Having been to many medical centres in the UAE, I can confidently say that the OCP medical center has been by far the best. Dr. Shubangi, the dermatologist is exceptional. I felt at ease with her. It is clear that she keeps up to date with research unlike many others, who are just interested in the sale.I would definitely recommend OCP to anyone.

I have got the worst Hydrafacial in this “clinic”. The therapist is so ignorant and unprofessional. I kept explaining to them about my situation and the last time they just ignored me and even didn’t answer! Their Hydrafacial costed me 750AED for that poor service! My skin is in very bad condition after their “facial” and they offered me 20mins “free” extraction as an answer on my complaint, so funny! Imagine, you need to waste your time to go there just for extraction that could be done while I was there. This clinic is really terrible and I don’t recommend you to go there. Expensive for nothing. This clinic is such a waste of money and time.

It took me a time to share my experience, as I am under horrible impression till now,of how one Dr can have so unprofessional manner in treating their patients and how one person can ruin a reputation of such a nice clinic .Few weeks back I decided to find a clinic and do my lip filler properly. I decided to change a shape, so previously my lip filler from upper lip was removed and my upper and bottom part didn’t match. On the recommendation of my very close friend I decided to visit this clinic .Clinic is nice , staff at the reception very polite, they helped me with appointment promptly and I was so excited. Everything starts from here where I met Shubhangi Perkar- wooow I’ve never met person with such a negativity, she didn’t even greet me. I entered her office and explained her what I would like to have, she asked me where I am from and told me how she will not do my lip filler,( how to understand this, is it something wrong from what country I am from?!?!?!) as she is assuming I don’t need it. From my own experience and I grow up in DR family, Dr must be compassionate and have understanding with the patients, can’t just misbehave because they didn’t have a good day or they didn’t like the patient or where they are from . Which was very obvious from the start, completely unacceptable. To make the story short I ended up in tears in the middle of the clinic, disappointed ☹️ why I came at all!!! Girls from the reception took care of me and one of the managers approached me , where I explained the situation and to be honest that lady was shocked as well (I forgot her name) . She was nice, saying that will address my concern to management team and recommend me to try consultation with esthetician Marwa Medjabri ♥️ I wanted to thank to her, as she was just nice to me, anyway I decided to do my filler with her. End of the story no one came back to me from managers,Dr. Shubhangi didn’t even apologized .. such a mess, to be honest people who doesn’t like their job , especially as a DrShubanghi should not work at all. Either work properly and make patients happy, or don’t discriminate them. I would like this feedback to reach to the Management team, it’s not about any complementary things , this is about respect an patient rights!!!

I underwent different types of sessions to treat old and deep acne scar.Dr Shubhangi has professionally advised the the best possible treatment to reduce the appearance of the scar.Now after around 8 sessions, I am fully satisfied about the results so far and highly recommend people who have similar issues to seek Dr Shubhangi’s advice.

This is place is more for the money than giving a good and proper treatment. They seem to be professional but my experience is not a really caring environment. Also you can get the same treatments at other places for half of the prices. Not recommend

I have visited this medical today for the second time. The staff there are polite to their clients. Specially the doctor Dr. Marwa is very kind to her clients. She listens to her client’s problems and do the treatment accordingly. I am happy with their services but at the end of the day “RESULT” matters. If the result of the treatment is good after 4th sessions of micro needling then I will write another review again in this review section. I always go here for my botox and filler injections, but today I decided the hydrafacial in combination with microneedling dermapen using hyaluronic acid and I must say - it was AMAZING! first, my therapist explained to me the procedure and continued doing so step by step throughout the procedure. They use all high end products on your skin, and I left my appointment with glowing plump skin !! I highly recommend everyone to try this treatment combo at OCP Medical Centre.

This is a late review as I waited for my skin cell turnover to give my unbiased review and I’m giving OCP 5-Stars for their HydraFacial.If you are one like me who’s hesitant after some unverified mean comments about OCP, please don’t think twice and experience it for yourself coz the clinic, service and staff are both amazing. The waiting area is spacious and properly marked for social distancing, the ladies at the reception are very friendly and accommodating, and the therapists are very knowledgeable and thorough.My friend and I came after office hours and we were expecting the facialist to be a little tired but to our surprise, our facialist for the day, Mira, did a superb job. There was minimal redness even with manual extractions and our skin never felt as smooth and glowy.Highly recommended and will definitely come back again! Thank you, OCP team!

I had hydrafacial (60min) for which I paid AED 600 and I waited for like 5 days to give the review because I wanted to see the difference in my skin.Honestly I didn’t see any difference in my skin. The facial was done by Dr. Marwa and she was very good and polite but I was really upset with the receptionist. I found an attitude issue with them. I was checking some other treatment with the Dr and the receptionist, she came with the treatment which was different from what Dr had suggested so I asked her to recheck and confirm but don’t know why she had so much trouble to recheck and make faces which was very rude.Anyways the facial didn’t work well on my skin and there was no difference so it was not worth it.

I had many treatments before.But this Medical Center makes me happy with the result. I did treatment for my pigmentation. Before i can see the marks on my face so dark. I went here for UA Chemical peeling and they have the worst service ever. Out of my 4 sessions, not even a small portion of my skin has peeled off. I already complained after my 1st session so they can do something about it but they did not do anything. Horrible service. Save yourself and do not even think of going to this place. Total waste of money.

This was the first time I underwent Botox and Fillers treatment (my wife received Botox treatment also), and I was initially very nervous! Dr. Perkar was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and put my mind at ease. I received both treatments straight after my consultation and Dr. Perkar and the team were absolutely fantastic! OCP Medical Center is a beautiful clinic and all the staff are extremely professional yet friendly. They only use the best products at this clinic (I did a lot of research on this) and the results are WOW! I couldnt recommend this clinic enough. Ill certainly be back for more treatment. Like most girls I have been struggling with the annoyance of constant shaving, waxing, etc. It was just getting to be to much. What a superb clinic! It was recommended to me by a friend, she was very enthusiastic. My first visit was for Laser Hair Removal beard shaping, this was very comfortable compared to other clinics I have been to. The therapist was experienced and really professional. Today I went for a hydrafacial treatment: wow, what a pleasant experience. My skin is like new. The staff at the reception are unprofessional. They do not provide a receipt for any of the payments done. Please make sure to collect your receipt before you leave the clinic. However, the therapist are very professional and friendly. Their thorough guidance to choose the right treatment is good.

I walked in to this clinic for the first time without an appointment for a consultation with a GP and a random blood test and was out of there after approximately 30 mins.
