Very disappointed! It is the first clinic that cannot be reached by phone in 2021! The customer care told me they cannot connect me and I will get a call back, which didn’t happen yet. After trying several times. Apparently they cannot hold the line, for me, THE PATIENT, who’s trying to follow up regarding the blood test result!How long does it take for a blood result to be ready?? Sometimes we also need to report to our employer …

They cheat you! I scheduled an appointment here for my daughters and customer care told that w/o insurance you have to 190 + something on total it will be 200. When I reached here they were adamant and charged 250. Despite of the fact I asked CS but they charged 250.

I would clearly not prefer this clinic where patients are not seen/ treated as their utmost priority. I know someone who was just 5min late to the appointment and they didn’t bother to entertain the patient even though he couldn’t walk at all, as doc had to leave for a program. Woah that’s realistic healthcare in 2021? We all saw trends have been changed drastically in healthcare industry and patients have always been and is and will be the top most priority especially when they are physically not well, but they failed to notice and the way he was treat at front desk receptionist. Would suggest you to try other clinic as there are plenty available in the city with needed attention and care.

ICare Clinic is very professionally managed. Registration process is quick and appointments are usually on time without need to wait for long. The facility is near and clean with a separate entrance for PCR tests.My experience with Dr. Nandkishor Marisamy has been great and treatment has been effective. Thanks.

Worst experience with icare discovery garden dentist.tooth RCT painful for 4 weeks and finally went for second opinion in another clinic and had to extract the teeth since it was fractured. Horrible experience and inexperienced doctor.( Dr.Madhiha) The doctor refused to cancel approval inspite of the unsuccessful procedure......least bothered about the patient....only worried about the hours billed....Beware!

After several visits to icare clinics, this is the worst experience ever. Visited Gynaecology on 25 January 2021 to do a pregnancy test and pap smear. I was told that I will be called for the pregnancy test result the next day but didnt receive a call back until I called the clinic and follow up. Waiting for the result of the pap smear which until now is not yet released to me. I have done a follow-up call already and waiting for the feedback. So sad that I have to follow up on the results of my tests which was not the case before.

Worst services.Hi,I would like to give -1 rating if there was an option for it.I gave my blood sample on 31st Jan, 2021 and today is 3rd day i did not get any update from them.I called their customer service 4 times but all are useless, They promised me to call back and send me emails, but nothing so far.I would never visit this clinic again with such a pathetic services.EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

Dentist destroyed my tooth while fixing and i lost the tooth permanently. I do-not recommend Icare for dental works. The tooth along with the cap both broke in 1 months time and i spent close to 2000aedApology does bring back the loss! There is no accountability of the clinic? If you are really interested in your customers, you hv already the name, you could hv called? Words do not help! Act professional and deliver quality for the cost u charge! Otherwise hv noted many such businesses hv vanished if quality of service is not a focus!

I would recommend Dr. Rajesh Radhakrishnan, he is very good Dermatologist in iCare Discovery Gardens. He is very thorough in detailed investigations, hearing problems properly then explaining to patients easily, giving enough time. Though iCare clinic is avg seems running with less staff but registration and paper work is far better and faster then Aster. Pharmacy service was also very good. Over all great experience.

Bad experience. They were supposed to send my details for approval to insurance. After calling them 5 times, I called the insurance company. Found out that the insurance company is awaiting clinics response. Doctor is good but the staff is pathetic with their service

I have worst experience in this clinicmost of the doctors having high level targets when ever they are seen good insurance card they are giving big tests un necessarily even though if small problem. One of the doctor diagnosis I have wear and tear in my backbone but when I went another doctor he said I don’t have any wear tear ...all are diagnosing from the computer software support and giving plenty of medicines (just dragging and dropping from software)First treatment should come from clinical diagnosis that to from doctors experience but here each everything they are writing Highly expensive tests..And nurses are don’t have much experience also...This is my experience from this clinic.

I didnt receive any calls from them about my results. I followed-up a few times. I also asked for appointment and called twice. I didnt receive a return call. Dr. Rekha, OB, didnt even check my records and keep asking the same questions she already asked on my first visit. She checked my records and asked if I was taking the meds but she never mentioned anything on my first visit. She then asked to me to get an ultrasound when I have already did and the report is there. Finally, she asked me what is my health concern so I told her again why I was there and what was my condition. It was my third visit in a span of two weeks! I was also asked to wait even though there was no queue. The nurse was also curious why I was still there in the waiting area when I was the only patient.

We have been visiting this clinic. We found reasonably ok. But this time we visited Dr Mohamed Basha, paediatrician, who is also good as we visited him a week back. And then we went again today for the follow-up. But the lady at the middle counter (billing) around 6 pm today was not responding at all as I was standing just next to her as the first one in the que. (The staff at the reception checking temprature said we still need to open the file for which we were waiting in the que. Only one counter says Registration and the other two say Billing, but the temp staff said all counters are for Reg also.) But she was not responding at all, so I slightly moved back thinking its not the right counter, but she engagned someone else came who came later.Its chaotic. Its really bad to wait long time and then you see someone else they engage. And we have to wait for long ESP DURING THIS COVID TIME. Decided not to visit this clinic ever. It was utmost frustration today.

