My experience with this clinic. The doctor was good but the nurses look like dont know anything about medical field.I checked the clinic for my finger skin have issue in small area also she covered my finger like the pic and also after I told her thats too much I didnt make operation to covering like that.The serprise also after I Paid I found they charging me after insurance covering for checking doctor and two blood tests only 19 derhams but covering small scratch on finger,30 they charging me extraReally I Shoked and last time will go this place.

I would have given a zero if there was an option! iCare DG branch is one of our favorite clinics for ease of approach, friendly Doctors and helpful staff. Surprisingly those at their Oasis Centre branch appeared exactly opposite. Staff and the consulted Doctor have i dont Care attitude. Disappointed, to say the least!

Worst Experience ever!! please avoid coming to this clinic they dont care on their customer, shame that icare is the name of the clinic. March 10, 2021 i had a swab test in this clinic and i forgot my emirates id with them due to my busy schedule i didnt notice that i dont have my emirates id, then i tried calling them since March 15, 2021 but as per the customer service the reception in the clinic dont answer the call, from that day ive been calling them every 2 to 3 hrs. Still no response and they will call me back later. All i need is to check is my EID is there or not but seems they dont care at all. then finally after 10days they called me that my emirates id is with them. And when i collected it in the clinic they did not even apologies, but instead they told me that the day i left my EID there they called me. But swear to God nobody called me. Advice to all who went on that clinics who lost they EID go to there clinis they have a bunch of EID on their drawer approx. 50pcs eid. Dont ever come to this clinic waste of money, poor customer service.

It was an intolerable fail from this clinic and the stuff who gave me a WRONG EXPIRED Covid pcr result, they specified a WRONG DATE (a month) , so it was February instead of March !!! Unfortunately I got it only when I was on the flight registration, it was 5 AM morning, and for sure the clinic doesn’t work for this time neither the call center wasn’t available. So I hoped I’ll find right results on email , but I didn’t receive ANYTHING from them !!!! THEY EVEN FORGOT TO SEND ME MY RESULTS BY EMAIL. Their irresponsibility, unprofessional and unforgivable mistake led me to miss my flight !!!!!! I received pcr results by email a day after the missing my flight, which were kinda LATE AND USLESS. I already had an experience in ICare clinic in Mankhool which was good, but YOU (OASIS CENTRE) DO YOUR JOB DISGUSTINGLY if you let it happen, shame on you.

Worst worst worst service.Staffs are very worst in spelling of mail nad name of patients in the reports.One of icare staff says, we receive more complaints on this. But still no response and corrective measures...Should be declared as a disqualified Public clinic.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I have been to this clinic twice for blood tests.The tests are accurate and come back the following day. The clinic is clean and the staff are very nice and well mannered. Definitely recommended.

Insufficient staff, Had to wait one and half hour for test and returned without testing.. one receptionist with loads of work and no idea what is going on

The reception and other staff are very nice and well accommodated. Its not my first time to do consultation under dermatologist but this is the first time I got a response from a doctor saying I have no time to answer your question because theres still people waiting outside I have an appointment and waited for my turn but didnt expect to hear that from her.

They have good doctors who take time to know their patients and their medical history, they have friendly nurses and staff, and they have complete facilities. Also convenient as it is located inside Oasis Mall where I can do my shopping and other activities.

The worst experience in Dubai. I came to get a quick blood test paid from my own pocket. I waited 40 minutes and then when the receptionist was asking the nurses to assist me the were very rude. It takes 1 minute to do the blood test. Never again and I don’t recommend this center.

Her kindness , professionalism, caring , following up , encouragement and sweet personality all that combined together defines how wonderful she’s with her patients . She’s one of a kind . It was very over priced, I didnt enjoy my experience at all unfortunately. I was hoping for something different but ended up with bad service and nothing that really wow. I tried to go there for a consultation, no one served my properly and I felt terrible - not appreciated as a client at all.

Its taken us a long time to find a good dentist and doctor. Here the staff are super friendly and polite. The whole facilities are impeccably clean especially the toilets!!My dentist Dr Deepa Nair has the most gentle hands, i couldnt believe she worked on my problematic tooth without anaesthesia - its a first as i have super sensitive teeth. She immediately located my problem which i have been suffering from for over a year. A.slight cracked moler which was like a splinter in my gum. My dentist in the UK said there was nothing and it was all down to my imagination! With that he applied a small filling which fell out the very next day. I was put off from going back since. However, after hearing my husbands great reviews about her - he is my guinea pig, i decided to make an appointment. Im glad i did as i no longer need to carry floss around with me!Thank you very much Dr Deepa! Keep up your fantastic work! Will be bringing my children here soon!

I had the WORST experience with the new pediatritian there.My son came with a terrible caugh which lasted for weeks now, a month and a half.She didnt take ONE SINGLE TEST.He came without fever, just the terrible caugh.We explained that our son cannot spend 30sec without caughing.She gave him a corticosteroid in the muscle (my son in 2yrs 10months) She said it is asthma attack.She said to continue take them for 5 days orraly.I asked her 2 times if she is 100% sure that it is asthma, because he never had it before.She said that she is sure.After 4 hours my son ended up at the ER in Latifah hospital, still without fever, they did an X ray, and the doctor said she thinks she has a mycoplasme pneumonie bacteria.She did test on that bacteria also, and it turned out to be positive.Ref level for that bacteria is 14.My son had over 40.Got the intravenus antibiotic immediately, and sent home to have it oraly next 10 days.This doctor from Icare clinic decreased my sons immune system for a long time.Didnt to any test, and her explanation was that he came with no fever in good condition.Which is NEVER a sign that something cant still be going wrong.This doctor is deff the worst i have ever met, and you can easily see how she doesnt really know a lot about medicine.The thing that makes me so mad is that these days you have to be so filled with informations , so you can know when your doctor is WRONG!!!

I have visited that clinic twice when we first moved to Dubai for 2 different reasons both were total waste of money and timeThe doctors are absolutely incompetent and lack experienceThe gynecologist was only concerned with selling us a package for prenatal follow up but didnt offer any good advice and charged us 600 for the regular ultrasound that was supposedly included in the consultation but we only knew little at that time
