw this is the second time, I am having similar experience

Dr Thaer dhaou is a miracle worker..i had a ENT surgery under his supervision ..(for a pain i had for years ..) I regret not doing it early ..Thank you Dr Thaer ..may your hands do more miracles..the recovery process was way comfortable and beyond my expectations

I took my wife to Medcare motor city clinic, it was great experience, the clinic cleanliness, the staff attitude, and physicians attentionSpecial thanks for Mr. Mina ( the receptionist) for his great support and his efforts to make our experience good.

I did a physiotherapy with Dr. Said Sohail at Medcare Motor city and It was amazing, in terms of the doctor experience, his following up on my issue updates, kind treating, and the hospital it self.

Very good hospitality on the clinic when you visit it, clean place and look wonderful and Peaceful. Unfortunately, they are missing there accurate methods of phone communication for updates of lap test results, they need to improve on soft-skills for the employees. I feel some of their doctor require more training.

I had an appointment in 11july with dr.Dana. I had a fever and cough. She had small talk with me and listened my lungs throu t-shirt from the back only and said that she didn’t hear any issue (my breathing was hard)Then she gave a list of suggested testes:- Test for throat (she didn’t check it even and it was not sore)- X-ray (but she was not in doubt with my lungs)- Covid testI was not satisfied with her consultation and asked to provide another doctor but the clinic couldn’t do it.More of that she gave her medicine prescription without test resultswhere was mentioned :BrufenClarinaseBetadine gargle (she didn’t check even the throat!!! And I had no pain in that!!!)And NO MEDICINE for cough!!I regret that I paid for the consultation

The overall MEDCARE staff are polite but they always get the patient’s details wrong in the COVID PCR test results and they never update them in the system unless you repeatedly request it. This is the second Medcare branch I have had this issue with.

I had a great experience with Dr Mutaz and Dr Syed. I went to see Dr Mutaz regarding a long term injury and within an hour I had had a consultation, blood test and x Ray. I was then referred to Dr Syed for physio. After 10 sessions with Dr Syed there has been a massive improvement. Massive thanks to both of them!

Compared with other Medcare clinics this one gives us some impressions that this clinic is fairly smaller sized. But doctors in Medcare seem to be always rotating between the branches. Thus the branch being small does not mean that you cannot see good doctors! Hard to find the public parking near by.

Very bad reception, unwelcoming and unsupportive, came for PCR and told we are unable to help only through appointment and the center was empty

I love Dr Reena at the motor city branch. She has been treating my little one right from birth and has been an amazing pediatrician. She is very understanding and takes her time in treating my kid or listening to all my mummy woes about my kid. Hi I have been visiting Dr. Reena, the pediatrician in medcare motor city branch for my son since last 2 years.She is the best pediatrician and a great soul. My son loves going to her and get treated by her. Whenever my son got sick just one visit to her has got my son completely recovered. She goes extra mile to treat her patients and always follow up herself if the kid is doing well. I have visited so many doctors for my son and my search ended when i found Dr. Reena. I highly recommend her for all the kids..she has a great knowledge and at the same time she is very professional.Thank you Dr. Reena for doing such amazing work.

The PCR test has be done more than 50 hours and until now I am not getting the results, I have called the customer service for many times and they are not able to reach out to the clinic to check the status, I am really surprised what type of clinic is this. I dont recommend it even for small procedure as they dont seem trusty

Dr. Reena is the pediatrician for our twins since their birth almost 2 years ago. The personal care and interest she has shown in our kids immunizations and general well being is phenomenal. As first time parents, it is important for us that our doctor is available whenever we needed. She has really been there for us! Thank you Dr. Reena!

We have been seeing Dr Reena for about 4 years now and feel in very safe hands with her. She always takes a lot of time when we go and I never feel rushed. I have three boys so we are at the doctors a lot! She is a wonderful paediatrician and I can even whatsapp her if I have a question- she truly cares and we’re very glad we’ve found someone who I can trust with the health of my kids.

U come to small branches like this with hope to save ur time. But u end up waiting for up to one hour extra for ur appointment. Very disorganized.

Very disappointed. I went with my son who has fever and vomiting and they refused to check him Couse we don’t have an appointment.

HORRIBLE SERVICE AND ONLY CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY. Staff are trained to have a robotic response to everything. Had my appointments and tests done at Motor City branch and no one would even bother to inform if your results are out, unless you bug them with your follow up calls. Even had one customer care who got my call told me to just check their online portal to see the copy of my results and understand it by myself. It was only after 8 days after I got my copy and that too if I didnt complain and call them for hundred of times! Its confusing what is their process as after the test the nurse and the reception told me that results will be out in 2-3 days and the doctor will call the patient (WHICH NEVER HAPPENED AT ALL!) and when you check and follow up the results in their customer care, they will inform to go check their online portal (which by the way until now my results were never uploaded there!)They only care to charge your insurance company and the patient for consultations and to perform tests and after that they wouldnt bother a thing either what the results were and if you are going to be still alive! As long as they already earned their revenue for the day!!!!Would never go back to any of their branch and would never recommend it to anyone. Professional doctors by all means! This is my favorite medical center. I highly recommend Dr Mutaz Qawasmeh ( Orthopaedic specialist) and Syed Sohail ( Physiotherapist ). I have completed 10 sessions of physiotherapy with Dr Syed and the experience was great.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! The consultation is the least personal experience I have had. It took them more than 48hrs and 7 calls, and still no results. No one is accountable of anything there and there is very poor management. Its not possible that a clinic has such terrible and delayed response.

