So bad experience i ever had before i suggest peoples to avoid going there because Doctors are not professional they even dont anything about treatments which they are giving to customers, very low class equipment really waisting money and time.They are charging high amount but the service are so poor.In hydrafacial they are not treat you as per treatment just put some creams on your face and use low class machine which you can find any saloon and then apply cerium after that you can and pay huge amount for nothing.I strongly didnt recommend this clinic to anyone maybe some new peoples who really dont know about treatment they get fool.

My insurance approved the procedure , so I thought I don’t need to pay anything . Nobody informed me about the price and how much I had to pay . I was shocked that for 5 sea of removal of the mole I had to pay 1500. The manager just apologizes without doing anything.I feel like it is a cheating of people .Don’t recommend this hospital to anyone . There are alternatives with human approach .

To call center, u can not reach during the day. Since Jan 28 i am calling daily and after waiting 15 minutes every time i cut the line. Only during night it is easy to reach call center. Mirdif City Center branch is not responsive. Just from the reception, you start feeling cold welcoming. Even after making requests, they wont reply or take any action. Duty manager mobile posted in the branch doesnt work. The third day i am waiting for reports and no one helping. Totally disappointed.

Worst clinic ever. First visit I waited an hour pas my appointment time. Second visit there was a water leak in the sitting area on all the seats and no one was bothered to clean or address the issue.

I went with my husband for his covid test for general checkup. The guy who did the test was not well trained. He did it very roughly . Staff should be trained well for all medical services.

Did the covid test. Paid 150 dhs. But result doesnt show in Al Hosn app. They say its new procedure they dont update Al Hosn app although 2 days earlier a friend did a test at the same center and got the result in Al Hosn app. Now I need to do another test and wait 2 days so I can go back to Abu Dhabi.Avoiding them in the future

Dr. Ester and Dr. Suha are the only reason why my family keep going to this clinic. The good staff have already left. They were amazing. I think they need to invest in training the nurses because they are sometimes very rude. We have decided to stop dealing with the clinic although we have been going there to Dr. Esther for our kids since the opening. You need to train your staff to respect the patient and be more cheerful and have nice approach to patients. The doctors are amazing but some of the staff need proper training in customer service and how to deal with patients.

Staff have attitude and super unfriendly. Requested for a call back from the doctor as it was urgent and never got a call.

Unable to contact the clinic as there is only one helpline number for Medcare which now only asks to speak to Mira and Leo. I have tried several times but no luck. Very very inconvenient. They keep you waiting endlessly in case you wish to speak to a representative. How do I contact this Medical centre without physically visiting them? I am waiting for my DHA sick leave certificate which was supposed to be emailed yesterday. I am using google review option to get in touch with centre hoping someone will respond.

Ive been experienced great service from medcare mirdiff city center during my visit. Doctor Suha was very nice she make me feel comfortable throughout my treatment.Especailly Mr.Ehab when i approach him regarding my insurance concern, he was so helpful and understandable and didnt hesitate to help me with the great service he provide, so professional the way he treat patient , i feel like so safe with Dr. Suha and Mr. Ehab. Thank you for the wonderful service.

I had great experience visiting Medcare, the whole team was friendly and supportive. The client manager was very ppl oriented and open for feedback. The center is clean and I happy to have such experience with Medcare. Keep it up :)

The prices of Dr Nancy very high that makes people don’t come back to the clunic. Plus she request for many un need procedures. Mainly that she don’t think of the patient as she think how much will clinic will gain money from the patient . She is always in hurry and don’t give time to the patient or explain everything well

The clinic has a good location and very accessible, the staff are very helpful and flexible and willing to help always. But they need to work more on the quality and renewing the facility.

My wife went to Dr N****y 3 times and every time the doctor is late for the appointment 30 to 40 minutes.Dont want her to go there any more

Service is very low ... they promise to call you back for the additional tests you need to carry and then they forget you .. you have to follow-up yourself ...Doctors quality is very discutable ... I personally had an issue within the ears that could have been treated easily with some cortisone within 48 hours ... but the doctor chose not to and now I have to have a long term treatment for my ears ... thank you very much MEDCARE !!!All new expats in Dubai ... always prefer MEDICLINIC over MEDCARE.

I really like Med Care in general but some of the doctors prescribe medicine like you going and buying food for a month in a grocery store.
