They have the best ENT doctor in town ( Dr Marwan Alqasem) and very fancy state of the art facility . Very good customer experience that i really recommend.

COVID-19 Negative Test Result does not reflect in Al Hosn app. Please help. Noone was answering on the phone number provided and the email was full!!! I was informed by the receptionist that it will reflect in the Al Hosn app but it doesn’t!

I would highly recommend American Hospital , i didn’t have to wait for my appointment and the staff went above and beyond to assist me .

I came to the clinic many times for PCR test & ENT doctor, the waiting time is now less and the staff are always friendly and willing to help.

I had a visit with my friend to this clinic and suddenly i wasnt feeling well, their schedule was booked ta that time, and the front desk team helped a lot ,they called a nurse immediately and they took me in and informed the Dr who assited me diring my presence im the clinic, Im really lucky to be taken care by Dr samina her nurses , and the front desk team who were all supportive during this rough time, Thank you American Hospital

I did my PCR test at American Hospital Al Khawaneej Clinic yesterday. Please do NOT be fooled when they tell you that your results will be emailed to you in 24 hours. I have been on hold for 30 minutes for the FOURTH time and still nothing - there is absolutely NO customer service or respect for the patients time. I am shocked as to why Emirates would recommend this clinic. Never coming back here again.

My go to medical clinic when I am near DXB, Al Mizhar, Mirdif, Nad Al Sheba, Sharjah. They have excellent doctors, friendly nurses and efficient staff. I am always pleased whenever I go for myself or my families medical care.

They dont have an emergency department, and I cant comment on how good they are at treating adults..However, their team of pediatricians is EXCELLENT!I took my two kids there when they were seriously sick.. they were genuinely caring and took their time explaining every little detail on how to take care of them and all the do’s and dont’s. They also called several times over the next few days after the appointment to check up on the kids.My kids also liked the doctors (due to lollipops of course 😄) so ill keep going there for them.Highly recommend them for your infants / children.

If youre planning on taking a PCR test to enter Abu Dhabi then AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Did my test at 1 pm and received my result at 3 am the next day (No problem here) however the result did NOT appear in ALHOSN app and I was not allowed to enter AD with SMS/Email. Had to take a DPI test so I literally wasted 150dhs, gas money and two hours of my life. Contacting consumer rights today.

Went for a COVID test and the process was fast and smooth, got done in 10 mins and the results were in 12 hours.

Extremely unprofessional reception staff. Such an unwelcoming attitude. I saw this Arab man rudely asking an South Asian worker to get away from the reception and come tomorrow. The system was apparently down so now Covid tests. When I asked him by when the system could be up, he looked at me as if I asked for his kidney... And responded in a very crass manner, saying, How can I know that? Never returning!!!!

For me it was a good service compare from others.

The receptionist is very unprofessional, they dont respect peoples time and very unorganized.. They said wait for an hour to do the PCR there are 4 patients before you.... And after two hours and a half they said wait there are 3 patients before you... So I left without doing the PCR.

Worst customer service. Went for PCR test and they didnt allow me saying system is down. Comn its 2021, waste of time.

We came to do PCR me and my wife as per emirates airline, the clinic is very nice. The receptionist girl Fadila was very professional she guided and finished our papers very fast.We didn’t even took 5 mins with herNurses are good also. This Clinic is Highly recommended 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Extremely slow service. Expect at least half hour at the reception and if you see few people waiting, expect about another hour of waiting.

One hour waiting for COVID test and nobody before me. Go somewhere else if possible.

Called the number mention in google here, then the IVR said I need to call the free 800 line. I did and again a chooses Al khawaneej branch then the staff answered, booked the appointment and then find out she book me in another branch?!!!!!

I am here for last 2 hours for vaccine! The first impression from receptionist was clear that, we will make you wait for few hours! Customer service at the reception is Zero (the gentleman in suit).

Frankly, a very good experience, especially in the reception, Muhammad is a very respectable person who helped me register quickly in three minutes. The Nursing Department is very excellent. I saw Dr. Mustafa Al-Badr, the general practitioner, a very respectable person.

Reception staff need training on good reception of customers, welcoming and smiling, and not being preoccupied with office and customer matters.waiting

His service was tired, and I was waiting for two hours to report on the last thing wrong about such matters that I advise you.Poor service and I had to wait 2 hours for my report to find they wrote alot of wrong information. I advise against this clinic.

I fail the clinic, one may go .. the reception is bad .. the time is more than an hour .. the payment is more than half an hour .. and the clinic is empty .. a failed experience and we do not recommend it
