I’ve been feeling sick so went to this clinic yesterday and had some good and bad experiences.Good experience was the doctor who attended me named Dr. Sohail. He is such a lovely person who will communicate with you as he is your friend, explain everything and shows genuine concern. The 2nd best thing is their call center where I just called today to ask them for my reports if they can send it via email and they did it immediately even the call response time was amazingBad experiences were the waiting time to get my injection like I waited for almost 20-25 minutes and upon asking the receptionist told me there are patients inside that’s why there’s a delay but when They called me in there wasn’t anyone inside and there’s only one door of that room, I was sitting just in-front of it. Couldn’t figure it our what they were doing inside while the patients are waiting outside for their assistance. 2nd worst thing was the Dr. asked me to go for few tests and imagine the insurance procedure & medical situations here like you’re literally powerless and sick and they ask you to go home because to get the approval from the insurance company might take few hours so I need to go back there for the tests. How can you do that to a patient. I’ve been in different hospital and even other Aster clinics, they take the approval immediately. 3rd bad experience is when I asked the receptionist to send me the report via email he told me to write my email with my number on a REGISTER which was really old and at the same moment I knew deep inside that they wont send me the reports because nobody will even open this register later and exactly this is what happened and I called this morning and they sent me. Why cant they update our emails while they take our numbers or other details. They need to update their system.

I met Dr Zeeshan for fever , I was worried if it was covid but he explained me very well about my sickness and diagnosed it as common fever.Space is little less but overall had a good experience.

Aster insurance team is worse. Insurance company is approving within minutes of request but Aster insurance team is taking more than hour to update approvals that also you have to follow up and inform them that it’s approved

Doctor was totally unprofessional didnt do a scan to my pregnant wife as she claimed she looks fine even didnt bother to do a check up just wrote down vitamin , would never recommend this branch.
