The PCR test does not seem to be very efficiently organised, the staff whos entering data to system at the same time taking inquries from walk-ins!no wonder it takes so long. Also while there were more than 30 patients waiting in the line for the test, a hostipal staff led her friend jumped the long queue despite everyone else was waiting for their turn. Disappointing management.

An awful emergency female doctor . The nurses are much nicer and polite than the doctor herself , I came in with a very bad pain - and she literally pressed so hard into my stomach that I had even more pain afterwards , very poor attitude - first question as soon as she walks in - is it self payed or insurance ? Instead of asking this , as a doctor you should care about the concern of your patient and not about how much money you can make of them . She didn’t even look up to a standard of Gargash hospital , dirty doctor’s rope , hair and lashes looked like she just woke up from a long nap. As a doctor , you should appear trustworthy to people who literally trust you with their life !Very disappointed , I loved my visit to German doctor for my throat issue , but emergency disappointed me big time - the only reason I’m giving it two stars instead of one is because of a nurse Maha - who actually genuinely looked caring and spoke to me in a polite and nice manner .AND ON TOP OF THAT, the doctor came in back in the room fighting with me and aggravating me . Honestly disgusting behavior !!! Never seen that in dubai for 13 years .

Aweful PCR testing management...Emergency hall is empty, you are told 5 people are in the queue, no more than 15 min waiting time. 45 minutes later, same 5 people still waiting, all complaining.Rude agent in the emergency reception, tells everyone there is a patient inside, to just wait. As if in the entire Gargash hospital, 24/7 emergency section there is only one nurse who can either treat a patient or perform PCR testing at once...Shameful!Would not set foot back there and would not trust Gargash Hospital even for emergencies. No consideration whatsoever for peoples time and health state.

Found it not accepting most types of insuranceThey are informing about valet parking availability, but no one of valet staff was showing on the drive thru doorThe rest was okPlace was not busy except cover test section

Dr Sami is too good, but the staffs are too slow, just walking around doing nothing.. Cant even manage 2 outpatients.. Train them or fire them itz up to you..

Went with my sister in law to Gargash for operation with Dr Luis Gavin, stay with her before after at the hospital and how fast she felt much better in her jaw after surgery , without any pain, like magics and nowadays the change has been incredible for what for years no other doctor could short outUnbelievable, you are very lucky to have this genius up there

I wanted to thank the pediatrician Dr. Elmatboly. His professionalism and medical knowledge is outstanding, the way of analyzing and finding the issue reflect his great experience. Appreciate his support with my son case.

Dr Moaz is an experienced doctor and was highly recommended by my ophthalmologist from a different hospital. However it looks like neither him nor the staff respect appointments!I was sitting there for 30 mins with no courtesy from the nurse to mention that the doctor is running late as he is with another patient. Only when I approached the nurse at the reception then i was told the Doctor needs 5mins, again after 5 mins I approached the nurse she said again 5mins! Obviously we do not share the same understanding of what 5mins means. Perhaps if the nurse was being more transparent you wont be reading this bad review.I thought we are still in Covid times, may be not at Gargash hospital. The idea of not having crowded areas especially at hospitals does not exist at this hospital. Not to mention the lack of respect towards peoples times!PS I am forced to put 1 star for this review to be posted!

Had my covid test here (PCR) for traveling. Waiting time was less than one hour, even if they say its more than one hour waiting time. Should take about 12 hours to get the result.

The best & quick PCR in dubai. With in 5hrs i got my result .Excellent service of staff.

They will ask you to wait for 5 minutes, and maybe attend you after 90 minutes.you get sick waiting.

We visit every week for a covid swab and every month for our general family checkups. Really nice environment and kind polite and caring staff. As an expat in dubai i can honestly say it beats anything the uk has to offer!Wish them the best of luck and hope everyone visits.

Worst experience ever, they told me the waiting list for Covid test is 45 min and I waited more than 2 hours. They have more than 60 - 80 patients for the test and only one test room. Everyone was shouting in the reception and the staff not capable to handle it.

Walk-in PCR test, no prior booking needed. 150 dhs, good service and smooth test swab. Highly recommend for Dubai Marina residents.

Wesam at the reception was very helpful. There were a lot of people for the Covid testing, and he was able to successfully structure everyone, helping make the process super efficient. The dont apply social distancing at the reception area with is very small and it very scary for someone doing pcr there!

I went to the hospital with severe gastric pain, Dr Asmaa at the emergency department made full assessment so as to diagnose the case and we stay at emergency room for 1 hr to make sure that everything is ok.

