The worst clinic i’ve ever visited. they always keep you waiting for very long time im talking about 20-30 mins waiting. They are very commercial and only care about the money not keeping their customers.The appointment management is the worst you have to wait weeks and weeks for something that can be done within day or two.NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

I had gone for my laser treatment and I have been going for laser for over 8 years now and by far I think this was the best place in terms of the ambience, attitude of the staff, the nurse was very professional and took great care in doing my laser treatment. She explained the machines that were being used and which laser specifically she will use on me and why. They have the latest machines and the one that was used on me was Cynosure. The packages they had were also affordable. I would definitely go again.

Best clinical i have dealt with so far. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they all respect their appointments and their patients. I lover the variety of services; you can go for dental treatment and have a laser appointment just after you do your teeth! I would love to repeat my visit.

The worse and most unprofessional service ever. Doctors are bad and irresponsible and the whole staff are rude. They have destroyed my teeth in an attempt to do veneers, done several RCT to try and fix their mistakes and have left me in horrible pains for more than a year up to this day where I had to continue everything in another clinic. I have already raise a case with DHA for the damage they have caused me and have gotten feedback that apparently there is lots of other unfortunate people like me who have shared the same awful experience with these people.

Very disappointed with the laser treatment, I took 3 sessions just for maintenance with candela gentlemax ( I had 7 sessions 1 year ago with a different clinic) and the results were terrible... hair is growing more, faster and thicker also I got some skin pigmentation at some areas because the technician was playing with the temperature.

Unprofessional, unpunctual, arrogant, and the most unorganized “NON-Medical” institution ever you can find in UAE.Core values, ethics and goals aren’t medical. It is 100% commercial with one-time approach for clients!

This is hands down the absolute worst clinic in Dubai period! I came for a tooth implant yesterday under the supervision Sheriff Shawqi and he was without a doubt the most unprofessional doctor I have ever dealt with. Its common practice for a tooth implant procedure for the doctor to apply anesthesia to the surrounding area, and he kept ignoring my requests even when it was clear that I was under extreme pain. Not to mention the first time where he messed up my tooth sizing and implanted a wrong tooth instead of the correct one. I urge anyone who is even thinking of dealing with this clinic to think twice before undergoing any sort of procedure. Never again.

Absolute disaster through the whole years of experience, the doctor’s work is great but the way the clinic is operated is the worst nightmare I have ever seen in my life... the words can’t even describe my disappointment and if I have to post them all it will be a book of al Lear 500 pages... Hence I will just disprove today’s experience.. I have been receiving calls to postpone my appointment for that last 3 weeks (which is understandable) then I fed up and asked them on 8th April to call me for appointment only when they receive the sample from the Lab not before as every time I have to apply for a movement permit and end up staying at home... on 11th April I received a call confirming the receipt of the sample from the Lab and they asked to schedule me at 11 am on 12th April, I replied I can’t visit mornings I can visit 3 pm only, so they confirmed the availability for 3pm on 14th.. Good? Good!Today is 14th am in the clinic and they informed me (Lady called Rawan) that they didn’t call first, when I showed the call history in my cell they said “they didn’t say they received the samples” when I repeated every word from the previous conversation they said “Perhaps u didn’t understand” I am appalled!!!! I am certainly not stupid and we do speak the same the language as mother tongue language so why should I misunderstand?! I certainly don’t have enough time to waste and I have no plans to visit a clinic when I don’t have an appointment after obtaining a movement permit which can be seriously risky for me! I am this reckless?!!!!Take it from me u don’t want to deal with them they are THE WORST!! and they will always find a way to upset you... if I could rate them below one star I would for a billion zillion times...

Good reception and service.. The service is good and the doctor is excellent. She explains the procedures in detail and repeats more than once.. The procedures are simple and you must make an appointment.. There are not many parking spaces, but there is a free valet parking service.. The place is clean and there is no crowd at noon.
