I like all the staff at Medicure Dubai silicon Oasis but we are not happy with the orthodontist service at this clinic.It’s totally disappointing. My sons braces are new and it keeps braking straight after a week of fixing it.We have to wait for the orthodontist for at least a month as he is not based in Dubai. I chose this clinic because of convenience but it’s not what I thought.I only wished that Dr Tarek could be our orthodontist as he is really nice and available when needed

Got my 1.4 yrs daughters ears pierced from here day before n had a horrible experience. Despite the proper marking Dr. Pierced her ear wrongly n my Poor baby got pierced twice on the same ear due to Dr.s mistake. My baby was in terrible pain. They being professional should have been careful while doing it. It was soTraumatizing for us. We cannot forget n forgive this worst experience coz our baby had to go through so much coz of their improper work. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Zero or minus stars for this poor judgment and unprofessional work .

I met Dr.Aisha Nour Alkhoja for my shortness of breath and acid reflux issue. She is one of the most kind and caring doc I have ever seen. She was keen on treating the root cause rather than treating the symptoms. She addressed the issue and explained what to do and recommended me to gastro. I had severe wisdom tooth ache. I called 2-3 clinics and went to 1 clinic as well. All the dentists were scared to take out my tooth as they advised me to go to some specialist. One day the pain was unbearable. I called Medicure clinic. They were fully booked but they accommodated me after hearing my concern. The dentist pulled out my tooth in seconds. I really appreciate the services.

I’ve been to the clinic for dental treatment after getting 2 wrong diagnoses from 2 clinics before, dr tarek was great , he’s very down to earth and reassuring, he didn’t exaggerate to an advanced treatment when all I required was a simple one , he explained everything carefully and clearly, his nurse floyd was spot on too and very nice. Great experience overall , competitive prices too.

Medicure clinic is really nice and the stuff works really hard and they never refuse any patient who comes as walk in or without appointment.for me its been long-time dealing with this clinic especially with Dr.ibtihal who gives her time to the patient and she keeps following up.

Not a great experience while booking an appointment. I told the receptionist that I have a tooth ache and the pain is not subsiding can I come in the evening? She said Mam you can come 2 PM, the doctors dont meet the patient without appointment. Funny right.....I will be in pain till tomorrow and then book an appointment...super weird.

Best clinic in Silicon oasis

Bad customer service, no coordination between all departments. Im soo disappointed. I asked to send me my blood tests for the million times and i still didnt receive their email. They changed the staff and some drs left so now remaining only bunch of unprofessional people

I went Today after I had bad pain in my stomach and when I went to reception I gave them my medical insurance card then the lady told me your card is acceptable. and I went to the doctor he saw his name is hafeez Mohamed idress and he was teaching the nurse over my stomach in a very UN professional way with me. Then I went to reception again to have my sick leave then checked on the system again..and they found my insurance card is UN acceptable after the doctor finish this not the end...the nurse go and ask the doctor to what to do and she come back to me and say you should pay 400 AED and absolutely I refused to pay and she went to doctor again and come to me saying we can makes a discount. I laughed and tell her I will not pay anything except my sick leave. I recommend anyone dont deal with this clinic they are UN professional.

Unprofessional and disappointing staff. I brought my sick 3 month old and the clinic reception refused to first take him in as his passport and Emirates ID were under process. When I showed the insurance, they said our paediatrician doesnt have tarrif for Oman Insurance, take your child to our GP. He has the quota.Unethical place .. No one should ever take their child here

Come with tooth ache and it was sorted with a small procedure but dr knew exactly what it was and give me some advice on how to avoid this problem with different techniques of brushing. 👍👍👍

My wife was cheated at the Clinic, she completed the treatment on the basis of confirmation that treatment was covered in the insurance and only at the time of billing she was told that insurance company did not cover, the clinic charged her AED 1,800 and she had no option but to pay in emergency with children.