It was great experience with my family from the receptionist to the doctor all staff are very cooperative,i must appreciate the insurance staff who follow up for the tests approval and keep me updated

The worst clinic, or at least they call it clinic. Wondering how Dubai Health Authority can give license to such people to run clinic. From nurses to Doctor they are all careless... They dont care about the peoples time, health, they dont have basic ethnics etc. All they care is to get the payment in advance, and then you might get the simple blood test results after month, of course if they dont forget, but they do forget.The doctor Yusuf is definitely the last person you want to meet as a person, as he is far to be what is called doctor.Shame that this kind of clinics exist at all.

I will never go to this clinic again , today I had emergency and it was the only place that open at 7 am the attitude of every single person is bad .. they don’t deserve even the one star 😏

Very bad customer service. Whenever I enquire about my test report being ready, they will not give you a straight answer. Different people will say different timings. When you cant wait any longer and you go back home and call up the customer care after sometime. They will tell you - you will get a call back from the clinic , every single time, but you will never receive a call back from the clinic. You wont know if the reports are ready or not unless you go there physically and enquire which is tiring and unsafe. They really need improve their customer care and Coordination.

Was bit concerned with the Covid protocol, but iCare did a neat job with the social distance and hygiene. I had slight fungal infection in my Ear, so the E.N.T, I visited was Dr.Neetika, she did such a great job, I was very worried if it would hurt but she did a really gentle and amazing job of cleaning my ear canal and in such, I was not at all stressed and no pain at all, It was such a relief, Since it was troubling me with ear ache and ear drum feeling blocked. I absolutely recommend her.

Went for a consultation for wife in discovery gardens clinic. Had to wait 1 hr just for getting approval from insurance for a blood test. Also at the end it was not approved saying silly reasons from neuron office. Finally had to return with blood supplying anticipation that the approval will come later. If not give blood again... Horrible almost all insurance approves blood tests at the outset.. Also had to witness one cleaning staff dumping all clinic room floor waste swept in front of us in to the front door in the front yard open to public and community play areas.. Too hostile... Will never visit I care clinics again.

It is compact clinic. I used to go regularly for small ill. It would be nice if reception team have some smile on their faces. Apart from other doctor . I am here for to give review on dermatologist . It was an accident I booked for Dermatologist Dr. Rajesh Radhakrishan but surprised that doctor very knowledgable and professional , very polite for my all questions . My problems were really take care well.

The pamphlets in the clinic says they have a wellness offer for eye examination for aed150 I. enquired and they said it is not for kids and charged aed250 each. Why put the ad then?

24.08.2020 i had a bad experience with the staff. The skin doctor asked me for a blood test on 23.08.2020. I went to the reception or the registration counter and told me that it will take 15 minutes or more to get the approval so i told him that ill better be coming back tomorrow which is 24.08.2020. And the staff assured that it will be done for sure on the said day.When i came back, they told me that they wont be able to get my blood because they do not have special bottle. I have wasted my time and i got late at work. After some discussions, they got another reason. They told me that they need approval for my blood test as the staff who asked me to come back did not send it to insurance for approval. It was really terrible. So lazy and no proper coordination. Very bad experience for me as a patient who is suffering from joint pains. My joints are swelling and have difficulty in walking without pain relievers. I asked them to just cal me once the things are ready but they they did bother to call me. The guy in the reception are just smiling as if all are just joke. Very bad experience

This is july 2020 and again I had the same issue, they have given me wrong reimbursement documents and clinic manager promised to deliver the correct documents seeing the blunder their staff did which got delivered in night. Total unethical and unprofessional staff.No temperature check for any person visiting the clinic and sometimes staffs are roaming without face mask.Very Bad and unprofessional customer experience. They lost my reimbursement form filled by doctor and claiming that it is not prepared.Upon insisting and after doctors confirmation; they searched again and found the papers under common template forms and it took more than an hour. Its always crowded and staff is unprofessional in handling patients and their queries.

Had a really great experience with Doctor Rajesh, dermatologist yesterday! Super friendly, patient, and professional. He examined my patches thoroughly and got the correct symptom/prescribed correct medicine. My skin issue was getting worse every minutes because the other doctor from premium health care center got it wrong, but thanks to Doctor Rajesh I am already seeing an improvement! (Reception can indeed be better, I waited for 1 hour at the pharmacy afterwards because some document was not matching and that is how wrong they took to resend the revised document.)

I did the executive health check for men. Was told that the results will be available partially on the same day and the rest of the results will be shared a day after.I am currently on day 3, and don’t have all the results yet. It has been difficult reaching the clinic for a justification, they don’t reply to emails, and never return calls. The only people I could reach are the call centre who promise a call back in 15 mins, but doesn’t happen.

