Dr Sant is no doubt an excellent obstetrician. She pays particular attention to all the medical report results and leaves no stone unturned should the results indicate any reason for even slight concern. Should issues arise, she will talk you through all the options available to you and while clearly recommending her preference, will not insist on any particular approach if we are not comfortable with it. She also recommends and follows up closely with specific women’s health physiotherapists to check for progress and is not hesitant to recommend alternatives should she see that progress is not made. She helped us deliver a beautiful baby (under an emergency scenario) and I had no doubt I was in good hands throughout. The claims process is cumbersome, but you are advised in advance that the clinic works on pay and claim and is no different than any other clinic outside the insurance network.

Dr. Sant is very knowledgeable and kind, she explained everything thoroughly. Because of her I was able to have a peace of mind. The nurses and staff in the clinic are the best! All in all, it was a wonderful experience, and will definitely recommend them.

Where to begin when one is writing about the best. This is a joint review from husband and wife. Primavera has been our clinic of choice since the birth of our first baby in 2014 and we were graced with baby no.2 a couple of weeks or so ago. The experience the first time around was so stellar that it was not even a question when it came around to the second one. Attention to detail, gentle loving care and top notch advice is what you will find here. Instructions are clear and concise and are given in a strict manner with the safety of the mom and the baby-to-be in mind. As the husband, I embraced the information and instructions given and in fact I enjoyed the visits equally, if not more, than my wife. Our visit to the clinic felt like we were going to our second home and the Dr. is, in our opinion, a member of our family and a welcome member at that! We can ask about anything, repeating questions countless times, which would be received with an unparalleled degree of patience and care. The Dr. is the best in town and thanks to her, the birth of both our babies was as smooth as one would ever hope for. If you want to experience a steady and comfortable pregnancy and be rewarded at the end with a graceful and smooth delivery, then look no further. I have been Dr. Sant’s patient for about 15 years and I wouldn’t change her for the world. I followed her to her private practice, which is run by one of the most efficient teams of staff I’ve ever come across. They offer excellent patient care and very efficient communication from making appointments to getting in touch with results. An excellent clinic all round!

Primavera has very nice staff. Nurses are always helpful, always smiling a there has never been any problem when I needed some help. Doctor Rosalie Sant is a professional with understanding attitude. She always listens patiently and helps. She is very gentle during examination and really has a lot of experience. She always knows answers for my questions.

I have been seeing Dr. Rosalie Sant for just over three and a half years now and I cannot imagine going anywhere else. She saw me through my first pregnancy and is currently seeing me through my second. She is a brilliant doctor with the credentials to show for it. She is very honest, and tells you things as they are. She has been very supportive through difficult times throughout my pregnancies. She puts you at ease, goes through all your questions and concerns, and is never dismissive no matter how busy she is you never feel rushed. From the nurses to the receptionists, the staff at the clinic are wonderful. They are all extremely helpful, polite and very efficient. The nurses in particular are very knowledgeable and make the extra effort to follow up any concerns that you may have had. I cannot recommend Dr. Sant and her team enough.

We were very lucky to have been recommended Dr Sant by a friend when I was 5 weeks pregnant with my first baby and my husband and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. The best gynea experience I had in Dubai. Dr Sant is such a knowledgeable dr!!! She is so caring and professional, she masters her speciality which made me trust her totally . I had a tough pregnancy with multiple complications , I was impressed how she handled everything perfectly. Her c-section work was fantastic and I had a very fast recovery. I have been with Dr Sant before, during and after my pregnancy and found her the best GYN in town! Shes very competent, professional, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and takes time with her patients to actually explain things in detail and a warm personality. Great doctor, wouldnt see anyone else!

The two stars are for Dr Sant and her capabilities. Her staff is highly incompetent. What disappointed us was that after 2 successful pregnancies with her she refused our third in defence of her indefensible staff. All I had asked for a simple Ultra Sound screening report (to claim back from my insurance) which took the clinic more than 2 weeks to give me after several follow ups and hearing excuse after excuse. This is something one should receive within a day or thr same day as is the case with most such clinics. We had a financial situation and needed to get our claims quickly to manage our obligations.In the end when I complained to Dr Sant, she decided to refuse us as a client that too after i provided her a detailed account of my experience and all this in defence of her staff. I only complained to her for the betterment of her clinic and because we really liked her as a person. Bravo! what a reponse! A paying client complains and instead of thanking them for their feedback you just get rid of them and that too when they are in their third trimester.Be Warned! this can happen to you. So dont ever complain too aggressively to her about anything because it seems the customer is really not that important to them. I have evidence to back me up.The other issue is the number of tests that they make you do unnecessarily to be honest. Our experience with familyfirst medical centre (after the primaveras rejection) was a breath of fresh air where the Dr Farnaaz Ahmed ensured we were looked after ( with personal follow ups, something primavera barely does) but also ensured we didnt do any additional test than what we absolutely needed to. Furthermore, we got alot help with our insurance claims (promptly might I add) as well whereas the staff at primavera never went the extra mile.Dr Sant has become quite successful which has bred complacency in her customer service, perhaps a sense of entitlement or dare I say mild arrogance. Usually such an attitude doesnt end well.

After leaving my home country and moving to Dubai 3 months pregnant, I had to say goodbye to my trusted Gynecologist/Obstetrician back home and find a new one here. After reading many reviews on which Dr to choose, we settled on Dr Rosalie Sant and Im happy we did. She is patient, caring and extremely knowledgeable. She made all the time in the world for me and my husband and talked through every question we had. I decided to have an elective C-section and Dr Sant remembered and actioned every request I had discussed with her prior to the procedure. I healed very well and felt so safe in her hands. I was looking for gynaecologist for my wife and based on recommendation from friends we went to dr Rosalie Sant. Dr Rosalie Sant is an amazing doctor. Very knowledgable, gentle and very empathetic. Once during pregnancy my wife had to see doctor with some non-pregnancy related problem, staff booked appointment on the same day we called them and doctor examined her. Staff is very nice and friendly and really helpful. Recently Primavera even won price as best clinic. Based on my experience and after reading some very negative reviews evidently lying rude staff, doctor takes you as ATM etc, either those guys didnt go to Primavera and Dr Rosalie Sant or those guys want to tarnish reputation of this clinic. If you want to have the best care for you and your baby I recommend you dr Rosalie Sant. After only one visit you will immediately know that you chose the right doctor.
