I had a lovely experience at first Medical Centre, for full leg laser treatment and vampire facial the staff are well trained and well equipped with the machines.I have booked my further sessions with them..the staff are polite..ambience is super cleanThey are following all the precautionary measures during this pandemic. Sure I will suggest 100%.

I went to FMC for a hydrafacial and carbon laser peel. It was a lovely experience. All the employees are friendly and nice. They show a strong customer service orientation and enthusiasm to do their best. At reception, I was offered cup of coffee and did not wait too long. The therapist was patient and thorough. The equipment they use is state-of-the-art. My skin was already glowing right after the treatments!The only drawback is that the premises are quite simple, but it really doesnt matter when you consider the value and quality being offered.

An excellent clinic to come for hydra facial and carbon peel. The prices are very affordable, making it easy for one to be able to have a “spa day and self-care”. The staff are all very friendly, and the equipment used is all very modern. Highly recommend!!!

Horrible experience with laser hair removal. In consistency in the service from technician to technician and they have no respect for patient timing. They have made me wait for at least an hour several times for my appointments. Although they have good prices, it is not worth the hassle and disrespect. Im sure I can find these prices in a better place. Stay away guys!!!!

The center is decent but I had a couple of horrible incidents back to back with them. First time was when they double booked a technician between me and another client. I waited fro almost 20 minutes to finally be told I will have to see a different technician. The other client was furious and she had a point. I could have insisted on seeing my original technician but preferred to not make a bigger scene than the other client had already made.Today was a whole other story. I had an appointment with a doctor in my lunch break, arrived on time, only to be told the doctor lost his way on GPS and will be a little late. He was supposed to be there at 12 and my appointment was 12:30. Needless to say I left at 1:00 without doing anything because the doctor was not there. Why call 2 times to confirm my appointment when your own staff will be this late? Talk about complete disrespect for clients and their time. This is a center where I paid thousands of dirhams and they didn’t even care to fix my problem. I had to leave to go back to work as I had already finished my lunch break.Lack of respect for my time. Lack of respect for the fact that I came all the way from Al Satwa and finding a parking spot was very hard. I expected to even receive a phone call to make it up to me but nothing. This has been happening for a while now with other friends of mine and I don’t recommend them anymore.

Ive done laser hair removal from Dubai FMC, and Ive loved their service. Within 3 sessions, Ive found such great result, its unbelievable. The price is in the budget, my treatment was done with the latest machine (Candela Max Pro) which is painless. Their staff Ms. Carisa and Ms. Ruby are very friendly and they know how to take care of their client. The reception, support and call center staff is also very accommodating. While making any amendments for the appointment, the staff is always there to listen to the customer and help accordingly, which hardly Ive seen in any other clinic. I recommend Dubai FMC to everyone, do visit their Instagram page for variety of different services they are offering. Mr. Alfin is running a very great team. The manager Antony is a cheater and he is very rude, not professional and calling himself a doctor and even not in the list of the working staff, very rude on the phone when u just trying to make a booking, doesn’t know etiquette and asking not acceptable questions as we are females and feel uncomfortable telling some details but he even doesn’t try to be at least 1% polite, very bad experience because of the particular Antony... the rest of the team is awesome, the laser nurses and reception is awesome. U need to put down your feet and be polite and if you can’t be in customer care industry dont be at reception.

Worst clinic Ive ever been to. I did full body laser hair removal sessions and my hair started growing even more. The main issue with the technicians they finish full body laser in max 1.5 hr which doesnt make sense. VERY VERY VERY BAD CLINIC.. THEIR PRICES R LOW BUT VERY BAD SERVICE

I had a really good experience with full body laser , the technician so professional and for more than 3 months I was very happy with them . But last 2 months I have had a difficult time getting an appointment. The lady in the reception is changed I think because everytime i call and ask her she has to hung up and promise to call back to give me the reply back . And finally I told her to book an appointment for a specific date and time as i am working and i call back one day before my appt to confirm , a rude guy answered the phone and tell me that my appointment was another day that I wasn’t even informed at all. And he shows me the online appointment because he seemed to be so bothered from the call . I choose how to book an appointment and i have to get a nice reply in any case . First time there and I had the worst experience. Went there for hydrfacial and PRP, I had the hydrafacial session completed in 20 min!!!!! Couldnt stand the product they were using and how the service is very poor. I just paid for this and left didnot complete PRP session. After driving over half an hour in traffic I was told that I would have to wait a minimum of 1 hour for my appointment. No one had called to tell me this before and really didn’t care. Clinical director for the clinic was also not wearing a mask and when i asked about this he explained that ‘he didn’t need to as he was far enough away from me’ terrible customer service and they couldnt care less

One of the worst clinics I’ve been to over the years living in Dubai. I had an appointment for the PRP today and was looking so much forward to it. Unfortunately the moment I exited my car and went to the elevator I felt like something was not right. When I opened the door to the clinic there were a lot of technicians and receptionist with one client waiting. They seemed confused and in a hurry. The worst moment came when an Indian “doctor” or manager on duty if you will took me to a separate room and started filling up a questionnaire which would be alright until he started to question which passport I had and my ethnicity!!!!! I find this highly disturbing and inappropriate coming from Europe where these things are absolutely tabu to ask. He then ask me to remove my mask to see my face where I don’t usually have breakouts but thanks to wearing the mask in this heat I as well as you all sweat under it and so I had little redness there. He started to immediately point on it as if I had acne prone skin. I have never felt so uncomfortable until this afternoon. I do NOT RECOMMEND this clinic at all even though they will lurk you on very cheap prices. I was afraid someone would touch my face over there. It is a big NO NO NO

I had started my root canal process two times with two different dentist for the same teeth, unfortunately I could not complete the root canal bcz I was really scared. I came to the clinic 4 or 5 times a lot. I liked the way they dealt with customers, and the service improved a lot Before it was about 30-45 minutes late. 6 sessions of a lot better and a lot I liked the machines used, it is very nice to deal with the clinic, we recommend that girls who are interested in laser treatment deal with the clinic because they are very good.

Frankly, the center is much arranged, sophisticated treatment, prices and excellent service. I recommend it to girls and young men, and they have special treatment for clients, both old and new.
