I have been there couples of time to check up my health..As per my experience i would not say that much bad..I have given 3 star for front office staff.. rest all (doctors & nurses) are deserved more then 5 stars..Thanks!

The way receptionists talk to the patients, their tone of voice is really disrespectful. They should learn to be polite and treat every patient with courtesy and respect. Very unprofessional receptionists.

Highly recommended Dr. Srajudeen for any Dental Treatment .. Very very satisfied with his great service. Good knowledge, explained well about all problems and treatment for the same..

Had a very bad experience in this clinic. Had no choice as they are open late evening. First, reception got my request wrong theyve queued me for medical which was suppose to be dental. Next was repair on my tooth jacket was very poor & sloppy. I guess everyone was in a hurry to leave for the day. Rate was a bit high but I would have considered it fair as long as they got it right as it was my first time to use their dental service. To everyone reading this... there are 3 other dental alternatives at Al Khail Mall. Please share your comments and recommendations for future reference.

Very poor,,,,,, we were at alkhail Sanjay medical center with 4 month infant to show my wife to GP referral before consultant the specialist. No special attention for these types of cases. They finish all other patients and took my wife to the doctor. During busy hours why only 1 doctor for the whole clinic (3 Jan) morning.

Iam not happy with the clinic , since two days after visiting the clinic in Al khail mall branch , i cant buy my medicine, bcz despite several calls they are not providing the ERX number to buy the medicine from outside, since they want to buy it from the medical shop they refer, but it is not mandatory to buy there, its my freedom to buy anywhere, this made me more panic & sick. Iam not really happy with their administration.

No doubt the general practioner doctor was good in explaning (Dr.Priyanka) but i felt she was too seriousA doctor should be of a bit jolly nature and should be sitting with a smiling face to relax patient a bitAnyways thats my perspectiveSo coming on the service provided by the medical centerThey had a little staff only 2 female nurse and loads of patientTook us 2 hours to get to the doctor since we got our numberSlow serviceThen at the end i had to request the counter boy to give me prescription for like total 6 timesThe whole process was not properly organizedOne nurse is doing tons of work in between
