WONDERFUL experience with Cosmo Secrets. Mine was with Nurse Julia and shes INCREDIBLE. She explained the procedure to me in a very clear manner. Shes friendly, professional and thorough yet gentle during the treatment. She even checked on me hours after the procedure and offered suggestions in case of any side effects.Also, the whole team are very friendly and professional. I never had to wait for long when I arrived as everything had been prepared prior the time of the appointment.Well, thanks to my husband who was also treated by Nurse Julia. He was the first happy and satisfied client who cant help but convince me to book an appointment as soon as I arrived Dubai.

Very very disappointed.. Im a customer in Cosmo Secrets for more than 3/4 years now and was super happy with all their services and the way they accommodate and understand their costumers. Unfortunately today I went to the center for my booked service but for some reason I couldnt do the service that I booked due to a reason out of my hands and I communicated with them the reason and requested to do a different service with exactly the same COST/amount of money and they refused!! talked to someone called DINA on the phone while I was there and she kept saying its due to the new management things changed and cant accommodate your request (lack of respect and the basics of customer service) which is so strange as they are losing nothing its the exact same cost/money/amount and time!!!!!! very disappointed and I do prefer the old management as they were first of all very nice, accommodating and respectful to costumers needs. Thank you for responding but I would appreciate if you investigate what happened properly as this is not true what happened that my appointment was for the higher paid service (Bikini - large area) and requested to do the lower legs instead which is the cheaper (medium area) and for your information I still have 2 bikinis sessions That time and no legs!!! I’m in my second package (6-6 underarm and bikini) then I recently got the carbon for underarm. I am very satisfied with my laser treatment especially with Julia. She is so accommodating and very nice. Last session I got late and her shift will end before I reach the clinic but she stayed and waited for me. Very nice lady and she does the laser smoothly. I have been doing full body laser at cosmos. The machines they use are top of the line after doing my research. The supervisor, Dina, is so sweet and helpful and always smiling. They have farrah, a super friendly and helpful receptionist goes out of her way to help. Grechelle is the nurse that does my laser and she is amazing, pays so much attention to detail and truly cares about the results asking many questions and is super knowledgeable. I am working in F&B/hospitality industry so I’m very particular in customer service and cleanliness of the place. It is my first time to do LHR for UA and bikini so I don’t have any idea how much it is or what is the process.I was amazed how Ms. Kathleen assisted me. She offered an affordable prices for their service and explained the process of the bookings and appointments. She make sure that the appointment date and time alloted for me is in my most convenient time. She will even call you the day before the sessions and remind you for the bookings.Upon arriving to the clinic, they will offer you to have some drinks while they’re sanitizing the room for you. The clinic is hygienic considering that there’s construction on going to the floor building that time.Ms. Rhea, the Laser technician who handled me is so accomodating. It is my first time and definitely no idea of what to do and what would I feel. She guided me and ask me from time to time if I feel uncomfortable or the pain is tolerable. I am expecting that it will be so painful but thru her help the whole procedure is bearable and smooth. After the process she told me what are the things to expect in few days and the after care.I booked 6 sessions but I am hair-free after our third session. I even booked after 7weeks instead of 6 weeks because my hair doesn’t shows at all. If you really want to have a good results you must follow their instructions and don’t act like you know more than what they’re doing (just saying).Thank you so much Cosmo Clinic!

I am going at Cosmo Secrets Medical Center for my Facial and Botox. I am very happy and please with their service most specially Dr. Anas whove done my Botox this time around. My facials were done by Arvee and now by Alena. Kathleen from their reception and the whole staff were professionals and always with a smile to brighten ones day.

I just did my hydrafacial and I paid 190 AED. Very very disappointed, its not worth it. Its a waste of money because they did not do any cleaning. The nurse just played with my face with some cream that I can do myself at home. No whiteheads has been removed. Not worth it at all. Now I have to repeat my facial to somehwere else. I have wasted my time to come a long way and wasted my money for nothing.

