First time visiting this clinic, meeting Dr Afshin was a delight, he was so kind, patient, making us laugh and explaining everything so clearly so we understood, even when it came to the ultrasound photos.  The nurses and staff are all super sweet and cheery, such a friendly environment, you can tell they all enjoyed working there.👌

Wonderful service. The receptionists were welcoming and efficient. The nurse was very capable and thorough with pre apt checks and questions. Dr Afshin is a lovely doctor- very personable and knowledgeable. I immediately felt at ease and he really took time to explain everything to me. The technology is also impressive- I have never seen the clarity of these type of scans and you are able to watch on the large screen while Dr explains everything to you with patience. My report and pictures were emailed to me after- excellent centre!

Amazing service highly recommended

Being used to an average service in top clinics within Dubai, both me and my husband were pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of this place. We came on time and were given attention right away, then had a very detailed scan with more explanation that we ever received. After that we were invited to a counselors office who went through the test results with us again, explaining every little detail so well that we really didnt have any questions. All nurses and doctors were warm and knowledgeable. One thing was, we went during the week so it wasnt so busy.

It was really nice to meet Dr. Shanthi at your center. She is really professional and kind. Top of all she is down to earth character who explained everything in detail while I was inside the scan room. There was a couple before us since we reached the clinic bit early. Receptionist asked me to fill the form and by the time I finished one of the nurses approached me to explain the procedure. They are really polite and nice. I do believe this is the best clinic in Dubai for maternity related procedures!!

I am so grateful to Dr. Amelie and the team at Fetomaternal for their help and support. I urgently needed a medical report for my insurance and got it despite very short notice and a day off of the doctor.

I am very lucky to have found them and walked in my self especially after having a bad previous pregnancy. The staff is professional, I felt safe and reassured by Dr. Pour that at this stage of my pregnancy, everything is fine. They also have Dr. Azza, the Geneticist, who explain my down syndrome screening result and answered each and every question i have.Thank you and I will surely come back and refer the clinic to my friends.

We had a very good experience in this clinic recently. The staff were friendly and accommodating as I had to be seen as an emergency with my twin pregnancy. My doctor had suspected an issue with one of the twins and my husband and I were very apprehensive, but she reassured us that Dr Mirza has extensive experience in this field. We did have to wait for a while, but it was worth it as he spent over an hour scanning and explaining everything patiently to us. He was very professional and we felt totally at ease at the end of the visit.

Disappointed very much!!!Not the first time at this place came here for our first baby (as per recommendation of our doctor). Although it was clearly mentioned that Panorama Test (NIPT blood test)was required, my wife was sent for the doctors consultation. The Doctor explained us two not compulsory options to combine the NIPT with screening (around AED 1,500) and more complex test (around AED 2,400) to get more accurate result . So we opted for first one (seems like the additional screening was designed for that). however we were advised that it would take another hour to get next available slot which was way to much (having another baby at home with the babysitter), so we decided not to go for it and leave instead. We were quite surprised when were advised that we had pay AED 550 for the consultation.When you go to any doctor, you are happy to pay for the consultation (check-up, based on your results, and symptoms, prescription of the medicine and overall recommendation). Strangely enough we had pay AED 550 consultation (attempt to up-sell the unnecessary screening and other more expensive one as well), besides when they give you consent form it doesnt even have rates mentioned (which really looked quite fishy) and ask you to sign, where also mentioned in case of refusal you should pay for administration fee. I believe that consent form is valid if you sign it. Nevertheless that centre was insisting for payment, saying we met the doctor and regardless of what kind of a consultation was provided we had to pay. Its quite confusing the same thing could be easily explained by the receptionist, however even after seeing that we needed only the NIPT my wife was suggested to see the doctor. Only to be explained what are the differences in the proving test options? its very confusing and felt like the place is operating to generate the revenue based on your lack of knowledge and desire to know if the baby is healthy (which expecting parent wouldnt want that?).Suggestion:1.Check with your doctor if besides the Panorama Test youd be needing screening.2. Check if you doctor can recommend any other fetal clinic/centre just for the sake of seeing the reaction.3.After you arrived to centre check the rates and make sure you familiarized with terms and conditions before going ahead with option.