I went this clinic on last 14 Feb around 5:45 PM, The Filipino girl who check my blood pressure and temperature started talking in her own language to me by assuming that Im from Philippine, then i said her Im not from Philippine and i do not under stand what you said, then, she said Ohh CHINESE , I have tell her again that Im not from China.YOU SHOULD TRAIN YOUR STAFF.

I strongly recommend Dr. Madiha from iCare Discovery Gardens branch. She is very knowledgeable and does an excellent work. Her calm and reassuring manner on dealing with patients is something that not everyone possess. I have been to a lot of dentists and can easily say if one has good skills. Definitely coming back.

I was very disappointed with their service today, I went to see Dr. Sameer Arora today as a walk in patient, my turn has come and my token number was showing in the information screen, one patient ( couple) was in the room even though it was my turn. I was waiting outside for more than 45 minutes, then I talked to the reception, they said we have wait and they cannot do anything, I’m regularly visiting this clinic and this is not the first time it has happened with the same Doctor, Then I went back, before I get more sick, it was not only me there were two more patients canceled their appointments,

If you are planning to go to Dr. Archana it’s gonna be useless and she will waste your time. I had problem on my lips and need to done surgery I went to her first day she said I need to do surgery. Ok then next visit I went to her and she said she can’t do surgery I need to be heal and she gave me cream to heal. Why she didn’t give me from the first visit. Then she has to go to vacation. I waited her my lips was swollen for 2 weeks and again I visit her she said I can’t do it today I have no time now there is no communication with receptionist or she didn’t check my previous report and she tell me they have to send approval for surgery from my insurance. When I book I mention I need to be done surgery they don’t follow up my surgery approval with insurance and tell me come back again next time. This is so unprofessional. I have problem more than 5 months I can’t close my mouth and she doesn’t care I have next patient I have no time to send approval and surgery. The clinic is fast and good, this doctor is just useless.

Very poor clinic overall. Waiting time is on average 1 hour. The nurses are amateurs and dont know what theyre doing. The scheduling is useless; a walk in guest can take your turn even if you booked hours before. Some doctors are good, but 90% are bad. NOT WORTH THE MONEY NOR THE TIME. Its not even worth stepping into. Worst clinic Ive been to.

Its really a disappointment being there with my father...we went there to remove a few surgical stitches. The required the surgery report to do the removal and they informed us that within 5 min it will be done. After we brought them the report as requested we waited almost 40 min waiting the doctor, when he came he was training the nurse how to do it!After ther nurs felt hopeless alone he called the doctor to do the removal with too much pain for my father...they said the stitchs are deep.Moreover, its super unhygienic du to unclean floor an the kids using the waiting area as playground!

Visited Icare-Dsocovery gardens for the first time. It’s was awful experience.It’s chaotic ,even with handful of customer ( no wonder) they took so much time.Surprisingly , wait time was not for the doctor but for admistrative work.And woes continues even after leaving the clinic , as they have created wrong prescription and pharmacy is not able to download.For past three hours trying to resolve issue but no luck yet.Definitely not going back !!Changing rating to 4 star ( extra three for customer care ) from one because of extra mile effort by customer care , for taking charge and arranging home delivery of medicines.

Worst clinic ever. Ent and eye doctors trying to do as more treatments as possible to make more money, even this treatments not needed and unuseful. And they didnt clean hands before treatments and consultation.

Excellent clinic , with completely professional nurses and ambiance (though crowded, they manage it with ease with token system and sticking to appointments)The physiotherapist Krishna Kumar explained me about my tennis elbow issue, also strongly recommend Dr Kiranmayi (eye specialist ) super talented in her diagnosis , not recommending useless tests or medicines..

Sorry to know I-Care do not accept RN2 card which is acceptable to all major hospitals and clinics nearby like Aster, DR Ismail, Life Line, etc

Terrbile hospital. Got kicked out by Dr. Kiranmayi (eye dr.) after she failed to diagnose the root cause of eye irritation. Steer away from this Dr. and this hospital!

Remove hand stitches too early and one night hand started bleeding and everything went wrong and had to go different hospital to get treatment. They said it would heal in one week but healed in one month because of icares miscalculation. Horrible clinic definitely don’t recommend last place I’d go for stitches. Only ok for pediatric care

Clinic is very neat and hospitality also very nice. Hats off to Dr. Najiullah and Dr. Murtaza for their professional and kind etiquette. It is very unfortunate that both doctors have left and no substitute doctor for Mr. Najiullah. The seating arrangement with coffee and newspapers is excellent. Also add a pharmacy so that I can avoid long queues in Aster. Thanking you in anticipation.

Visited the Mirdif clinic and took a for a wellness package , poorly organised , eye check was a joke -- a street side optician shop check much better . Dental check was covered -- no one bothered to tell or refer to a doctor ? till date , was called in to discuss the report with Doctor , where the reports are not readyso waste another day again
