Wasted more than a years and 25k+ Dhs for nothing. My Hair fall didnt improve with that Germany machine and My wife got frustrated treating with Dr. SARITA to conceive a baby. Dr. Doesnt even clearly explains patient what treatment is she doing. Just tells to come tomorrow or day after or 2days or 5days or a week or a month and it goes on and on until you get frustrated and give up. Clinic opens at 8am but she attends her patient after 9am onwards and most of the time even later, letting everyone wait. Never understood what she does all that time. Very Disappointing interms of financially, mentally and time wise. Wouldnt recommend anyone here.

We spoke to Mr. kapoor here regarding Fetal Echo and our insurance covers that but he is asking me to pay 850 AED for Fetal Echo.Same time i spoke to AXA insurance team that Mr. kapoor from Getwell clinic asking me for the amount. AXA insurance contact center person informed me that they need to do direct billing for you need not pay and Doctor need to raised the request for approval for the Fetal echo.We i asked Mr.kapoor for the same he said will not rise the request for approval for the fetal Echo ultrasound as per insurance he should sent the request for that.So i kindly request stop that.

I went here for my annual check up, was thoroughly impressed by the way staff took care of me and tended to me, ensuring that i was looked after. Was taken into a triage room promptly, where my observations were done and measurements of height and weight recorded. I visit the Getwell medical centre specifically bcoz of Dr Wahid. While he is quite caring and professional there are a couple of points which make the overall experience very different.For one he is very accessible and contactable. This really reduces the overall time spent at the clinic. This is very convenient but for me the most important factor is that he does not send you back with tons of medicines like MOST doctors in this city. He will prescribe one or maybe two medicines which are JUST RIGHT and do the job.Thank you Dr Wahid for the care and treatment. 5* for you.

Terrible. Unhygienic clinic from the outside. Made an appointment one day prior for 10am with the GP. The GP didnt show up for the morning timings and I was not informed that my appointment was cancelled. Totally professional

Very worst experience ever. Waiting time for the dotctor was 4hrs? Seriously? And then the doctor never even explained to me further if what was the cause of my illness and then she is always in a hurry. All of the staffs are very unprofessional. Even the doctor while talking to me also talking on the phone and eating and asking questions all over again and not even listening to what am i saying. And i paid for medical certificate and it was released after 24hrs. What the? My god what an experience wasted my time my energy and my money.

Horrible management you have to wait for your appointment for a minimum of 3 hours can you imagine that to being pregnant!my experience in this clinic was a nightmaresince I had an issue with my health cardand had to claim later a normal pregnancy was turning out to be very complicated what made me realise I was taken for a ride is suddenly I was told that that my cervix was not favourable and would deliver in the 7th month and put me on injections I took one and decided this is it I am done please make sure you are not fooled as they are just trying to make money out of you. as soon as I changed the doctor it was amazing everything was normal.

I have been going to Dr. Dheera for the past two years. Earlier this year I had a quaint case of a reappearing boil in my gum over one tooth. It took her several checks to diagnose the problem accurately. It was a case of near surgery which Dr Dheera helped avoid as a result of her peserverance, right diagnosis and treatment. A very patient and knowledgeable dentist I recommend to all.

28/11{/2017 i did teeth root canel dentist..But the instrument broken inside the teeth.. Finally the dentist said something obstruct so we cant do... True thing is totally hidden the broken instrument matter..Nxt day i went another hospital they said instrument broken inside.. due this finally i lost my teeth.. worst..They not given any alternate way to remove the separated instrument..

I would recommend Dr.Hiren the Physiotherapist with complete trust. I had a issue with my back for few months. this problem was so severe that I could not walk for more than 5/7 mins, after which I would have severe pain in my back. Its only with his assurance and positivity that I could get 90% better. It took 9 months for me to where I am but his positivity, determination and his treatment kept by belief alive that I could get better. Sometime you dont need a more than doctor and thats what he turned out to be. God Bless him. Dr. Hiren keep the Super Work going and hope you are able to provide the same guidance and treatment you gave me to all your patients currently and in the future as well.