We visited the clinic for my wifes ultrasound and we got a DVD with a video clip for free! It will be an epic surprise as I wish to keep it with me till my baby turns 18!!!We are happy that everything is well with the baby. Dr. Afshin is such a professional physician who treated us very kindly. Looking forward to visiting you again upon completing her 5th month in pregnancy.

I came here to see Dr. Afshin Pour Mirza as he was referred to me by a friend. He was very funny, thorough and clear with whatever he saw in the scan. He listened to my concerns and made me feel like he understood me very well. The technology for ultra sound was amazing! I got some colored pictures that I can share with my son when he grows up. The ambience of the clinic was very welcoming and refreshing. I really appreciate the staffs for being very courteous and friendly especially during the interview. We had to wait for few minutes as the patient before us needed some time with the doctor. I told my husband that its okay to wait. Usually when we are out shopping we take our time to make our purchases, like hours! So in like manner, since this is our health and the health of our precious one, we should be more understanding and patient knowing that we will get top notch treatment and attention. Overall, my husband and I were very satisfied with their service and would love to come back on my other scans and of course will surely recommend to all my friends! Kudos to Dr. Afshin and his team!

Thanks for your response but my problem was with “the receptionist way of communication” I don’t mind waiting for a good reason. Although I’ve received call from the clinic to come one hour earlier to keep us waiting after words !!——————————The doctor was very good as well the nurses but unfortunately the receptionist which is the image of any clinic she was very rude and needs communication course how to treat a patient not a customer how will pay and go!!!- they are always late on the appointment timing

Poor and rude treatment by the doctor doing the scanning. My wife and I provided feedback about this unpleasant experience to the clinic and the response did not acknowledged our point of view but instead focused on what they are not supposed to do and what we could not expect from them. Tone of communication was unfriendly. Disappointing experience.

Never take patients on time. also takes them long to send via email ultrasound results , last time I called them 3 times to remind about it.Dr got very stressed due to the child’s activity and shouted at my husband when he asked some questions. Also they didn’t send us 3D photos as we required.Not so friendly environment as it seems at the beginning, won’t use their services anymore.

My Experience was very bad, not about the bad news that i have heard , but it s the way they deal with it. First my appointment was 3 pm , i waited till 4 pm. After having the scan they informed me that i have something wrong with the baby and let me wait for another 1 hour. The genetic consultant was very rude in giving me the result with no hope ( High risk with no hope of having a healthy baby) . Thanks god i have made the good and safe choice for my case with the help of my OB ( phone) . Anyway i went from the clinic at 6 pm , not able to drive back home. Always their are bad news in life but with care you can aceept them and make the best decisions. Medecine is humain you cant hire robots for this job. The risk to loose your baby and maybe your life because of the situation & stress is higher than the risk of having an issue with the baby. A nice consultant will try to make it easier for you to understand and accept your situation , giving you the best advices in a caring environment.

It was my first time visiting the clinic for my 5th month anomaly scanning as referred by my gynecologist. Very nice atmosphere with friendly staff. Even if I was there for the first time they collected all the informations regarding my pregnancy.Scanning was done by Dr. Afshin, he was very nice, friendly and involved me and my husband throughout, explaining about the baby. One of my friends suggested me to meet Dr. Afshin at your clinic and was not surprised why she was keep asking me to do my Morphology Scan with Dr. Afshin. He is really cool. Normally I do get scared and nervous when ever I visit a doctor specially when it comes to my baby. Doctor knows how to keep calm such patients like me :)I felt safe there at your clinic which is most important thing for me as a pregnant lady. Staff is really nice and professional. Bad service. The worst customer service ever! you come to know who they are if anything goes wrong! Our DVD didnt work so we complaint but they rudely refused to do anything about it and instead they said we are not appreciated at the clinic again! Very rude and unprofessional!I really wish that its just a technical issue! In fact my frustration is from the way they handled our complain about the technical issue.

The male doctor there whom I don’t even know the name of was very RUDE making sexist and racist remarks. Was extremely rough during the scan because the baby was giving his back. It was an awful experience for me and I will NEVER come back to this place again!
