If you value your time, want actual results and would want to get your money’s worth, GO ELSEWHERE.I came to this clinic to have my acne hyperpigmentation treated and I paid over 8k for 6 peeling treatments (that’s what they gave me as a package) and products.I wouldn’t have minded paying so much if the results were actually great, but it wasn’t. After paying all that and buying their beyond overpriced products - the marks faded just about! They’re still very visible!Not to mention that 4 out of the 6 times I was there, I had to wait about 30 - 50 minutes past my appointment time just to be seen by the doctor for about a minute!Seriously, go elsewhere.

Absolutely fantastic service from Karuna and Kaya clinic at Al Barsha. I was drawn to them because of how accessible and helpful they were. Communication was prompt and made it easy to find an appointment that worked for me. Karuna was really welcoming and made me feel really comfortable. I felt truly at ease in sessions and she really takes her time with the treatment which feels absolutely painless, you almost forget you are in a laser session! I recently had plasma pen treatment around my eyes with Dr. Maha Abouzeid. I have also been using Dr. Maha for my botox for about a year now, she is brilliant and really knows her stuff. Ive been going to Kaya skin clinic since 2017 for facial treatments, i would say they are pricey, but its worth the treatment and service. I really saw the difference after trying cheaper clinic thanks to Jorena for doing my aqua radiance, such a very gentle hands and accommodating.

I paid for 4 sessions of laser for scar removal. I went for my appointment for the second session and only there I was notified that my appointment was cancelled because the machine was not working. They then informed me that I needed to go to the other branch to solve the issue. Even though they couldn’t offer the service that I paid for (machine couldn’t be fixed) they refused to reimburse me for the 3 sessions left. I was told that there would be a 30% processing fee + the first session would be charged as full price and basically I’ll get almost nothing back (I spent around 5k at this clinic)At the end I got convinced by them to use another kind of laser that’s supposed to be similar. After the hassle of being in 4 different branches all around Dubai, I finally finished 4 sessions.The staff were nice and friendly. However, laser’s final result wasn’t worth the price and I honestly wish back then I were more assertive to get reimbursed due to the circumstances mentioned before.

Horrible experience i can say its pure money financial driven center not a treatment centre no experience and they tell you the dr. Will see you then advise which treatment you get but youend up not seeing the dr. And the nurse advise you with the wrong treatment. My nose after the treatment i asked foe black head removal and apparently after i complained its still the same the dr. Sees me and say its open pores and u need different treatment!!! After i paid 650 dhs !!!!

Just had my laser hair removal session with Jorena yesterday. During the session, she continuously made sure the laser intensity wasn’t too painful for me. Was also quite surprised to receive a call from her this morning to check if I was facing any issues after the session and advised me what to do Incase certain issues arise. The fact that she followed up on this really makes me trust that she is dedicated and cares about her customers.

I bought a package from JBR branch for Venus Legacy treatments 2 months ago, at the time no one mentioned the machine wasnt available. Since then I have been trying to get the service that I paid for but were given too many excuses about why they dont have the machine available. After 2 months they finally called and said they will refund the money with no compensation for wasting my time. Now, I have to wait again for the refund, god knows for how long more. Dont you ever bother to use this clinic. Worst customer service ever!

Ive been with kaya barsha heights clinic for like 3 years now because of my acne problem that comes and go coz of my hormones, treatment services were safe so far and with quality, its a bit expensive yet worth the price. The clinic staffs like Jorena, Naz, Jo-ann, & karuna are always accommodating, polite and very friendly. Special thanks my current Doctor Maha, you are amazing. Doc Maha is very attentive to my acne problem and treated it carefully and effectively. Definitely I would recommend this clinic to visit.