I had a very good experience getting my nose piercing at cosmo secrets llc, al barsha, Dubai. Hashmi was the staff in charge and did a great job, I should say it did not hurt me. Also she was very supportive and compassionate explaining each and every process and even providing after care advices. The Philippine/Asian looking lady at the front desk is horribly rude. She needs to not be at the front desk, very unwelcoming and almost seems to be doing it on purpose, she gets a kick out of being mean.Secondly your place doesn’t seem very hygienic and you facial lady was nice but I felt your hydra facial wasn’t the best one I’ve had in the city.

They dont deserve any starStaff:Extremely arrogant and overwhelmed - even if you complain they wouldnt do anything about it - they seem to be so numb with complaints that they dont bother. They have an offer running on groupon and this is one of those clinic that is selling vouchers but can’t accommodate clients - even if they do the behavior is unacceptable..The service is okay but its very important to have a hospitable environment which this clinic clearly lacks.In term of treatment :It was okay - the ambience is also okay - customer service is minus 0Seems like im not the only customer who had a bad experience there are many others like me who had the similar issue like mine.Hope the clinic takes some positive action on the feedback submitted:)

Did the forehead and eye botox 3 months ago for the first time (second time for the eyes) for nearly 2 k. The effect was gone after 3 months, which seemed odd, when it has ti stay for 6-9 months. Called the clinic sharing my concern and 3 weeks after noone got back to me.Had to call back and explain my concern again. The lady on the phone clearly did not show any understanding or empathy to my case, but instead defended herself personally for not being the one in touch with me from the first. Eventually the same day they called me back to suggest the solution to my case, which was- paying another AED 1800 and re-doing the botox.What can say, you guys require a lot of training and in a way some common sense dealing with people. Its not about a one-time service, but a relationship and reputation maintained which is clearly not your priority.Good luck hitting the Groupon! Thats the only way youve got to survive.The word of mouth in the end is a magical thing..

I did LHR for underarms from here. I have great results achieved.Unfortunately i shifted the country so unable to take last session.Only thing which i dint like was ... My each treatment is done by different ladies.... And each lady have their own rules. On phone they said shave a night before and at the time of treatment they say oh you shaved, we wanted to see the growth, how will we know about the resultSo i can say there is lack of co-ordination between staff.But at the end result is what matters. And i m extremely happy with results.... Must try clinic :)

Ladies watch out they got labor working there and banging banging in the other room next to the facial room. The facial was so poor.Called the manager to solve the problem but seems she canot accept criticism. Before thinking to advertise your place you should clearly mention the steps and what service you providing to customers.

Very difficult to make an appointment here and they dont respond to your WhatsApp messages. Didnt manage to make an appointment here. Im not sure if it is because I have a grupon.I asked the receptionist to get the manager to call me but no one followed up.

Overall is good.Ii came exactly to my time but I had my service 10 min later which doesnt make me happy.Moreover, the therapist who did my treatment her hand was so strong. I was feeling pain most of the times.I dont recommend for derma pin at there place at all.Sorry for being frank.

Fabulous doctor Dr. Anas. A wealth of knowledge and incredibly approachable. I went to him based on these reviews. I wasn’t disappointed. I was a little apprehensive based on his popularity thinking he’d be arrogant. I was very happy when he walked in the room and spent nearly an hour going over my concerns. His bedside manner was of a doctor who genuinely cared about me. I’d give him 10 stars if I could.

I wanted to give this place a chance since I got recommendation from my friend on a laser hair removal procedures . I tried to make an appointment over the WhatsApp 3 times already and it took over 2 days to even get a reply after they already saw my message. I wouldn’t even bother after this experience and just go to a different clinic since there are so many in Dubai but I decided to call one more time and make an appointment with Cosmo Secret. First they didn’t even pick up the phone, after 10 minutes they call back and tried to get my appointment sort out however there was extreme noice in the background that I could not even hear my own words. Everyone was talking over everyone and when I kindly asked them to put me out of the speaker because I can’t hear them they would not do it. So I give this place a zero for customer service. I really tried to give them a chance but they basically didn’t even allow me so it’s no for me. I guess they have so many clients that they don’t need any more.
