Anyone reading the review, I suggest you re-consider before you proceed to this clinic.This is Angel, a patient who visited Dr. Jahad for 7 times, he didn’t solve my issue and despite the pain I carried for so long, he charged me so many times for the procedure.I have haemorrhoid issue for a while but I don’t know what is the stage of my condition, I went to see Dr. Jahad the first time back to September 2020, the clinic is small, people are friendly, doctor seems nice, promised me not to worry, he can fix my problem very quickly, so I booked an appointment for the procedure the week after, it took less than five minutes to finish the procedure, I was very happy that five minutes could solve my issue that bothered me for couple of years, but I was very naïve about it, my condition are more and less the same after the procedure, it didn’t improve at all, I went back to the clinic, doctor did the same procedure again, give me the same medicine(maybe he got more commission on those two medicines) ignore that I felt stomach pain with one of the medicine, before end of 2020 I did three times the same procedure but my condition were more and less the same.At the beginning of 2021, I was a bit upset about the outcome so I question Jahad, what is the issue about my condition, why do I need to proceed so many times and the condition are more and less the same, he then told me that my condition was serious, it cannot be done by only once, that’s why I will need another 3 times to get all out, to be honest, as a professional, should you notice my condition at the first time? Why would you keep me coming back and keep charging me? At that moment I still chose to believe this doctor, so again I did the same procedure another four times, at the fourth time I ask the doctor, how many times will I have to come back to finish off? It is such a painful experience. he said I will not need to see him again and my condition should be ok by now, one week after, I developed external haemorrhoid, it was swollen; bleeding and so much pain, I call the doctor he didn’t give any advice, other than wait for 2 weeks and go back to the clinic, nothing else.I couldn’t bare the pain so I went to the hospital, doctor in the hospital told me that my condition without proper surgery won’t work, with the explanation and I realised that in Jahad’s clinic he can only deal with very much initial stage haemorrhoid, his out-of-date machine is to put a band around your haemorrhoid and let that small tiny part fall off itself, even with this technology, suggest who you are reading, go to a proper hospital or clinic with a better machine, and go to see a doctor with moral.I know this clinic care about the review from the patient, I want to ask you, Dr. Jahad, do you still remember why you want to become a doctor? What is the basic principle to be a doctor? How can you lie to your patient from the first time and ignore your patient’s pain but charge your patient again and again!!!!TO BELOW RESPONSE FROM THE CLINIC!!!I found your response more like an advertisment, several points you made literally made me laugh!1. Payment issued by the insurer, do you understand this is because I pay for the insurance thats why I got cover from the insurance company, Jehad clinic got payment(money) from the insurance company, am I right? you received the payment from the incorrect treatment that you force on me, TWICE!!! you charged me twice so that my insurance premium will INCREASE when I renew my medical policy, this is not acceptable, thank you for remind me, I need to inform my insurance company for this issue.2. You mentioned free charge of 2 times, that 2 times were because the doctor couldnt cure my condition as promised, I dont even have to went back to your clinic so many times if the doctor can be honest from the first place, I am surprised that you even brought this out???AGAIN, viewer who is checking please read all those one star review because those are all REAL experiences, if a clinic have one star review on regular basis that is s a signal!

No honesty at it all, I have a bad experience with this clinic, the doctor add extra fees on ahead of patient without informed this causes for the increase, after I insist to get to know the reason, the doctor said this extra fees for cost to use special tools in the inspection at the first time visit ( fake reason), very bad attitude and cheating clinic , I saw other patient pay extra money at shying situation.

Best experience ever for Laser treatment. I have been thinking of doing laser for beard shaping from many years but was afraid to do it, finally my friend Rameez recommended me to do it from this clinic. The laser therapist Mrs. Poleen & Mrs. Lovely are very well experienced, kind and know their job very well. The customer service is of superior quality as well. I am now forced to rewrite and update this review after the comment the office has posted in response.Point 1: I have no intention to malign your reputation. The reason the reviews are invited by google is to give the visitors a chance to express and provide their unbiased feedback, which I was honest in giving you. If I were you, I would consider the feedback seriously and seek corrective measures than attacking the person and accusing lack of conscience and transparency. Especially when the time was taken to share you an honest feedback about their experience with your office. I am sure you must have had good reviews from happy customers as well after all. However, it doesnt mean someone shouldnt share their experiences especially when they are not at par.Point 2: The insurance point you raised is baseless, as we decided to come there not to get operated on the spot irrespective of weather its covered, but to take a calculated decision on what the doctor has to say about the condition. Said that, please dont expect people to take immediate decisions when they visit you and then completely shut them off without discussing the solution being offered. Just saying its a Procedure treating people like uneducated and illiterate is not acceptable. Todays patients are more educated and are capable.Point 3: You were apparently not present in the consultation room when we had the discussion with the doctor. The doctor sparingly said anything about the procedure being offered. Except for surgery like you are still advising. For your kind information, the fissures are now cured. No, we didnt opt for any surgery anywhere but made some mild changes to the lifestyle. So while I cannot comment on the respectability or experience of the doctor nor your clinics best practices, we are happy we didnt go for the surgery which was suggested as the only option.Finally, a quick advise to your kind office. You dont need to spend a lot of time with the patients to explain Just some attention is definitely deserved. The pretext of other patients waiting is a an excuse that doesnt stand well either. We come there with an appointment to seek advise and evaluation and not a random walk-in. I have seen better doctors honestly, with 10 times the number of patients you claim to see.We visited the clinic particularly to get anal fissures checked for a person related to me. While the initial greetings by the staff and the doctor (Dr. Jehad) were cordial and welcoming, the way the doctor handled the consultation is extremely disappointing. The consulting doctor didnt even had time to explain the situation neither did he had the interest to consider any other treatment through medication except the surgical treatment.Although consultations in general should not judged by the time spent, but this particular visit was timed to just less than 7 minutes. My disappointment is not because of the less time spent but I particularly felt the doctor is extremely commercial and didnt want to speak much given the fact we mentioned that we wanted to take some time to decide whether or not to opt for a surgical treatment that costs 3000 AED that is unfortunately not covered under insurance. Would not visit this place again for sure.!

So we drove for 18 hours (back and fourth) from Saudi Arabia to have my brother checked in this place as recommended from a friend and from the reviews. After this long drive and spent too much money in the expenses, my brother wasn’t checked in a serious way. He got checked for less that a MINUTE!! He got an injection and a prescription.After few days, my brother’s situation got MUCH worst, and after getting him checked with another doctor, the other doctor stated that his situation got much worst from the prescribed medicine.We wasted time and money. I don’t recommend it. YesNote: my brother name is Hani Al Hulayel. He got checked after visiting this place on Al Qatif Hospital.