Worst experience ever!This clinic is only looking for ways to take as much money as possible from you and Ive been a client here for 1 or 2 years total so I have lots of bad experience to share. (Where do I start?!)The service price is by bargaining so if one day you are called with one price and you go the next day to pay it, then ask for more cash.This happened over 2 times already and Ive paid over 30000 for laser sessions which I CANNOT even get as they get overbooked all the time. I had a booking made 3 months ago for which they resheduled to a public holiday date, emailing me afterwards that they tried to contact me but no one actually did. When I called over 5 times and waited for hours for someone to pick up I got told the date sent on my email is all fully booked so nothing for me left.Then for the chemical peel quality, which I have done in other places many times, they charge you a HUGE amount of money and give you the lowest possible % of chemical, telling you to book for 4-5 sessions beforehand. Results from such peels are usually noticeable instantly unless they made sure to lower the % so that you need to go again few times and pay more money. SO disappointed! I thought you were an actual proper clinic for the prices you charge.

Very unprofessional staff.. they only care for money and ways to sell their products... treatment n products are expensive and least value for money. The nurses are not well trained and instead of treating the condition, they made it worse for me. I feel the staff inc doc need to be trained on how to communicate better with customer with some empathy.Their products are totally worthless and if you have to buy them, first check Amazon before buying them from stores and save yourselves being looted by them.

The facial was relaxing and nice.Even better was the explanation that she gave about my skin, the products she will use along with their benefits. I have had this dead skin on my face along with dry skin patches, which was completely gone after this facial. I had NO IDEA they were due to weather issues or lack of circulation and exfoliation.The lady was very nice and accommodating. Also she had good knowledge in skincare. The best part of this facial was that she didn’t use the blackhead remover tool, instead she used her fingers and pressing technique in order to remove black heads, which was not much painful then the tool.I got a facial at Kaya Skin Clinic (Al Barsha) and it made my face feel moisturized and rejuvenated for days after. Highly recommended!If you want your skin to look healthy, glowing, and young and dont want to cost you an arm length, this is the place to go.I will surely recommend Kaya Clinic to my friends and family for various treatments.

I highly recommend this place. It was a great experience. I had gone there for my skin treatment. I was attended my Nazia Parveen. She not only assisted me in selecting the suitable treatment but also she told me the benefits of their newly launched DNA Test. I was so convinced and I am really happy I made that choice. It is really important to know what and how your skin and body is from within. Based on that she recommended treatments and I can see great results from that. Went over for botox consultation. Dr. Maha did quick observation and calculation which lead to over 2k after the discount(not sure what that was about).After all I decided to hold my botox treatment, but wanted to return for milia treatment. I called twice the clinic to find out how much would it be since Dr. Maha had seen me few days ago and also had taken pictures were taken, hence I thought would be pretty easy to see estimate treatment required. No one ever called me back until this day, sadly.

They give you a good price when you call them then give you an exaggerated price and insist it after discount. Ive called two premium clinics and asked the price of the procedure I wanted to do and put them on speaker so kaya employees could hear, the prices were less than half what kaya asked for. Poor customer service. Im sure the doctors are great but the magment at that branch seemed like theyre scamming you. Plus Id advice them to stop pressuring clines to buy products, I was told one the procedure Ive done to my face wont work if I dont buy this 1000 dh cream, BTW cream cost more than the procedure its self. Theyre tactics are insulting and demeaning. No wonder its not doing that good. Well shame on you Kaya and hope you stop hustling.

Today was my last session at Kaya before I relocate back to my home country! The treatments for my face over the last 5 months have yielded amazing results and I feel more confident. The ladies at Kaya are wonderful - Nabila, Nazia and especially April who conducted my treatments. Really felt so comfortable around them and they really went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I also had to rate the Miradry treatment - a few months down the line and I am relatively sweat-free. Definitely much better than before the treatment! Thanks to everyone at Kaya Barsha - you will be missed.

Visited the dermatologist with acne concerns. The dermatologist prescribed to take their packages for peeling. The peels (costing over AED 4K) had no effect on the acne and did not address the concert I visited the clinic for. The clinic seems more concerned with getting customers to pay for their expensive packages rather than actual treatment.
