Quick service and responsive staff.I got my medical test just in 10 minutes. Not much crowded due to this pandemic season.Lovely staff, a guide for each step. Clean and neat place.Paid Parking available. Although walkable from Dubai Internet city Metro and this place closer to tramp around 400 meters.There is a restaurant inside the premises which closer to gate no. 8.Good luck.

Excellent experience doing the medical test.The staff is working extremely efficiently and quick yet all are incredibly friendly.Especially the lady at the counter, as well as the ladies taking the blood sample and doing the x-ray. Top notch!

Quick service but after payed for VIP medical certificate has not sent to email even it was promised to be done within 6 hours. Im waiting already 4 th day!

This is in block 12 .once you enter from sea side go to your right and you can see the board for further direction.you can come by Team and get down at knowledge village. Abundant parking at 382F. Way to reception little difficult but you may follow floor sign for direction.

Quick service and good customer care. They have clarity on the procedure to be done. My medical test was done in 15 minutes considering I went in off peak hours around 7.45 am. The center is open from 7.30 am to 2.30 pm. There is no parking is a big issue. Additionally few parkings in front of the building is paid as well.

No Passport Size Pictures neededVisit fixituae office opposite to medical fitness center and they will make your documents ready for medical test and application for EID, their fee is around 50 for both services.Passport, email address, Phone number and EID is needed only.You can park the car for before medical fitness club buildings where new construction is going on and from there you can get in from block 12.

I went there between 7.30 a.m to 8 a.m. it was quite quick and easy, very professional and friendly staff

Not proper management....It should be first come first serve but its not being followed there.Poor management

My medical was done here without any hassle. Although it gets a bit crowded, the process is streamlined and does not take a long time. Staff are also knowledgeable and polite.

I wanted to commend Nurse Shelly Varghese for her friendly and warm approach. For the first time, I barely felt the process in taking the blood. She made it quick, easy and painless. I am happy because I am so afraid of needles and often faint.

Great place to be there, its clear clean place where customer service is as its height. I love this place.

You say it is VIP? It’s not. Regular medical center with no priority services. A lot of people is there, always. It takes minimum an hour to get trough all the procedures.

If you plan to visit this place for a visa process for your family or yourself, these facility only accommodate applications which are issued by Dubai Creative Cluster Authority (DCCA formerly called TECOM) or a VIP Medical request.

I received an email stating that I can go until 14:00 only to find out they close at 12:30 when I arrived due to Ramadan! Couldnt the emails have been updated?