Im happy that I found such a Great Doctor with Great experience. no one could tell me before what was the problem. Dr. Luis not just diagnosed, also explained details of the treatment. couple of days ago i had a surgery and already I see results. no more headache, no more discomfort at jaw joint. still recovering, but already happy with results. The hospital is very nice but you guys have serious issues in the covid test department...I went there with my colleagues and we had to wait more than one and a half hour to be able to do the test.. In the meanwhile many people were coming with fever and they waited with us in the same room... You have only one nurse and one employee for data entry thats why its taking a lot of time ....U need to to assign more staff for that department specially in the evenin

Highly recommend this Hospital👌I delivered my baby a week ago in Gargash hospital.on first visit when I met Dr. Husnia Gargash , I understood this place is exactly where I was looking for, she was so positive and the Hospotal was very advanced.She introduced me to miss Bayan ( patient relations manager ) who still looking after me and my baby, she is so professional on her positionAnd at the end special thanks to Dr. Manal Sabbar who did my C- section with her magic hands and good energy.

I hope this review will catch your attention when I visited your hospital pharmacy. I was with my sick uncle and the way the pharmacist treated us was not acceptable at all. I even observed how she was dealing other patients but she was really rude. this pharmacist is an asian which I believe from Philippines, bulky structure and wearing glasses. I hope the management will do something as all of our experience was good except pharmacy.

I want to thank Dr. Luis Gavin for dealing with my jaw pain. He was very professional in giving me a quick and thorough explanation regarding my jaw pain. All questions asked have been answered in lay-mans term and understood easily.

Very Good Dr but not the hospital. I would recommend seeing him in another hospital. Total miscommunication and lack of responsibility between the teams in the hospital ended up making the patient get charged almost twice after the operation from the estimate. They also lack customer service and patientcourtesy.

I do not advise to have fertility treatment with Dr. Gargash it will be unsuccessful, the rudest and most unprofessional doctor whom I ever met.

Blepharospasm TMJ and Eye DystoniaIt was indeed a sign of relief when patient like me happen to have dry eyes which elevated into blepharospasm and had to struggle with daily activities till you happen to meet Dr Luis Gavin, who has immense knowledge in blepharospasm and TMJ. I visited Gargash hospital for consultation and treatment plan. The hospital is very well equipped & supportive staff and special thanks to nurse Erica for being very supportive in getting my documentation done. The hospital also helped me in the best possible ways to get things organized in a professional manner. They ensured that I am very much comfortable after the operation prior to my release.I have undergone lot of treatments but none gave the result of success or even partial success. I been suffering for two years till I met Dr Luis Gavin who diagnosed the facial and TMJ spasm which is exaggerating the eye twitching. He performed PRP for my TMJ and Botox to associated facial muscles to reduce the spasm. The moment the operation was performed I can open my eyes gradually. He had given me some exercise for my facial muscles as well as splint to wear at night. I can see considerable improvement to my eye movement. Dr Luis Gavin invokes confidence in you and his follow up gave me greater motivation . I surely recommend for those suffering the same and don’t take things light if it been a dry eyes

Dont recommend going at all. The service there is so sloppy. My MRI reading for TMJ were wrong, I had to run after it to adjust. They gave me a corrupt MRI CD. I had to run after that to adjust. I dont trust them to do anything to anyone there.

I’ve been in different hospitals in Dubai. This hospital doesn’t fulfill the requirements of proper customer service & care. A huge misunderstanding happened between them and my insurance, no proper communication and no transparency, i had to pay the difference at the end further to my procedure.

I was at the hospital by yesterday due to some sicknesses. First impression was very good during the registration. Later on I have been taken to the triage room for details of my complaints and body temperature, blood pressure.....etc. After that I have been taken to internal medicine section along with a nurse and met with Dr. Kubra Kalayci. She was really perfect dealing with me. I have been treated by her and got a lot of information that changed my complete view to my health issues! she sent me the laboratory along with the nurse and I gave the blood samples. Today I got a call from the doctor about the results. That was impressed me a lot. Thanks Dr. Kubra.The same day I have been treated by Dermatology section, the doctor was also friendly and so much supportive, unfortunately I forgot her name and not able to find from the web page, thanks Doctor.Appreciate both doctors and wishing all the best for them.

It is a newly opened, good hospital at Jumeirah. I had visited their emergency when i was sick. Dr. Kubra Kalayci (internal medicine) was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Poor service..admitted yesterday for plastic surgery and discharged by unprofessional CPD doctor while my garment socked with bloody fluid..unprofessional nurses couldt help me with anything and coming and goes to force me to be discharged..unprofessional anesthesia doctor whose appeared afraid to give me general anesthesia, CPD doctor who couldnt counsel me well before operation..moreover I had to wait more that 1 hour to get my prescription while Im waiting in cold reception with my under garment socked with blood negotiateing with staff that couldnt arrange to get my prescription fast..bad experience allover.New hospital heiring unprofessional doctors.not advise anyone to do surgeries their.
