A rejuvenating experience which was super efficient and with a hospitality index 10/10.The therapists, Reeba and Jaci, ensured a soft touch facial with a glow, that was recommended by Dr Maher who was so knowledgeable and spent a considerable time discussing the treatments possible. As doctors ourselves, we were impressed.Thankyou Jayashree, Dalia and Ann, for the smile on our facials when we were done.Highly recommended.

I just finished my 4th hair removal session - my hair regrowth has reduced dramatically. I am tan and I have fine dark hair and they have just the right equipment for it.It has always been a pleasant experience with them. Everything is easy and everyone is friendly. Special thanks to Ann in ensuring that I am well cared for.

It is my first time visiting a dermaclinic, due to skin problem, and I would say that I am really impressed by the service. Starting from the customer service over the phone, and the moment I step in the beautiful clinic. The Receptionist was really quick and helpful. The Dermatologist, the Doctor, is awesome! I highly recommend the service for taking care of their patients and customers. Worth the price. I Will be coming back for follow-up check up. Keep up the good work.

My experience in Kaya Skin Clinic was very disappointing..I went there for facial treatment and nothing was as I expected 🙃 its very poor service and no costumer satisfaction if you complain they will say this is the package you choose!! If someone wants a good and deep facial treatment I Dont recommend this Clinic.

I went to JBR branch to do Detox facial. Facial itself was good but nothing exceptional.After the facial, I met the dermatologist as I wanted some info about the treatments that they are offering. She checked me for 5min and made me a quote of AED20k!!! Then she wanted to sell me a cream at AED850! I felt they just wanted to sell me stuff. Its Business only.I will not go back there.

The clinic looks super swank, clean and Anne my laser technician was highly efficient. My full body session took just over an hour which helped on a busy day.

I got my regular facial done at KAYA JBR clinic recently after a gap of few months. I was a bit in double mind to go or not in view of current COVID 19 situation however was very impressed with the clinic management. It was wonderful job done with all possible precautions from their side with least interaction with anyone else other then the therapist hence no possible exposure.....Felt very nice after the service, same subtle skin after a long time...I have already booked my next appointment too:-)) .....WELL DONE KAYA...Keep it up!!

Quality of care was excellent, and results exceeded my best wishes (I came for acne treatment) and I highly recommend. Dr. Maher is excellent. He and his staff took care of all of the details and was always available to answer questions and help in any way.

If you will visit kaya I recommend look for Jaci shes very Professional and Knowledgeable about every single matter.I appreciate the excellent service she provided her attention to detail, great communication skills, and ready smile made the experience even better than I expected.

I bought a package from JBR branch for Venus Legacy treatments 2 months ago, at the time no one mentioned the machine wasnt available. Since then I have been trying to get the service that I paid for but were given too many excuses about why they dont have the machine available. After 2 months they finally called and said they will refund the money with no compensation for wasting my time. Now, I have to wait again for the refund, god knows for how long more. Dont you ever bother to use this clinic. Worst customer service ever!