Excellence - that would be the best word to describe my experience in the clinic. From the facilities to equipment, to the staff and to the medical professionals, they really have rendered quality services to address the needs of their clients. The doctors and medical staff were very eloquent and well educated with their crafts. They have provided essential health-related information that in one way or another, can help you treat and be fully informed about your condition. Moreover, the staff were very accommodating!

I strongly recommend Dentist Dr Sherin. she did a great job for a hard location teeth filling like an art which takes 2 hours! and also dental calculus cleaning and polishing as well i went to her. she is totally trusted, friendly, professional and explained each and every step what she will do. and at the end of the day, no pain and i left with a perfect smile 2 times.

HiI had a very bad experience with Medcare Shk Zayed branch for which I would not like to detail out. As a matter of fact I would have never stepped into a Med care unit had I not met Dr Syed.I was unable to walk for over 1.5 months due to a knee injury and it was Dr Syed who motivated and did his best for my recovery. He went out of the way to get more sessions approved and today I am happy to inform I can walk normallyHe did his best for the quickest recovery and people like him build trust in the brand .. which honestly I had lost all hope inThank u again Dr Syed Sohail ... best wishes

I was charged for a completely optional test that doctor offered me to do and I wasnt informed about it not being covered by my insurance. I am completely fine to pay, but at least inform me about the price in advance. Even though this place is located next to me house, Id rather go somewhere else next time.

I never had a problem with the doctors, however there is a genuine problem with receptionists. they take it personal if you wonder why the doctor is late to see you (like they dont owe the customer an explanation). moreover their multiple TV screens show videos of injection procedures which honestly not everyone has the stomach to see, bear in mind children cant either.

Thankful and amazed! I only visited Dubai as a tourist when i was hit by a bad virus. So i went to their clinic since its near my place. The staffs are very nice and warm, especially the people in the reception you really guys made my day! The doctor who treated me is really knowledgeable he was able to stop my worries regarding my condition. nurses are friendly too! Absolutely unprofessional staff. 4:15 appointment and 90 minutes later I have not been told what is happening. Despite numerous queries from reception I had was not offered an apology neither an update...never again

The facility in itself is nice and clean. However they have serious issues with time keeping. On 2 occasions we arrived before time and still were not called in after almost 15 mins past our schdueled appointment time. Besides, no reason for delay was provided.Second challenge is post your tests no one bothers to call you to say your reports are out and here are thr next steps like most hospitals/clinics do. When you call the call center they have no idea about anything and say clinic will call. When the clinic calls they have no idea about you as well. So frustrated and we will never come back or recommend this medical center to anyone.

My 4 year old daughter had a broken tooth and thankfully Dr.Shereen sherif fixed it and the results were incredible. My daughter had a lot of fun visiting her and loved her personality as she is extremely professional in handling kids

I am rewriting my review as per current standard, Oct 2019- the staffs are absolutely amazing- nurse, reception. Unfortunately doctors aren’t great any longer. All the good doctors which I have been visiting is replaced with money making machine, not there to help, instead recommends MRI, X Ray, blood test, operation for slight problem. More over I would like to specify Dr. Mutaz Alqawasmeh is so unprofessional, everytime I have had an appointment with him they call up 15 mins before the appointment to reschedule for few hours later as he runs late most of the time. Which is a disaster. It’s been 2 times already. I wouldn’t recommend this hospital any longer it’s going downhill and not getting better for good.

Had an appointment today with Dr Reem who was vert friendly and professionalHowever the receptionist was the worst ! Me and my wife had a routine dental checkup at this hospital a few weeks ago. The dentist who did the dental checkup for us was very incompetent and was trying to sell us unnecessary treatments just to suck more money out of our insurance. We trusted the doctor at the beginning and started the treatments she proposed, but treatment results were horrible, so we decided not to continue with this doc and went to a different dental clinic to fix the damage she caused. We then realized that all the dental treatments done by that Doc were unnecessary in our case, so we reported this incident to the unit head at Medcare motor city but there was no response to our complaint since two weeks!!

Poor ,I felt more like money making place where doctors has some target ,we visited Pediatric and she wrote one medicine , totally in effective, our baby didnt got any comfort ,we re contacted her and rather telling us medicine so that baby can feel better she wanted a visit next day again.Total waste of time and money.

We were given appointment at 9, but we had to wait till almost 10 in order to be attended cause Dr. wasnt there for his appointment.While waiting cleaner was washing the floor, thus should have been done already before customers get in.Reception staff and specially the nurses were rude and with not enough customer care skills.We wouldnt repet appointment and would not recommend this place.
